Elle and Christene elevated our wedding beyond what we could have done ourselves. We contacted Elle Inspired Productions in August about helping us plan our wedding for spring 2023...
, only about a half year away. We wanted an intimate wedding with a lot of dancing and friends and family mingling. Neither my husband nor I had a very specific vision, we just knew that we wanted our guests to have a good time. We ended up going with EIP’s full wedding planning package.
Amongst other things, EIP helped us with:
- figuring out the color and the goal vibe based on inspiration photos
- making choices on linen colors and all the other minutiae (my husband and I didn’t want to do it)
- introduced us to venues we otherwise wouldn’t have known about
- saved us early on from committing to a venue which would have blown our budget with knock-on costs (it was a museum which would have had specific rules on allowed vendors)
- connected us with vendors we enjoyed working with
- researched local alteration services and bridesmaid gown services
- planning out the schedule for the wedding
Overall, everyone at our wedding was really impressed by our wedding and by EIP. Guests remarked on how it seemed like Elle and Christene were everywhere they looked, in a good way. They were very hands-on in making sure the event ran smoothly. We’re very thankful for their help. We gave them a really tight timeline and they made it happen!
Elle and her team did our wedding planning and day-of coordination, and we are SO glad we went with her! Elle is simply amazing - she had us feeling prepared, calm, organized, and ...
when our day arrived we simply showed up and enjoyed our day. She took her time to get to know us and our preferences, which was not an easy feat since we didn't have a clear vision. In the end, she designed a wedding for us that felt intimate and personal for our almost 200 guests.
Elle has a meticulous and easy-to-use organization system that kept us on track for what we needed to do, and we met regularly to ensure we were hitting the right milestones with planning. We loved how this took all the guesswork out of wedding planning. Because Elle and her colleague Christene were looped in on all communications with vendors, all coordination on the wedding day went 100% smoothly.
Her vendor recommendations were invaluable - every single person and business she recommended was a hit - even vendors like the Photobooth which I didn't necessarily think made a huge difference, but Elle's rec for this really went above and beyond.
Most importantly, she took a ton of the stress off of our plates - one of our vendors was a bit of a nightmare to communicate with, and Elle took all of it on without a complaint, while making sure we were advocated for and all logistical details were taken care of.
Elle and her team also made us feel so taken care of on our wedding day - she made sure we had time to eat, kept everyone moving on schedule, and took care of every small detail from set up to breakdown, including making sure we got our important items back to us in our hotel room.
I could not recommend Elle Inspired Productions enough! Her and her team's consistent energy and positivity carried us through the marathon of wedding planning, and they helped bring to life the wedding day that felt true to us, was so much more fun than we could have hoped for, which will provide us amazing memories to look back on for the rest of our lives. I will be recommending Elle Inspired Productions to anyone and everyone!

every step of the process a true delight. My wedding day came, and every single piece of what I wished for happened, and seamlessly! I didn't have to worry about a SINGLE THING on the day of my wedding; my only task was to enjoy and soak it all up. Elle is also incredibly adaptable; when we had to move our wedding date and potentially change venues due to circumstances outside of our control, she was there x100, ready to support us however she could. Look no further than Elle and her team! She will be sure your special day is more magical than you could ever dream!
Wow! My husband and I were blown away by Elle. Hiring Elle was the best investment we made in planning our wedding which happened a week ago.

nized and keeps on top of multiple details with ease and elegance. She is a consummate professional at her job while managing to also be friendly, funny, and relatable. She is a very attuned person; we both felt like she really "got" us and what we were looking for, who we were, and the vibe we were trying to achieve for our wedding. She was good at asking the right questions at the right moments in order to further attune to what was best for us. She's a great communicator and every meeting with her helped us keep on track and calmed our anxieties.
On the day of our wedding she was there with us and had every detail completely covered with mastery all day long, she stayed late at the reception and handled unanticipated curveballs that came up with the reception venue ahead of time and on that day. She advocated for us and made the whole thing happen so that things we weren't even aware of were executed to our advantage. She gave appropriate advice, was supportive and encouraging to us throughout the whole process of planning and on the wedding day. What an incredible gem. My husband is a professional musician and has played hundreds of weddings and has interfaced with hundreds of wedding planners. He said he had never had such a good interaction with a wedding professional. I would hire Elle again in an instant for any kind of event, large or small. This human is one in a million and it was a blessing to have her as our coordinator.

ially after we moved away and were planning from afar. When it came to making theme/decor decisions, we didn't know what we wanted - but Elle asked the right questions to get us to beautiful landscape. Elle's a pro, and tackled all the tasks (no matter how big or small) with such kindness. We had the best day, such a beautiful day, all our guests commented on how easy it all looked - and how all they felt was love. I credit Elle for taking all the stress away so we could have the wedding day of our dreams!
Elle brought organization, calm, and experience to our process, and she was a delight to be around during the planning and the day of the event. Highly recommended!

thusiasm. We had planned multiple versions of our wedding and Elle helped to tie in all of our ideas into one COVID-safe but fun day!
She did an incredible job with the decor and making our florals work on a budget - we were so happy to see how everything turned out! She helped to turn our pop-up wedding location into a beautiful ceremony venue, and seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors. We would recommend Elle - she's a joy to work with!

ervous because I didn’t realize how much thought and energy it takes to actual plan the wedding alone. Arielle helped us put our anxiety at ease from the very start. What assisted me in my decision to hire Arielle is her creativeness, attention to detail, and was able to make our dream wedding into reality within a budget we were able to afford. Our wedding day was amazing! Til this day people still talk about our wedding and how much fun they had!

e thing went off without a hitch. My wedding was the only one I've ever been to where there were literally no issues (or at least none that I ever knew about), and I believe Elle was to thank for that! So glad my partner and I put our trust in her.

re than ready to advocate for you through uncertainty. Elle is that person.
We were so certain that we would be the easiest clients in the world. We started planning nearly two years out and thought we were super chill about the whole thing. But, well, then COVID19 showed up (despite not receiving a save the date). Elle “Fricken” Bronson was on top of EVERYTHING. Increased Sanitation? Check. Vendors all communicating with each other and addressing unforeseeable issue? Check. Innovating and creating novel ways to have a great time despite certain obstacles? Check. Being available to both cheerlead that this will work and commiserate that many important guests could not attend? Check. Doing all the normal stuff that wedding planners do? Check, Check, Check.
Thank you, Elle. For so, so, so much. We appreciate everything. If you’re reading this, hire her. She is worth the investment.

iately puts an anxious couple at ease. I debated on not having a wedding coordinator and I can honestly say that having Elle in my life is the absolute BEST investment I made as a bride for my wedding.
She is super professional and friendly, and not to mention, amazingly talented! From beginning to end, she was extremely helpful in translating our jumbled half ideas into an inspiring fairy tale that fit our budget. From early on vendor recommendations and communication/coordination to the color scheme and guest gift brainstorms, down to the smallest details on the day of, she walked us through the entire process and was available every step of the way.
She's super creative and a pleasure to work with. The wedding day was perfect and she made it so memorable. We HIGHLY recommend Elle and would absolutely work with her again. Thanks so much for making our day so special, Elle. - Lauren and Alex K.

nize a 180-person event on short notice, but she could do it all with wonderful humor and grace. She was exceptionally good at keeping us on task with the things that needed to be done, while being patient with our occasional indecisiveness. She was a great advocate for us, negotiating with our band and finding a photographer in our price range, and was also impressively flexible, allowing us to incorporate last minute changes to the ceremony and the guest list. Our ceremony combined Ghanaian and Jewish traditions from our two families along with our own personal preferences. She unflinchingly accommodated our requests and orchestrated everything to happen the way we wanted. On top of all that, she is truly personable and fun to work with. You want to be comfortable with someone taking on responsibility for one of the most important days of your life, and from the moment we met Elle we felt at ease and confident. She genuinely loves her work and her clients, and we continue to connect with her to this day!
