EA Pro Music

e reception, and he took care of that. He met with us several times before the wedding to plan everything. He showed us a circuit diagram he made for the livestream feed, to ensure we could switch between a camera, a zoom call, and a powerpoint for the guests on the livestream. He saved both the livestream feed and the camera feed to a hard drive we provided, so we have the whole reception from multiple angles! He was also very conscientious to pronounce everybody's name correctly. Finally, he is kind, he knows when to play what songs, and he was cooperative and welcoming as an MC. Highly recommend!

ly recommend!

r wedding, with an open concept barn. I had very high expectations for the DJ that I chose - we wanted a particular vibe, certain songs played and certain songs not played. I made playlists for almost every part of the evening. We met with William multiple times before the wedding where we made timelines and discussed expectations. William was readily available with any questions, and always responded promptly and in a professional manner. He was so easy to work with, and despite my high expectations I trusted that he would help fortify my vision. On the day of, William arrived early and set up all of his equipment. We had a mic at the ceremony site, which was away from the barn. The barn was where the dance floor was. We never had issues with the mics during the ceremony, or during the speeches during dinner. He played all of the songs we requested and everything went literally perfectly. The sound was excellent too! Of all of my vendors, EA pro music was the least of my worries. He executed the job perfectly and I have no notes (unusual for me). I was very appreciative of their professionalism, communication and tailoring their services to meet our needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

transitions smooth, and the dance floor full. Thank you for helping make our special day unforgettable!

ecommend them enough!

an excellent job of organizing all the intricate details of a wedding ceremony & reception. I felt taken care of the entire time, and William rolled with all of the punches and curveballs that were thrown at us. I could not recommend him enough, he seriously took away all worries or concerns and made it a flawless event!!

ith Timmy!

day we met with him multiple times via phone and chatted on what our expectations of the day were and how we wanted things done. This made the whole wedding planing process so much easier especially since we were planning our wedding from another city. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend

ith vendors to playing the perfect music at the perfect time….you were exactly everything we had hoped for. You provided easy to use software to help organize music, listened to bride/groom’s wishes, always communicated in a personal yet professional manner and kept our family and friends on the dance floor all night long (something we will always remember). Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

compared. We opted for the advanced lighting package and photo booth, both of which made our reception more special and unique. His communication and music portal made planning more convenient and fun, and he was very responsive to our questions along the way. Our guests were blown away by the entertainment and environment created by William and we give him our highest recommendation!

by far one our favorite vendors to work with. On top of playing great music that kept our dance floor full all night long, we had tasked him with multiple special requests (including an end of the night sing-a-long) and he nailed all of them. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

ess, the people loved him, the lighting was spectacular, and he single handedly ran our entire wedding without a hitch. Would recommend him for any wedding as the wedding process as a whole was better with him in it. Thank you, SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

music transitions were great and he really knew how to read the room. He was very calm and helpful throughout the entire wedding day. We cannot recommend him enough.

e flow and feeling the crowd. Highly recommend

great job selecting other music to match the feel we wanted! He made sure to check in with us when he was about to make announcements so that nothing was a surprise, and made sure to follow any details we requested (such as announcing when the cake was set out and calling out certain time periods during the anniversary dance). Additionally, the software on his portal was super easy to use and made sure that everything we wanted got played. I highly recommend William to anyone in need of DJ services, you won’t regret it!

ow much they enjoyed the DJ. Not only was Sam amazing during the wedding, but he was helpful during the planning process. We had various check-ins to see how he could support the planning process and helped to create our reception timeline. If I never need a DJ for another event, I 100% would book Sam and EA Pro Music.

he energy high and our guests dancing throughout the whole night. He was super adaptable and was able to help the night go seamlessly even when we ran into obstacles outside of his control. We loved working with Sam and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!!

he online platform to choose which songs we wanted played at key moments during our wedding. William worked with us and our outdoor venue to make sure we had great quality sound throughout our outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We trusted his instincts, and he made sure our reception was a dance party! He got members of all generations out on the dance floor, and we got so many comments from our guests about how much fun they had during the reception. We also got great comments from our other vendors about how easy he was to work with. Thank you so much to EA Pro Music for making our wedding perfect and unforgettable!

you have an event that requires a DJ give him a call.

othly. Sam was very personable, responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Multiple guests said they thought our DJ and the music was outstanding! Sam added a few personal touches like passing a microphone around so some of our friends sing a lyric or two to a popular song and asking the longest married couple to give us words of wisdom after the anniversary dance. Name pronunciations were flawless (very important for our international guests!!), and any announcements were un-intrusive. Very happy with the service!

. Will certainly suggest him and EA Pro Music to everyone who is looking for a DJ for their wedding / event.

d all the way from Indiana where we are from to Snowshoe, WV for our destination wedding, and made sure that we got a package customized to our needs for our intimate day. The planning process was super easy and understandable, and he made suggestions that were not only helpful but made our day more special and memorable. William is not a typical DJ, he doesn’t just play songs, he blends them for a seamless sound that impacts you on a different level. He really reads the room and listens to your ideas and input. We couldn't have been happier with the energy and sound William creates, and we will forever remember those special moments we had on our special day. Thank you so much William and EA Pro Music!

e to William we knew we had made a fantastic choice. The online planning portal was very helpful and easy to use as well. William emceed both our ceremony and reception exceptionally well. During our ceremony he had to loop the processional song because things were taking longer than expected but did it so flawlessly that my wife and myself almost didn’t even notice. During the reception his announcements we clear and precise and he helped us stay on track while also adapting to a changing timeline during the evening. William and EA Pro Music is the perfect example of what you should want and expect from your DJ and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone no matter your style or venue. Thank you so much to William and EA Pro for making our wedding day stress free and enjoyable.

band Kyle Jennings so well! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We also booked their Photo Booth and our guests loved it!

really well, and was instrumental in creating a wedding timeline for us (that was SUPER helpful and came in handy when having to communicate with other vendors) He knows how to keep the party going, and was very polite and professional. My husband who was NOT into the idea of having a DJ left after our first meeting with him extremely impressed, and only continued to be more impressed with him the closer we got to the wedding. Do yourself a favor, save yourself time and stress and just hire EA Pro.

y & organized! They were very professional and and answered all our questions in a timely manor! Would use them again!

unique things. He played great music and kept almost all our guests on the dance floor for a majority of the evening! We got so many compliments on him afterwards, and he truly helped make our day great. We would 1000% recommend him again!

the current vibe of the actual event. We had several audio and mixing techs at our wedding and they couldn't stop saying amazing things about his mixing and transitions. Overall thank you William for making our wedding amazing!

ough the worksheet/plans. The day of the event he was very professional and fun to work with - he read the vibe of our guests and slowly built the dance floor up for the party we were hoping for by the end of the night! Highly recommend hiring the EA Pro Music team!

nt out of his way to help and answer questions that had nothing to do with music.

tions or bother us. He practiced with our soloist and speakers again without having to bother us. He did a great job at both sites. I appreciated all the before contacts they made to make sure they had everything they needed for the day. It was great to have professionals do their job without needing us on that day. It left us free to enjoy the day. We highly recommend using them for your event.

role in the success of our wedding. The dance floor was full during the whole reception and he played a perfect mix of music to keep everyone entertained all night! We also used him for our ceremony and everything went completely smooth. If you need a DJ for your wedding or event, choose EA Pro Music. You will be SO happy you did!

then Covid happened - and we had to postpone until this year. William was so understanding when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone. Once we decided to move forward officially in 2021, William was super helpful and very responsive to each and every question we had leading up to the big day. Loved the planning tool EA Pro uses - it made it so much easier to see the timeline and make sure that songs we wanted played, were played. There aren't enough good things to say about this company!

ver let it die. He did our ceremony and was spot on with the music and timing and that meant so much to me and he nailed it! Then, came the reception. Oh my gosh, like I said, I can’t rave enough about him! Not for one second was our dance floor empty and that was my biggest concern but Sam never let that happen. He played everything we requested but we also gave him free range and he knew when and what to play at all the right times! If you are torn between who you want to hire, EA pro music is seriously the best choice without a doubt! They made our wedding even more amazing and super stress free! Thanks guys!

on, and everyone danced all night! We also appreciated William working with us on up-lighting for our venue and dance lighting, both of which looked awesome! We would definitely recommend EA Pro Music to anyone we know!

n M.C. for the night. Not once did I have to worry about any detail. Again, William has far exceeded our expectations. I will reccomend him to anyone who needs a DJ for their event.

ely amazing!! He worked with us, was flexible, and ultimately made sure that we found a path forward that worked for all of us! If you are looking for an amazing DJ that will do everything to make your day special EA Pro Music is the best choice!!

s I picked out and it was perfect! He had great recommendations and knew how to keep the crowd dancing. We had the lights off at the venue towards the end of the night and the dance lighting was phenomenal! 10/10 I would recommend EA Pro every time!

the details were understood and went the extra mile! Totally would recommend them!!

ath forward that worked for all of us. We couldn't be more appreciative.
