for next spring!! We cant wait till our wedding. The best part of all this process is Jason the general manager. He is so knowledgable in the wedding industry. Even if you don't book this venue, brides go see Jason first. He gave us so much info that we didnt even think about. He didn't pressure us into booking his venue. He told us everything we should ask other venues that we ended up touring and he knew what they would tell us. You get the most for your money when you book at this venue. This process of wedding planning has been so stressful and Jason took that all way. I feel like we are close friends now lol. But really go see him first, you wont regret it. Thank you Jason if you read this.

reception was at the barn. Bar and cocktails were outside and it worked perfectly! We got so many compliments on everything and the bride and groom were so happy with everything! I highly recommend it!!

f to change my mind. However, I want to highlight the positives. It’s a beautiful drive into the venue, we were instantly memorized by the scenery and then you see the barn...whoa! We just knew we wanted our wedding there. The barn was a perfect balance of rustic and elegance. It wasn’t overly rustic at all. Our guests loved the location too. From the small manmade waterfall entrance to the chandelier inside..it created the perfect ambiance. The bridal suite and groomsmen cabin were a bonus! We had a large bridal party and everyone fit comfortably. It was nice to have the suites to get ready and gather our bridal party together. We seriously had the best day ever! There are issues that were similar to others on the knot. There was miscommunication and lack of communication from the previous manager Rhonda. We were not told she was no longer there and then had a scare when they couldn’t find our signed contract ( after everything was paid). Luckily, Jason, the new venue manager helped resolve our issues and assured us piece of mind. I cannot thank Jason enough for helping us fit tables that would fit 270 (we ended up with about 230-240) people at our wedding. Although it reads that it holds 300..it doesn’t do it comfortably. So I would recommend this venue if you are doing 250 or less. Mind you, all our vendors had to be outside except the DJ. This ended up well in our favor since we had perfect weather (up until the nightfall when it got cold but it was still bearable). So our caterer, bar, photo booth all had to be located outside for seating space. Another thing we didn’t really consider because we were in love with the views and the place itself, is the lack of kitchen. Since our food wasn’t at the top of our list ( I know, we are terrible) it made it difficult for our caterer to keep all the food warm. We went with a buffet style and she was serving plates ahead of time to prevent long lines. Luckily The food was delicious. We also didn’t realize that their was a lack of communication between the coordinator and caterer. The trash bins were nowhere in sight ( I’m assuming to keep the venue looking clean from an excessive amount of trash bins) but there were no trash bins in sight at all. So our caterer didn’t clean up after dinner as promised. After looking at pictures and talking to guests, they had to keep their empty plates on their table and if they didn’t have our personalized mason jars, they had to keep their plastic cups there too due to the lack of trash bins in sight. Of course, this was not an issue for us at the time. We were having so much fun and our guests were too. Overall, we had a great experience and we would just recommend to work with Jason from the start. If he happens to no longer be there. Find him! He was a great help and he offers rental services for a very reasonable price!

oblem I have with many wedding venues in Texas) and has very simple touches that serve to augment the natural beauty of the Hill Country, as opposed to obscuring it behind the decor. We were one of the weddings that got caught up in the staff transition, which yes, caught us off guard, but Kilee absolutely crushed it, putting her focus on my bride and me as we navigated the craziness of our wedding weekend. She was even sensitive to helping us avoid wedding day drama and trying to make everything run smoothly, which she succeeded. She's the real MVP! At the end of the day, if you want to surprise your guests with a venue that has a little more depth than your average Hill Country wedding destination, I definitely recommend you schedule a tour out at Eagle Dancer Ranch.

as very disappointed when we showed up a month before the wedding and Rhonda was not there, instead was greeted by Kilee, without any notice that Rhonda was no longer be coordinating on the day of. There was a little bit of lack of communication, during the change. As we were promised our 2 fur babies would be able to join us on our big day, as long as they are on a leash and being watched. Less than 24 hours prior to the wedding I recieved a message that the owners do not allow pets and our dogs would not be able to join. I was very disappointed since pets were a big factor in picking the right venue. We also traveled 4 hours from our home so we did not want to leave them kenneled in the hotel room for 12+ hours. Fortunately Kilee was phenomenal, friendly and was able to make an acception since we were promised by Rhonda and also to make my day exactly how I invisibles. Kilee constantly checked in on us the day of, which definitely eased all the nerves and stress. Over all the experience and all was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place as the scenery is just amazing and also the staff

The bridal suite and groomsmen suite are the perfect place to get ready the morning of your wedding. The bridal suite is yet another great place for pictures and is large enough to fit your bridesmaids, moms, and hair and makeup artists with plenty of extra space. The reception barn was the icing on the cake for us. The barn holds a stunning chandelier and is large enough to fit all of your guests (we had 135 guests), bar, catering, and DJ with have plenty of room for dancing. Eagle Dancer Ranch included so many things that other venues do not include like a venue coordinator, amazing bartenders, large tables and chairs, and lots of decorations, just to name a few. All of these extras are a major plus for any bride! The venue is wonderful and the people are even better. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kilee and Rhonda. They have a real passion for making sure that your wedding is perfect and were there to help us through the entire wedding planning process. Kilee checked in with me and my husband throughout our entire wedding day and was there to help in any way she could. Our wedding was perfect and stress free thanks to Eagle Dancer Ranch! We cannot recommend this wedding venue enough!

t the venue is truly stunning! The bridal house and barn are everything I dreamed of. We were able to fit my 8 bridesmaids, mom, sisters, flower girls and other family member in the bridal house with room to spare. The ceremony site was perfect setting for our vows and the barn had the best dance floor to fit all of our guests. Rhonda and Kilee were beyond amazing. They worked with all of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. They were so helpful the morning of the wedding and took so much stress off my shoulders. They were also by our side throughout the whole night and got us anything we needed. I couldn't recommend this venue anymore! My out of town and local guests were amazed by all the beautiful picture spots from the waterfall, to all the beautiful flowers on property. Our day was absolutely picture perfect and I still hear from guests talking about how beautiful the venue was. You will not regret booking your big day at Eagle Dancer Ranch!
