Facilities & Capacity
The Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden encompasses more than an acre of beautifully designed outdoor space where traditional Japanese garden elements blend harmoniously with the Southern California landscape.
Couples may celebrate both their ceremony and reception within the Garden, allowing guests to experience the property as it transforms from a serene daytime setting into a romantic evening celebration.

Throughout the celebration, guests can enjoy views of the koi pond, bridges, waterfalls, trees, and surrounding gardens. The landscape itself provides an extraordinary setting, whether you prefer minimal décor that lets the Garden shine or thoughtful additions that reflect your personal style.

Beautiful place. Once you enter, you are transported to a tranquil garden. You forget that you are in the middle of a busy university. If you attend CSULB or just in the area, this Japanese garden is must visit spot.

A peaceful and calming place when you need a break. The Japanese bonsai trees throughout the garden beautifully represent the culture. 🌿
