A couple of years ago, we hired EKO District for my daughter’s wedding, and I still remember how wonderful they were. From the very beginning, they were kind, attentive, and clearl...
y cared about making the day truly special—not just for the bride and groom, but for all of us.
Our DJ, Don Julio, was absolutely delightful. Such a warm and friendly presence! You could tell right away how much he loved music, and that love just flowed through every part of the evening. He kept the atmosphere upbeat and joyful, and had everyone—from the youngest guests to the grandparents—tapping their feet or out on the dance floor. It was lovely to see.
What really touched me was how thoughtful he was. Don Julio listened carefully to what the couple wanted, and he worked in their favorite songs seamlessly throughout the night. His transitions were smooth, the sound was never too loud or too soft, and he even handled a few last-minute requests without a single hiccup.
EKO District and Don Julio brought so much heart and professionalism to our celebration. They didn’t just show up and play music—they were a part of the magic that made the evening unforgettable. I’ve told many friends about them since, and I would recommend them again and again.
Thank you, Don Julio and EKO District, for making such a special day even more beautiful.
Thank you again, Molly for everything! Very last minute, but you went above and beyond to try to make my day special
From our very first interaction with [Molly Schiller ], we knew we were in good hands. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the music was one thing we never had to worry about....
The website made booking and communication incredibly easy, with clear package options, song selection tools, and a detailed event planner that helped us customize every moment.
On the big day, [Jake] absolutely delivered. The ceremony music was timed perfectly, the cocktail hour was smooth and classy, and once the reception started, the dance floor was never empty. They read the crowd perfectly—playing a mix of our requests and high-energy tracks that kept guests of all ages dancing all night.
We received so many compliments on the DJ, and we couldn’t agree more. Professional, fun, organized, and an expert at creating the perfect atmosphere—[Jake] was truly one of the highlights of our wedding.
Highly recommend for any couple looking for a DJ who knows how to turn a wedding into an unforgettable party. 10/10!

They brought great energy, played an awesome mix of music, and kept the party going all night. Everyone — kids and adults — had a blast dancing, and several guests commented on how great the DJ was.
