The cake was delicious and beautiful. They delivered and made the process very easy for my fiancee and myself. We told them our vision and they worked with our budget to help us ac...
complish it!
Good experience with the process of hiring and designing my cake, pretty easy even though I was planning from San Diego. Staff is kind and the cakes are delicious. I really like th...
at they offer to give you your top tier cake 1 year later so that you don’t have to freeze it. Only downside was that my cake topper was not placed on my cake for my wedding day. Not sure where there was miscommunication, maybe I wasn’t suppose to take the topper to them to place in advance. Luckily they still had my topper in store and I was able to pick it up.
Our experience with Eddie's Bakery was great. From the cake testing experience to the delivery of the cake. It not only looked beautiful but tasted great as well. We got the white ...
cake with champagne and raspberry filling. It was amazing.
Beautiful cake!
I spent $48 on a cake I could have made for about $1 at home. They told me they could do pink champaign inside and they just made it white. There was no way of knowing that until c...
utting into it. By then it's to late they acted like I was lying to them. I waited an hour for them to open and then they just tell me I'm lying to my face. I know how it looks and how it should taste I've gotten it from much better places like Madonna inn. This place doesn't own up to there mistakes and overal has poor service. They wouldn't even give me a champaign cake that was half it's prie. Even taco bell at least gives you a free taco coupon. This place is awful
Our wedding cake was absolutely TO DIE FOR!!!! Everything about it was amazing! We are so glad that we chose Eddie's to do our wedding cake! I would recommend them to ANYONE who ne...
eds a cake done! Their chocolate cake is THE BEST!! Also, a HUGE shout out to Sophia for being the sweetest, most amazing cake lady I have ever met! She is friendly, funny, and a complete joy to be around!
I am so beyond happy with the service that Eddie's Bakery provided. We met with a few local bakeries and shortly after walking in to our appointment I knew eddies was where we woul...
d be buying our wedding cake. The girl who did our consultation was probably the sweetest person I met ANYWHERE when talking to wedding vendors. We actually ended up choosing to do 3 different wedding cakes to go on a dessert table. The design was exactly as I described and what I wanted. The only downside was the cake was so delicious our guests ate the bride and groom cake also. Lol!
we got 120 cup cakes and a small 2 tier cake and everyone loved them. they were exactly what my husband designed. the cake was wonderful.
Eddie's makes beautiful wedding cakes!!! Who knew? After pricing cakes at several local Fresno locations this was by far the best deal. I wanted a smaller wedding cake with several...
pies for the reception and a delivery to a location over 20miles away. They will accommodate several different flavors at no extra charge. Everyone was very nice each time we spoke, a much needed hassle free experience!
I recently did my cake tasting here.I was so excited to try this place but was really let down the lady who sat down with me was kinda rude not very personable. Then when my brides...
maid and I actually tasted the cakes the baker wasn't even there they just basically gave us the samples and sent us on our way. Very overpriced bad customer service.
We had them do a 5 tier round cake, had 3 tiers have flowers and the top was a castle that i bought. We had them do shimmer powder on the entire cake, it looked amazing! Only thing...
, the reception location was a little warm so the cake started tilting with the filling in it, so we had to cut it a little before scheduled so it wouldnt all fall! But man, i have never had better tasting cake then theirs!!! Cant wait to eat our cake topper!
They lost my broch. However, they gave me money back for it. Also, they called me and stated they needed something else for the cake after I made three attempts stating nothing ...
else needed right and all three said yes.
My cake looked amazing! However, they didn't put my cake topper on at the site, but it was easy to do myself. Also, there was a bit of misunderstanding when I went for my tasting, ...
but they made an exception for me, since I was an out of state bride. I'd love to tell you the cake was delicious, but I didn't get to eat any!
Their services were included in my Wedgewood package.
Eddie's Bakery crafted and delivered the cake for our wedding. We met with a consultant twice; once to place the order and once again to finalize the order a week before the weddin...
g. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable at each meeting. The product they delivered was exactly what we ordered and it was beautiful.
We got 3-tier cake and a sheet cake for our wedding. Both tasted awesome. Even though we had a mishap with the cake it still gt deivered before the reception and was wonderful loo...

I went into Eddie's expecting just to browse. After a few minutes I sat down with a cake consultant and decided to order. She showed us some pictures of what we could do, and I fi...
nally picked one. On the day of my wedding when my cake showed up, I was so happy to see that it was EXACTLY like I had pictured it would be. We got chocolate for one tier and red velvet for another and both tasted fantastic. We froze all of the extra cake and have been thawing it out and eating it, and it is just as good after being frozen as it was when it was fresh.
I am a little disappointed with Eddie's Bakery. We spent the money to go to Eddie's because we were told it was the best. The cake itself was nice but the cake was delivered an hou...
r and a half late. After the ceremony after people ate just in time to cut the cake. That delivery girl was the only one who seemed to care that it was late. I have yet to hear anything from them and when I called they said they were sorry. That's all I got. Sorry.
I originally intended on going through Eddie's Bakery for my cake, then I got my wedding package through Wedgewood and their cake vendor was Eddie's, so it worked out perfectly! Th...
e cake consultation meeting was quick, simple and Amber, the cake designer was a big help. She was so excited about my cake and kept saying she wanted pictures when it was over. She helped me incorporate my theme into the cake and I think it was very cute. I loved it. I also appreciated that we could make each tier a different kind of cake and use a different filling. I didn't know you could do that.
Our appointment was short, but they had plenty of samples and suggestions. They were very good at following directions and creating exactly what I had in mind.
My cake was - in a word - gorgeous. Smooth and shimmery ivory (white chocolate) fondant with rhinestone trim on each layer. Simple yet dazzling. So simple that you'd think it wo...
uld be easy, but for anyone who's worked with cakes and fondant, getting it bump and dent free can be tough. But Eddie's did it. It was PERFECT! My only wish was that the strawberry filling was less jammy/tangy/tart and a little more "fresh strawberry" tasting but overall I was extremely satisfied!!
Our cake was very reasonably priced and was the most delicious wedding cake I've ever had! We had the tiramisu cake and it was moist, pretty, and sweet (but not too sweet)! They ev...
en called me the day before the wedding to say they were worried that the decorations I brought in might not work. I wasn't able to come in to look at it, so I told them to do what they felt would look best. They did, and it looked great! I couldn't even tell that anything went wrong! They pay attention to detail and want to make sure everything is perfect. Their consultants are great and they always returned my phone calls.
My only complaint is that I came in one day to pay the rest of the balance on our cake and was treated somewhat rudely by one of the staff. It was busy that day, so I didn't let it bother me too much (especially since their cakes are so amazing!)
My favorite feature (and my guests too) loved that the cake was filled with candy pieces. Ive never known a wedding cake that was devoured as quickly as this one was.
From the consultant to the taste and look of the cake, Eddie's did an outstanding job.
They were the only bakery I checked into that did not push for fondant. Their buttercream l...
ooked every bit as smooth as fondant and held up through the entire evening (even though I was told by other bakers that it would melt and look lumpy).
Before the ceremony started, somehow the top layer got destroyed putting the bride and groom on top. Without my knowledge, Eddie's sent someone over right away to completly reconstruct it. It looked perfect and I knew nothing of it until after all the guests had left.
I personally don't think their stuff taste that great.
I loved that they had a variety of model cakes on display so that gave me a lot of ideas.;Make sure everything is in writing and you confirm all details well in advance. If I hadn'...
t confirmed my wedding cake would have been the wrong size filling and design.
Easy to deal with. Warm staff and great cake tasting.
