We ordered the carrot cake and it www delicious! Allison was really helpful in figuring out the size cake stand, wedding topper and extra decor we would need.
Oh my goodness, hire them!!! Earth and Sugar hit it out of the park for our wedding (Feb. 15, 2025 at The Palms Hotel Miami Beach). Honestly was the best cake I've ever tasted and ...
the cake itself was absolutely gorgeous, a true work of art. I loved that we could go in for a tasting (they even packed out slices for a to-go tasting so that my mom who recently had a stroke could taste the cake at home with us). I'm in love with the simple, elegant and gorgeous design — total perfection and exactly the cake of my dreams. They worked seemlessly with our florist (Ever After Florist) to add cake flowers and placed my flamingo cake toppers perfectly. I borrowed a large cake stand from them and they were very patient when I had to have it Uber'ed back to them the next day because of a snafu (the cake stand accidentally got packed with my personal items). They couldn't have been kinder or more responsive. I remain OBSESSED with our wedding cake 6 months on and could not recommend Earth and Sugar more! (p.s. the cake was even featured in The New York Times Vows column!)
Oh my gosh the cake was sooooo good!!
We are still dreaming about our wedding cake from Earth and Sugar it was absolutely incredible! From the design to the flavor, everything was...
flawless. We chose the dulce de leche flavor and WOW… it was a total hit. The cake was rich, moist, and perfectly balanced not too sweet, just melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! We had people coming up to us all night asking where the cake was from and saying it was one of the best they’ve ever had. And honestly, we agree!
Beyond the taste, the cake was beautifully designed elegant, clean, and exactly what we envisioned. The team at Earth and Sugar was so easy to work with, super responsive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made the entire process seamless and fun.
If you’re looking for a cake that’s both stunning and insanely delicious, Earth and Sugar is the one. We’re so grateful they were part of our special day!
From the moment we went for the cake tasting for our wedding, Earth and Sugar set themselves apart from other vendors. They had a lovely set up for us and sat down with us and expl...
ained each piece and flavor combo to us that we had chosen to taste. We ultimately chose their cake, because out of all the vendors we tried, their cake tasted the best to us. Not just the icing and flavor combination, but the cake itself. It was moist, soft and delicious. We chose the vanilla and dulce flavor combo which we loved because it was sweet but not in an overpowering way. Our cake was decorated so beautifully too. It was almost too beautiful to eat!
Our wedding cake from Earth and Sugar was incredible. We had gone to another vendor recommended by our venue and Earth and Sugar was our second tasting. We knew from just walking i...
n how much better this experience would be. They have a nice area for you to sit with your cake choices already on a plate. Every piece was honestly incredible. Really moist and flavorful, not too sweet. It was hard to decide! We went with carrot cake and almond cake. The cake came out looking beautiful on our wedding day and tasted just as amazing as I remembered from the tasting. Thank you!!!
Earth & Sugar is the best bakery in South Florida! From the tasting to the delivery on our wedding day, they were super easy to work with. And of course, the cake was delicious!

ts from our guests on the look and taste of the cake. Before the wedding, the tasting experience was easy (and yummy) and the delivery of the cake was seamless. Also, we had to notify them about an increase in our guest count about a month out from our wedding date, and they were quick to respond and super helpful with the necessary adjustments that would need to be made to our order. Highly recommend!

egan. After researching, we found Earth and Sugar and couldn’t be more pleased! The cake tasting alone was phenomenal, but our wedding cake was beautiful! All of their vegan flavors are amazing and my guests didn’t even know. Many flavors to choose from! Lemon was our favorite! Thank you again!!

to the final product, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and filled with creativity.
The design of our cake was pure perfection—elegant, detailed, and exactly what we envisioned. Every layer was beautifully crafted, and the attention to detail was incredible. It was almost too gorgeous to eat—but once we did, we were blown away! The flavors were rich, balanced, and so fresh that our guests are still raving about how amazing it was.
The team at Earth and Sugar was an absolute joy to work with. They were responsive, professional, and truly passionate about their craft. They took our vision and turned it into something even more special than we imagined.

Our venue chose Earth & Sugar as our wedding cake vendor, and it turned out to be a significant mistake. During our first tasting, all the cake samples were dry and difficult to ea...
t. The owner mentioned that the samples shouldn't have been refrigerated, which supposedly caused the dryness, but we were only given fridge samples. We decided to give them another chance and requested a second tasting, choosing a vanilla cake with buttercream icing. Unfortunately, the cake on our wedding day was just as dry, leaving many guests spitting it out into their napkins. As the bride and groom, we couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it. It was an absolute disaster on our special day, and we felt embarrassed by the negative feedback from our guests. You’re better off going with a Publix cake.
I couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake it was absolutely perfect and beautiful! I loved it so much, it was delicious and everyone LOVED IT! Thank you so much

made by them too. We went with a delicious vanilla cake layered with a dolce de leche filling and opted for a second tier just to have enough to take home. After dessert at the wedding, we had so many guests ask where the cake was from and how they could order one.
