Buttercream icing...and I am still having dreams of this cake. In fact, I'm going to be ordering it again for my mom's birthday because we all want to have it again! We had a few wedding cake tasting #fails with other bakeries, and Elegant Cakery nailed it with their fresh, soft cake and fabulous icing. At the end of the wedding, I had a to-go box with a huge piece of cake and I inhaled it. Didn't even use a fork. That level of amazing.
Amazing cakes! Elegant Cakery is easy and fun to work with. The cakes are beautiful and delicious!

lor over and over and over with fondant while we were there dropping off our cake topper to be sure the colors matched. The staff was just great! They're super friendly, nice, and not pushy at all. They have a lot of patience too.
The cakes are affordable and completely listened to what we wanted. They did not try to change or alter our decisions. Our wedding cake was so gorgeous no one wanted to eat it, but absolutely loved it when they did! It was moist and delicious too.

eady with her fresh cake samples when we arrived and tons of photo examples to give us ideas. We chose a 3 tiered lemon cake with raspberry preserve filling and cream cheese icing... It was to die for! Jodi insisted on placing the florist's flowers on the cake herself to ensure that the cake was not damaged in the process. The cake was gorgeous and elegant. Thank you Jodi! We will be tempted to buy your cakes for every and any event now!
