The ceremony ultimately began around 4:45 p.m. because I was told they were waiting for additional guests who were caught in traffic. I was ready to begin at the scheduled 4:30 p.m. start time. I also want to correct the statement that you walked down the aisle to the wrong song. Your completed ceremony song list identifies “Turning Page – Instrumental” by Sleeping At Last as your bride entrance song. The version history of that document shows that you personally entered that selection approximately a month before the wedding, and my timestamped VirtualDJ history shows “Turning Page (Instrumental)” by Sleeping At Last being played for your entrance. As the DJ responsible for the audio, I was attempting to correct the microphone so your guests could hear your vows. I understand that you did not appreciate the interruption, but the statement that someone had to physically push me away is not accurate. As for the claim that I repeatedly approached you to reconfirm information that had already been provided, that also does not accurately describe what I was asking. Wedding timelines frequently shift during the event, and my questions were about whether we were still following the planned timeline or whether the timing had changed — not about reconfirming songs or asking you to repeat information you had already given me. During our consultation, I had explained that the itinerary was not written in stone and that I would check in as needed so we remained on the same page regarding timing. When I was later asked to communicate through your designated point person rather than directly with you, I respected that request for the remainder of the evening. Regarding the comment about alcohol, I did have alcoholic drinks from the hosted bar during the event. I was never intoxicated or even slightly impaired, and it did not interfere with my performance or responsibilities at any point.
