I found the perfect wedding dress at Dream Gowns! I was assisted by Allen who was so helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. There was a large va...
riety of dress styles and sizes to pick from. There was also dresses for every price range. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect wedding dress.
They carry the Disney Dream dress line which is why I booked my appointment. Found my dress from this line. They did not discuss sizing or what options I could modify outside of ...
adding straps which I did do. When the dress came in it was sized too big except for the cups they were a full cup B and I wear a DDD. Which I found out they could have requested my cup size when ordering the dress. When the seamstress asked them to order more appliqué to add panels to the back to keep the look of the dress they failed to order them. No help from the salon about their mistakes just a reminder there is no refunds., not even an apology. I had to pay for the entire back of the dress to be modified to allow room for my breast to fit in this dress then have the dress taken in at the waist. The back was one of the main reasons I chose this dress in the first place. They ordered the wrong size and now the back looks crappy because the beading couldn’t be matched either. Once they have your money you are no longer a customer to them and good luck trying to get them to provide you any type of service. Dress was 3,500, adding the straps was 400. And then they added a $100 extra fee to my bill. When I questioned this charge they told me shipping. However shipping was not written down next to it when they itemized it. This was not a special order or rush delivery. So what was that actually for? This area is limited in choices of bridal salons so that’s the only reason they stay in business. Also what they don’t tell you is if you ask to use the bathroom you will walk by a rack full off brand new dresses marked down to $40 bucks. So if you go, look there first and save yourself the money because even if they order it for you, you will pay a lot in alterations since they don’t order you the right size anyways.
Got my dress from them and they listened to my wants for my dress and pulled some amazing dresses, ones I have not seen in shops or online. I ended up finding my dress and the staf...

t up, realized I made the wrong choice. They worked with me and, on my second trip, I found the perfect dress! They even helped my sister find her wedding dress! They are very attentive and I love the fact that you can buy some of the dresses right off the rack. The feel is not stuffy like some
bridal salons can be. They are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and very important. Great experience!

different options. I found the perfect dress and then they helped me find some beautiful accessories (belt & hairpiece) to go with it. I also ended up spending less than what I had budgeted, so that's a plus.
Amazing service. Affordable prices and I found my Maggie Sottero wedding dress here! Tona was wonderful-honest, and knowledgeable! I didn’t even have an appointment!
Dream Gowns is a fantastic place to shop for a dress! I went there with my friend who is getting married, and we only had 15 minutes before we had to leave for our next appointment...
. The girls at Dream Gowns were champs - they jumped right in to help! My friend described what style she was looking for, and within 2 minutes she was in the dressing room trying on dresses that were exactly what she wanted. All of the employees were incredibly helpful and no one gave us a hard time for coming in without an appointment and causing a whirlwind of activity. They were so kind and skilled, and the very first dress they picked out for my friend was her absolute dream gown!
Bought my wedding dress from this place and it was a good experience. Overall good service and great selection.
I bought my wedding dress from here and overall enjoyed the experience. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful and the selection of dresses was pretty good as well. Howeve...
r, when I picked my dress up, they didn't ask for any confirmation of who I was, they just handed the dress over, and I had never seen the girl before so I know it wasn't because she recognized me. I found that to be a little unprofessional when you're dealing with such a high priced item. Overall they were good, and I would recommend them.
I went to Dream Gowns to get some ideas for my bridesmaids. I had no intention of buying a wedding dress. My sister convinced me to try on a beautiful white gown trimmed in scarlet...
. It was the one! They suggested a seamstress to hem the gown and helped me by steaming the dress the week before my wedding.
Great selection of wedding dresses. I tried on 9 and ended up buying the first one plus a veil.
The ladies at dream gowns are so accommodating! They put my anxieties at ease and I found "the one" trying on only 6 dresses! They let me come in whenever I wanted to try the sampl...

dy pulled 10 gowns of similar dresses for me to try on. I was sooooo happy that I found my dress on the first trip ever trying on wedding dresses. It was absolutely perfect.
I always had a gown in mind from online. However, I have only seen the accents in red. I informed the lady assisting me of the gown and she informed me the gown actually came in ot...
her colors. However, the gown has been discontinued and the sizes and colors were limited. She guided me over to the dresses in my size and found it immediately in Seafoam Green! I was over excited and after trying a few other options on, I had found my dream gown! Close to the wedding date, the ladies steamed in a matter of minutes and found me a person to alter the dress! I love this place and would recommend others to stop by to see your dream gown.
They had lots if dresses, beautiful ones, and the prices assets good! Service not so great.

Great selection, but very sub par customer service. Dress was delivered in January, and supposedly was 'called'. I never had a voicemail, and called on March 8th to check status ...
of dress and they told me it had been there since January. My wedding was April 21st, and had to have alterations done. No one really accepted responsibility, and was so frustrating!
This shop had a huge selection and tons of looks to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had a layaway plan that helped me out a lot.
Loved my dress. The staff was very helpful. Had a great time!
The ladies at this shop were so nice! I am from Alabama and was vacationing with some family in Panama City. We decided to go on a whim, and I ended up finding my dress! The dress ...
I picked out was an all over lace Sottero and Midgley and my wedding is in 6 months and they said it could take up to 7 months for one to come in. The sample they had in the store just happened to be in my size, and they had only had it for a week and I was the first to try it on, and since I was from out of town, they let me take it home with me that day! It was such a relief to not to have to worry about ordering a dress! And they gave us a $300 discount! They don't have the biggest selection, but they sure do have some pretty ones! I would recommend this shop to anyone!
Dream Gowns has a wonderful selection and rather wide variety of dresses to choose from. The attendants were friendly, but weren't really as attentive as I thought they should have...
been. We were never really greeted or asked if we needed help. Other than that, I was pleased to find my dress within the first try at this store and for a very reasonable price!
