We hired Ryan to Dj our wedding, and it was the best decision we made through my wedding experience. We got married on a freakishly freezing November day, and with a wedding outdoo...
rs we had perfect audio, and the music was done perfectly. Once the reception was inside, Ryan was not only coordinating the speeches, but he got us drinks, food, and attended to our wedding party during dinner. The music for the dance floor was amazing, he kept it a part all night long. Thank you Ryan!
DJ Kaiden was our DJ for our wedding, and I cannot say enough good things. We had a small mix up with DJ's about a month before the wedding, however, Kaiden jumped in right away to...
help and I know it worked out for the better. He kept our dance floor packed for 3 HOURS! We had the best time and Kaiden was absolutely one of the main reasons!! He was so attentive during our meetings and listened to how we wanted the night to go, and delivered far and beyond what we were expecting!!!
Elite Events makes the entire process so easy! They have an app where you add all the information you care about, notes for them, song selections, etc. I did not want an over the t...
op/cheesy DJ and they were the one group that listened to my wishes and executed perfectly. They were on time, professional and helpful. Cannot thank them enough for our big day!
I honestly don’t even know where to start, there is so many excellent things to be said about Ryan Rainey, Brandon Stoway and Elite Events. My husband and I are located out of town...
and trying to plan a wedding from a different state/remote is stressful in and of itself. However, from the moment that I contacted Ryan, the stress/thought/concern regarding DJ/sound services diminished. Elite Events website was (and still is) incredibly easy to understand leaving very few questions unanswered. After speaking with Ryan (which by the way, Ryan was incredibly timely in responding to our online request) we chose the Premier Package, simply because that is what fit for us and our venue. Ryan never pressured us into reevaluate the package that we had in mind and never pressured us into feeling like we needed to upgrade packages. This made us feel like a true customer rather than just another event to book. Ryan was familiar with our venue and was able to provide lighting recommendations right from the start. To be honest, this wasn’t even something that we thought about as each time we visited the venue we had natural, daylight. It was great that he was familiar enough with the venue to provide suggestions/input. And while this seems small, had this detail been missed, our venue would’ve been very dark by the end of dinner as the sun had set and all of the natural daylight was gone 😊 His recommendations and suggestions were greatly appreciated. The app that Elite Events offered was not only fun but made the entire wedding flow (effortlessly) and allowed us to customize what we knew we wanted to hear and what we knew we didn’t want to hear. The app and the confidence that both Ryan and Brandon provided took the stress and doubt out of anything related to the DJ aspect of our wedding. Even though Ryan had a commitment and was unable to DJ for our wedding (which not to mention, he was transparent upfront regarding his commitment and NEVER made us feel any different throughout the planning process, offering the same services as all of the other reviews), Brandon Stoway stepped in and far exceeded all of our expectations! Brandon was friendly, courteous, organized, responsive and helpful … just to name a few! We received so many great comments about Brandon and his services throughout the entire day and evening. We honestly couldn’t have done it without him! One of our favorite things that Brandon did was personally inviting tables to the dinner buffet one by one rather than calling out on an open mic. It was incredibly personal, and our guests loved it! Brandon went above and beyond our expectations. While we slammed the app full of songs, Brandon was able to weave in countless requests from our guests. In addition, he truly understood the vibe of the crowd and was able to set the tone without hesitation throughout the entire day! We truly can’t say enough good things about Ryan, Brandon and Elite Events. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Elite Events and would love to be able to use them again sometime in the future. If you’re looking for a DJ don’t look any further! Sending a HUGE thank you to Ryan for the upfront communication and planning and to Brandon for making our special day even more special not only for us but for our guests as well. Thank you for an excellent experience and for being so easy to work with along this journey.

n understands the important role that music plays in setting the tone for a wedding, and he delivered beautifully. Because we’d never done this before, we leaned heavily on Ryan for guidance about timelines, song options, special “music” moments, fun "add on" options, etc. He was spot on with his recommendations and we appreciated his patience when we came to him with last minute questions and requests. He was the consummate professional; a great communicator, responsive, easy to work with, and fun to have as a participant for our daughter’s wedding. We highly recommend Elite Events and will definitely use them again. Sending a big “thank you” to Ryan for making the day so special for all in attendance and for being so great to work with!

nned well in advance and made it easy to ensure the music and vibes fit our styles. The absolute best part of Elite Events was the attention to detail and timelines on the day of. Ryan kept us moving and on track from the moment the prelude began until the dance floor closed at the end of the night. He always checked with us to make sure we were ready for the next piece of the reception schedule and made sure we had a water or champagne in hand if we needed it. Our wedding day was super low stress in a big part thanks to this great DJ.

. He was responsive to our requests and even helped us plan the flow of the reception. He adjusted and planned for a more unique venue set up and kept the night rolling from introductions to keeping a super fun dance floor. He was incredibly professional the entire time. He quickly adjusted to the people on the dance floor and chose music based on keeping everyone dancing and having a great time. He was amazing and we would book again. We can't say enough good things (and neither could our guests and families) about how awesome Kaiden was. Book him for sure for your event!
He was at our reception extra early and worked well with our changing schedule. He played whatever songs we wanted and even got us drinks when we needed them. Best dj experience!

e, Ryan was so great and adapted to our change of plans so well. From the very beginning of planning I was very particular and detail oriented. Ryan met with my husband and I a month before and went over every detail so that I felt confident the day of. He was amazing! He ran the music for our ceremony and made sure to fade out all the songs beautifully. He also ran every detail of our reception perfectly, played great songs all night and made sure everyone was having a blast. Our wedding day was the the best day ever and we know Ryan was big reason why. I highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a great DJ for their upcoming wedding!

ng and is very detailed oriented. He made the planning process so smooth and was always so quick to respond. He also put together a timeline for the day of events, which was super helpful! Our wedding took place on our family farm, and he did an amazing job adapting to our location. The weather was questionable the day of our wedding, and he was very flexible when we were deciding whether to have the ceremony outside or inside. He made the reception so much fun for all our guest and everyone had a blast on the dance floor! He also has a great website and app, making the music selection process easy! We were able to pick and add our favorite songs for certain moments of the day and then he put together the remaining playlist for the reception. His music selection was wonderful and just what we were looking for! Overall, Ryan was amazing to work with and will help make your event fun and memorable!

Oh, and the Mirror Me (photo booth type thing) was AWESOME. Absolutely worth it - nearly every guest I've talked to loved that more than anything else at our reception. Thank you, Ryan, and thank you to his assistant for the night, Jackson! Would absolutely recommend!

hook up to the same sound system, our first dance on the 18th green and cocktail hour and our reception being inside, it was somewhat of a difficult setup. Ryan was so organized and knew exactly what needed to be done for everything to go as smoothly as possible. He did just that and so much more. I never had to worry about a thing. Not to mention, our dance floor was packed and overflowing all night long!! We received so many compliments from guests about Ryan at our wedding, and still a month later, our guests continue to talk about how great our DJ was. Highly recommend!!

He was punctual, so easy to get ahold of, and his emcee skills kept everyone attentive with what was happening! A DJ can certainly make or break your wedding reception, and Ryan MADE ours!!! I HIGHLY recommend to all you brides out there looking for a DJ!

Elite Events with Ryan was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. He provided services for the outdoor ceremony, reception, and photobooth! The outdoor ceremony was ...
perfect because you normally don't get to hear the officiate all that well and everyone in the back told us that they heard every word. Ryan timed the entry songs just right for the guest seating and bridal party entry. For the reception, we had a scheduled timeline for the night (first dances, cake cutting, speeches) and it went well. We really enjoyed the fact that we were able to choose what songs we wanted to have played ahead of time and Ryan's website made it even easier. Everyone loved his MirrorMe photo booth too! I really suggest that anyone needing his services to not be afraid to book him, trust me!

. Our guests loved the music and they stayed dancing the whole night. I also booked the Mirror Me Booth that Lyndee ran. Everyone loved it and she was so great running it and printing the pictures for a scrapbook. He is so easy to get ahold of and work with if you have concerns. He was there plenty ahead of time to work with me and the person I had singing. Everything was so great and Ryan and his team had a lot to do with it!

nd and I before our wedding to get an idea about what kind of couple we were and our music tastes! He has an online planning platform that made my job easy filling in songs to play etc. Also, if he didn’t have a song, he found it for us like our first dance song without any complaint or hesitation! He had three rooms to work at our wedding and did it flawlessly! He and his partner, made our gestures feel welcome during cocktail hour while we weren’t there, and they really enjoyed themselves! He kept things moving in a timely manner, made helpful suggestions since my wedding was large, and made it all about me (and my husband)!! He did an amazing job with the uplighting in the three rooms and doing it sight unseen as it was not one of his normal venues (3 hours north of KC in Iowa no less)! He has many extras that he doesn’t push on you sub as a photo booth and more. He worked within my budget and even offered deals at different times of the year on different things, to you out! He was the best, and I would pick him over again, if I was just starting this process! I would highly recommend him!!
Highly recommend Ryan! He did a fantastic job with our wedding reception. He was very easy to work with and came very prepared to our meeting. He always responded to emails promptl...
