onal one. I didn't understand all the types of paper and options but she slowly walked through those with me. I was planning my wedding from afar (wedding was in Florida) and my mom wanted to see the options as well. Lauren allowed me to take some samples to show my mom. The entire process from start to finish was organized and if there were questions, Lauren was quick to answer. I received great feedback from friends and family, and look forward to posting professional photos of the finished product!
Lauren came through with some options when I had hit a road block while I was going down my own avenue for a save the date!
Beautiful and so many positive comments from my guests.
Overall, I genuinely loved the design of my invitation and the rest of the stationary, and my guests did too. However, the customer service experience towards the end of our weddi...
ng was sub-par. We had discussed needing the place cards for the reception in groups of 10 according to the table, and Lauren indicated she would organize the place cards by table. Not only did she make me reach out to her the day before my wedding to confirm that she was meeting my wedding planner to deliver the place cards, but when she did deliver them, they were in absolutely no order whatsoever. The Ritz Carlton staff had to quickly come together and figure out where the place cards were supposed to go to at each table, and luckily they were great otherwise this could have delayed my reception by a lot longer than it did. I credit the Ritz Carlton for saving this mess. I reached out to Lauren to ask her about this issue, and received no response. So again, while I appreciate the designs, the customer service was lacking and do not use her if you have a large wedding-I just don't think she knows how to handle things and she did not follow through on things she said she would do.

late it and the product (invitation, RSVP card, calligraphy, website card) were even better than I could have ever possibly imagined... I mean I am framing these invitations because they are so beautiful. The process and time that she puts into creating her stationary is amazing and she made sure I was happy every step of the way. I have received COUNTLESS compliments from our soon-to-be wedding guests saying that these are by far the most beautiful wedding invitations that they have ever received (hence... me framing it!). We have been so pleased working with Lauren that we are now using her for a seating chart sign, beverage napkins, a program sign, and a signature cocktail sign. I cannot wait to see those as well! Seriously... Book her. You cannot go wrong. The product will be better than you ever imagined!!!

ged and we were extremely disappointed in the quality and professionalism that we encountered. I was disheartened at starting over but turned to online reviews to find a new provider. When I read the great reviews that had been given to Elle Dee Designs, I felt instantly that we had found someone we could rely on. Lauren was wonderful to work with, she took all of our suggestions and created a custom design that we incorporated throughout all of our wedding stationary. We received so many compliments on the design and even more on the hand-written calligraphy used on the envelopes. Lauren put so much time and effort into making sure that we were happy with everything. I would recommend Elle Dee Designs with the highest rating!
