About this vendor
The name 'Eden Grey' was inspired by beauty seen during a trip to Australia. Stephanie Bachle is the photographer behind the lens and started photographing landscapes but quickly developed a passion for capturing weddings and engagements.
Stephanie's mission with the couples she collaborates with is to provoke a feeling or emotion when they see her artwork and give them something to hold onto. Her photography style is classic and clean... but far from traditional, incorporating a playful use of color to romantic images and candid shots.
Eden Grey Photography has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Modern Luxury Weddings Houston and Voyage Houston.

My fiancé (now husband) discovered Eden Grey Photography at the Bridal Extravaganza in 2018. After seeing an entire aisle of photographers, I still hadn’t found what I was looking ...
for in a photographer to capture my wedding. That was until we turned a corner and saw Stephanie’s work. Not only were her pictures gorgeous and everything I had imagined (I wanted clean, crisp, timeless pictures without any moody filters), but her personality was icing on the cake for us. She invited us to her home office and discussed our wedding’s vision, how we met, what we like, etc. over cookies and wine. Stephanie invested in us and got to know us, before capturing our pictures, which made all the difference in our end product.
We had our Engagement pictures, my Bridals, and our Wedding day captured by Stephanie. We were always so comfortable taking our pictures because of her communication and assistance in what to do: where to head tilt, where to place our hands, which knee to bend etc. When it came to selecting a fraction of the Wedding Day pictures for the condensed album I said to her, “You’ve made my job of picking pictures super difficult by doing yours so well!” Seriously though, what Stephanie does is pure ART. She has a gift, and I’m so thankful that she shares it with the world, because her talent radiates with her meticulous attention to detail so that every picture is perfect.
I’m so grateful for Stephanie and the work she did to capture our wedding day. They are memories that will live on year over year! I plan to keep Eden Grey in mind for all our future photography needs!
It's been almost two years since Eden Grey photographed my bridals and wedding in 2017. Today, I am looking over the photographs and the emotion of those days comes back to me all...
over again. The evening was SO short, and these pictures allow me to relive those sweet, happy times. The shots range from wonderful vignettes of all those small details - our cake, our toasting flutes, our rings, the lace hem of my gown - to photojournalistic shots of everyone laughing and dancing at the reception. I will treasure these memories forever, and Eden Grey makes that possible. This is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a wedding photographer - Stephanie is a total professional - detail oriented, prompt, and down to earth, but she also loves to laugh and participate in the joy of the moment.
I'm so glad we picked Eden Grey Photography for our wedding! Stephanie was amazing to work with. As soon as we met her during the Houston Bridal Expo, we just knew we wanted to hav...
e her capture our big day. She is such a sweet, thoughtful, and detailed person. Not only did she make us feel extremely comfortable during both our engagement and wedding photos, but she also kept to our schedule perfectly. Stephanie is extremely talented! Narrowing down the photos to create our wedding album was very difficult because they all came out so great! Myself, my family, and my friends were all very impressed with her and I highly recommend her for your big day, too.
I can not say enough great things about Stephanie and her photography skills! I contacted her after seeing photos she’s taken and I fell in love with her style! Not only is she an ...
amazing person with a heart of gold, but her skill set and professionalism is out of this world. In this industry it’s hard to get in contact with vendors and have a response within 2-3 days after voicemails/emails have been sent out. Stephanie literally would reply to my emails within 10 minutes! It was magical!
Stephanie did my bridals and our wedding. She is very quick to getting pictures back to you! We had to do my bridals 2 weeks before the wedding and she had all my pictures back to me AND had a large picture printed with a few days so I’d have it for the wedding! She’s a miracle worker.
Steph is so easy to work with. She will sit down with you to get to know you, like a friend, and makes sure everything is perfect just the way you want it.
I would hire Steph over and over again!
We chose Eden Grey for our engagement and wedding photos and have been incredibly impressed throughout the process. Stephanie picked up on our style and captured our wedding the wa...
y we want it remembered (perfectly timed candids versus overly posed stuffy photos).
Our engagement photos came out beautifully and we had such a fun time with Stephanie. She made us so comfortable and captured some really fun shots.
Stephanie was amazing the day of our wedding, she kept everybody on time and she kept me relaxed (and that is important because you spend a lot of time with your photographer that day!) We are working on our wedding album now and it has been almost impossible to narrow down the pictures because the day was so perfectly captured.
I would highly suggest Eden Grey for those looking!
Having Stephanie photograph your wedding is like having a life-long, close friend capturing all of your special moments… she instinctively knows where to be when, and she is like a...
NINJA! I had no idea that she got some of the shots she did until we saw the picture gallery! Our family and friends have also been so incredibly impressed with her work. NOT ONLY is she crazy talented with her photo composition and knowledge of lighting and how to pose people who are uncomfortable in front of a camera, but she also jumped in and was willing to have us hire her after meeting us just ONE WEEK before our wedding. My husband and I put together a wedding in about 10 days, and she adjusted her personal schedule to accommodate us. She squeezed in a quick couple’s portrait session after our ceremony, and even drove us to our reception in her own car. Stephanie is, hands-down, the best investment you will make on your wedding day. I will treasure our photos for the rest of my life.
(If I had one piece of advice for future clients, it would be to DOUBLE or TRIPLE the number of pictures you agree to put in your album. 50 pictures may sound like a lot, but she took so many incredible pictures, that it took us FOREVER to narrow them down to the ones we kept for the album. You’re going to want way more options… so shoot for 100 or 200 at the very least.)
We hired Stephanie to shoot our engagement and wedding about two years ago. Looking back at her amazing work prompted us to write a review. The quality of work, and Stephanie's pro...
fessional (yet very personable) style made the whole process a total joy. She was able to capture special moments throughout the day in amazing ways. She captured everything from the beauty of the ceremony to the energy of the reception. And all of this was in Washington, DC (so Stephanie had to coordinate with our schedules and everything from a distance!). I would highly recommend Eden Grey to anybody looking for a wedding photographer - even those outside of the greater Houston area! Her work is fabulous, and we still receive compliments about the photos almost two years later. If you want to really have a keepsake of memories from your wedding or engagement, you need look no further than Stephanie and Eden Grey.
How do I even begin explaining how extraordinary Stephanie and OB were for my wedding this past weekend? They went above and beyond for our wedding. They were up and down and all a...
round throughout the day. Extremely creative and provided my husband and I with the perfect amount of direction. They were fabulous with my wedding party and super efficient when it came to our family formal photos. I cannot wait to see the photos-- I already know they are going to be out of this world! Thank you so much, Stephanie and OB!
Stephanie was fantastic! We had to reschedule our engagement shoot three different times due to Houston rain and flooding, but she was always positive and fun to work with. The p...
ictures from our wedding turned out beautifully and the album she put together for us was great! We were always able to get a hold of her with questions and requests and her suggestions for other options were spot on. I am so glad we went with Eden Grey and would highly recommend them!
