About this vendor
Artistry. Passion. Precision. Those are the key factors that make Drop Dead Gorgeous RI stand apart from the rest.
-Artistry -
With 17+ years of makeup experience, Loran, owner of DDGRI, and her team, aren't new to the scene. They have a wealth of knowledge that allows exceptional makeup applications for all makeup styles, skin tones, skin types, races and ages. Customizing each look with a level of detail that makes each individual's features beautifully stand out in either a natural, subtle or dramatic way, based on you and your party's preference. With the ever-evolving makeup trends, Loran and her team are always expanding their makeup artistry, technique and education to ensure that no one is getting that "cookie-cutter" Bridal look.
-Passion-
To say DDGRI loves makeup is an understatement, but it's more what the power of makeup can do than it is just playing dress-up. For Loran and her team, the passion behind the artistry is giving Bride's their "wow" moment; having them feel confident, excited and drop dead gorgeous for the biggest day of their life. That passion flows throughout the entire process; from the first level of interaction during the inquiry/booking process, to the Bridal Makeup Trial, all throughout the wedding planning process, the coordination of timelines, last minute headcount and schedule changes, check-ins throughout the week of the wedding, glamming up the Bride and her party and even helping zip or lace up dresses, buckle shoes and give that one last boost of confidence, DDGRI is there for you, every step of the way.
-Precision-
Attention to detail is crucial to the success, effectiveness and ease of a wedding morning running smoothly. Loran and her team are always thinking 3 steps ahead, to ensure you and your party feel gorgeous and actually get a moment to enjoy the day and breath! Whether it's double-gluing your false lashes because it's a windy day or scheduling a few extra minutes with a Bridesmaid that tends to be a little more particular, DDGRI has got you covered. Winged liner is its sharpest and communication is clear and concise when you have Loran and her team by your side.
Although Loran personally focuses more on the makeup portion of the beauty services, she has an impressive team of highly-skilled and accommodating hair stylists that complete the most gorgeous of Bridal looks. Continuing education, awareness of trends and a level of comfortability ensure not only stunning hair styling but a truly memorable getting-ready process.
Loran and her team of Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists want you and your Bridal Party, Moms and anyone else who is important to you, feel confident and beautiful. Their goal is to make the Bridal Beauty portion of the day feel effortless, so much fun and ensure you all leave looking and feeling DROP DEAD GORGEOUS.

sband actually said to me the night of our wedding that my makeup just kept looking better and better as the night went on! I got so many compliments on my makeup, especially my eyes and how she made them pop! Loran made all of my bridesmaids feel so beautiful as well, especially my flower girl who was excited to be a princess for the night. We contracted with Loran to also have Angela Mangano do our hair. Angela did a great job listening to everyone and what they wanted. It was a windy and cold day, but we all looked great and your hard work survived the wind and the cold. I would highly recommend Loran and Angela to any bride, it was such a great experience and exactly what I wanted. Thanks again!

ft feeling awesome not only because my makeup was flawless, but also because Loran is so thorough, professional, down to earth, and she really takes it to another level. My wedding day was the hottest day ever, and I was really nervous not only about crying (which I did a lot
Of) but also sweating so much my makeup would get streaky. None of that happened. It was perfect from start to finish. All of my bridesmaids LOVED their makeup and my guests could not stop complimenting how gorgeous we all looked. If you are looking to book DDGRI for your wedding or any other special event, take my advice and just DO IT. You will not regret it!

mmodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. I originally met her when she did makeup for my best friends wedding and can say I have steadily used her for every important event since then. I will continue to book with her for as long as she’s in this business!! e up services that often gets neglected. She took care of my MOH, my mother-in-law and myself(bride). She had some great tips I had never heard about, and I’ve been a make up enthusiast since I was a little girl. Right as she was leaving I was having a crisis with my dress straps so I called for room to bring up a sowing kit. She stopped at the front desk grabbed the sowing kit and made it back to the room before room service could get there! Do yourself a favor and hire Drop Dead Gorgeous for which ever occasion calls for some glam! You won’t regret it! I certainly didn’t!

riendly, professional. But the wow is her work. Loran is an extremely talented make up artist. She did rehearsal dinner and wedding makeup for Mother of Groom, 2 sisters of groom and the flower girl. It was exactly the look each of us wanted. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again if I attend events locally. Very skilled with applying individual lashes.

r time making sure you 100% love your finished look. Whatever your vision may be, Loran can turn it into reality. Mine has always been a more natural look. I never used to like getting my makeup done before I met Loran because I typically only wear very light makeup and I found past artists make me look unnatural with caked on foundation and not even myself. Now, I LOVE getting my makeup done, thanks to Loran! She creates the most natural glowing look and I always leave feeling confident and my best self. My makeup lasted our entire wedding day even after dancing for hours. I will never forget the pre-wedding nerves the morning of and how calming Loran was to talk to before my big day. Her passion for what she does is evident, her work is incredible and she has a personality to match. No matter what occasion you may need her for, this is your girl!
