Elite Signature DJ Service

ss microphone, which meant there was no mic available for our ceremony and forced our speakers to stand awkwardly beside the DJ booth during speeches. Throughout the night, he played nearly our entire “Do Not Play” list and only two songs from our “Must Play” list of around fifteen songs that we had carefully chosen. There were also long 10–20 second pauses between each song, creating awkward silences that repeatedly cleared the dance floor every time. He also mishandled our anniversary dance and several planned moments that we had clearly discussed in advance. These were not small oversights — they directly affected the flow and atmosphere of our wedding. At the end of the night, the DJ recorded me without asking for consent. He pulled out his phone and began filming an “exit interview” without any warning. Later, when I reached out to the company to discuss a refund, the owner referenced that video and threatened to share it publicly because I had left neutral comments in the moment — which I only did to avoid conflict in front of guests. The owner also cited a “3-day complaint policy” in the contract to minimize responsibility. While it may be written there, it’s unreasonable to expect newlyweds to submit formal complaints within 72 hours of their wedding while they’re on their honeymoon. Overall, the lack of professionalism and accountability from this company was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t want another couple to experience the same stress and frustration on their wedding day.

. He was unobtrusive but kept the party going! Professional, polite, and fun to work with. Very gracious, I would definitely hire him again. Even if there was a missed cue or something, he rolled with the changes and definitely helped make our wedding a day to remember. Thank you Jeremiah and Elite Signature!

we didn't have to worry about anything and he would make sure we had a great wedding! All around A++ service and couldn't have asked for a better DJ experience for our wedding!

We filled out all forms but we’re told they didn’t have what they needed because we failed to fill out forms. Out right lie because we saved all emails. The DJ and his date didn’t play anything on our list And we payed extra to have music for the ceremony as well as dance floor. Dj showed up with a setup only for the dance floor NOT the ceremony too like we agreed on and PAID FOR So I had to get my groomsmen to run ouT speakers and electrical cords to set up speakers outside then run them back in to re-setup. The so called “DJ” sucked ! He sat down the whole night and didn’t MC. When he did speak he mumbled and was unprofessional in his speech. He brought his wife or girlfriend who was more than happy to eat our food and drink our beer. Trash company. I’m reaching out to the BBB. I was scammed out of my money. My now wife is livid and crying. To all who are looking for a dj company…..run from this shit company!
