Dream Events

rts and cake were great too, and the dinner tables were laid out so nicely. I heard a lot of compliments about Dream Events bartender that night as well - she made our specialty mixed drinks perfectly.

iendly. Our food day of was exactly what we had at our tasting, and it was so dang good!! Our guests kept trying to go back for more they loved it so much! As the couple, we had a dedicated staff member to take care of us and bring us drinks and food, and she was just so nice and accommodating. I never got a chance to talk with the bartenders, but we’ve had a ton of guests compliment them the same way, that they were extremely kind (and they made a dang good drink too)! Honestly, I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t book Dream Events for their catering needs. The quality you get for the money you pay is outstanding. They can’t be beat!

test. We used them for catering, bartending, and tableware. Cocktail tables, linens, silverware, and glassware were all set up beautifully. Their tables for the buffet and apps were also set up so well; they provided cute trays, lights, and fly fans which were an unexpected bonus. We needed a company who could handle allergies and dietary needs while still offering a buffet at a good price and they were the perfect choice. Several guests with celiac and severe nut allergies - Dream was so accommodating, even including a handful of vegan meals at no extra cost. We had 0 issues and all the guests raved about their meals. Their team is truly professional- great communicators and really knew how to handle an outdoor, limited space, no kitchen event with protentional rain. 100% recommend!

and mixed VERY good cocktails (its rare to get a good old fashioned at a wedding), and the service staff were quick and attentive. They even fixed our small groom's cake when I dropped it in transport!! (They repaired it with small leftover flowers from the arrangements). The flower arrangements were really pretty for the reception and ceremony, and we loved the bouqets and boutonniere they made for us. Going to Dream Events for all these parts of the wedding took a lot of stress off of us for planning our own wedding. I shopped quotes for around 5-10 different vendors, and they were right in the middle of the pack for cost. They did everything right and knocked it out of the park. 10/10.

even better than at the tastings. Highly recommend the jalepeno creamed corn ;) Dream Events also offered us complimentary chargers and even went out of their way to wrap our napkins in a ribbon we provided. I also highly appreciated the servers following my husband and I around on wedding day to ensure we got to partake in the amazing food we ordered! Highly recommend!

ils and was very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. For both our catering and our florals, we had a meeting at their studio. During the meetings (one each for catering and florals separately), I felt so reassured with our choices. I really felt like at every step of the way, they want to make it the best experience possible and really care about crafting an individual product specifically for your event. I really felt like they truly cared about making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and decreasing the stress in ways they could. For example, with the catering, they were so flexible about the number of meals, the services they were providing , etc. (right up until the last 2 weeks when they need the absolute final numbers) and making sure there would be vegetarian/vegan options available if any guests decided they wanted that option. We ended up updating our initial contract several times over the course of the planning process. So the planning aspect with them was 10/10. And the food was DELICIOUS. We had the taco dinner for our wedding and our guests were highly complimentary of the food. Regarding the florals, everything mentioned above about the planning process also holds true. I have to admit, the florals did not quite line up exactly with my vision, however they were lovely just the same. I feel like part of the reason for this is because the coral ranunculus I was hoping to use were in the few week time period where they aren’t available, so we had to use an alternative. I also felt like my bouquet started to wilt very quickly, mainly the flowers around the edges, although I’m not really sure if that is avoidable. Overall, I was so happy I picked Dream for both my catering and my florals. Lisa, Caesar, and Sergio specifically were amazing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! They were a large part of making our day the amazing success it was!

olutely stunning—better than we could have imagined. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was, and the flowers truly made the whole space magical. Even our wedding planner commented on how wonderful they were to work with and how impressive everything turned out. Working with them was hands down the best decision we made. Their professionalism, creativity, and dedication showed in every detail, and their staff put their whole hearts into making sure our day was perfect. We felt so cared for and supported the entire way through. If you’re looking for a team that will not only deliver but exceed expectations, look no further. They are a literal dream, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! Trust me, working with them will be the best decision you make throughout the entire wedding planning process!

superb. The Dream Events team has excellent people! - Michael and Aubrey

you for your hard work and for making our wedding everything we envisioned

ill rave about it! Their team was professional, organized, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

during the wedding was even better than we remembered. Everyone RAVED about how amazing the fajita tacos were and the craft elote. We couldn’t recommend them more for your bar and dinner needs for your wedding!!

e Mac and cheese all night. This was the exact easy eat and go dance setup I was looking for. The team at Dream Eats worked with my budget to make sure we had plenty of food to go round and were able to accommodate Vegan meals which my guests were super happy for. Would book them again in a heartbeat.

they make everything 100% to my liking but they also had an amazing in-person meeting presentation. I got to see everything I wanted right in front of me. They were super communicative during the entire process, I never was left guessing!

ious tacos and queso bar—it was fresh, well-prepared, and a total hit! The team was professional and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for better service or tastier food to celebrate our special day. Huge thanks to Dream Events Catering for making our wedding so memorable and delicious!

ember was kind, capable, and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect day. I particularly appreciated Dream Events’ attention to detail and the ability to add on vegetarian + kids’ meals free of charge. I would highly recommend Dream Events to any couple, both for the quality of food and quality of service!

t married, and now I get to dream of reliving our wedding meal over again!

g rentals for the linens extremely easy. Their food was amazing! We had a numerous amount of compliments from all guests on how good the food was, and no complaints. They also gave us to go plates for us being the bride and groom which was amazing. I would highly recommend them for your wedding! Thank you for helping make our special day so amazing!

of our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was, and the braised beef with chimichurri was especially a big hit !!) and they were very responsive and customer-service focused throughout the planning and the reception itself. Plus, their pricing was very competitive as well! We would definitely recommend Dream events to anyone looking for an amazing catering experience for their wedding or other special event!

ur budget and had so many food options that included Latin American cuisine that wasn’t just fajitas. During the food tasting they provided us with so many delicious foods to try and provided us with detailed information about what comes included with all their services, and their diligence in accommodating food restrictions/allergies really captured my heart (I'm a fellow girly with gut issues and have family members with dietary restrictions). They were also able to add in a couple of items like street corn and piña and sandia aguas frescas to provide some more Mexican antojitos. Come wedding day, the food was outstanding—our guests raved about the braised beef with chimichurri salsa, the chipotle chicken and the insanely good street corn. The meat itself was so soft and juicy and people kept going back for more. The staff was professional and efficient the entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly and the tables were kept clean. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and the beautiful presentation of the food added a lovely touch to our reception. Overall, the quality of food and service exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Dream Events for anyone looking for exceptional catering!

s to choose from, were incredibly flexible and helpful with our tasting and requests, and then delivered high quality food and service day-of. The one issue we had was with dietary restrictions. As a vegetarian, it was incredibly important to me that all of our guests' dietary restrictions were very thoughtfully addressed. In advance, the team was very helpful and thorough in thinking through all the potential restrictions and making sure there were options for everyone. However, day-of, the vegetarian main dishes were not served to the vegetarians. There was confusion among the servers between the vegans and vegetarians and the 5 vegetarians just didn't get a main dish. When I talked to the team afterward, they were very apologetic and accommodating to do what could be done after the fact to make it right. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about Dream. My bouquet, flowers and centerpieces were all gorgeous. And they worked with me to get things just right to fit in with the way we wanted our table numbers to look and other details. Everyone on the team is a real treat to work with.

hem, they went above and beyond to bring it to life in ways I never imagined. Their expertise and creativity were evident in every floral arrangement and rental piece they provided. The attention to detail was impeccable, and their ability to capture the essence of my vision surpassed all expectations. Working with Dream Events was an absolute pleasure. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and made the design process seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day were truly remarkable. Without a doubt, the florals and rentals provided by Dream Events were the highlight of our wedding and reception. They added an unparalleled level of elegance and sophistication that made our day truly unforgettable. I am forever grateful to Dream Events for making my wedding dreams a reality, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to elevate their event to the next level.

much they enjoyed their meal. Very rarely do you get that kind of feedback from a large event! They were easy to work with, and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!!

Our guests complimented me all night on the quality, flavor of food, variety, and the amazing staff. Lisa and Cesar made this a seamless, stressfree event for me (mother of the bride), Lisa stayed in constant contact with me, returned calls and emails fast, and helped navigate me when we lost our wedding coordinator at the venue. Truly, people wanted seconds and thirds of the food! The staff helped reorganize the tables when they were accidentally set up incorrectly. The staff was so professional and so great, it seemed like they knew what I needed before I did :) If there is any question about quality, service and professionalism, let me say, they are top choice!

aving about the food and loved the dessert bar and ice cream bar set up that we had. Communication was great during the entire wedding planning process and they beat the price of many other catering companies. I'd highly recommend checking out Dream Events for your wedding catering needs!

team at Dream is so kind and great to work with. There was great communication throughout the planning process, and an attention to detail I really appreciated. At our tasting, they really took their time explaining everything to us, from how appetizers would be served to how the signature drinks would work. We chose a buffet style dinner and had a few dietary restrictions that they seamlessly accommodated. Multiple guests were disappointed when we told them Dream is not a restaurant, because they wanted to eat there again and again. It’s also worth mentioning they are a more affordable option than all the other places we looked at, which is crazy to me since their food is so incredible. Highly, highly recommend!

or a tasting at their downtown Austin location - he was absolutely hilarious, genuine, and so incredibly accommodating. My husband and I knew from the beginning we wanted fajitas to be served buffet style at the wedding. I visited a total of 3 separate caterers trying the same menu at each. We ended up moving forward with Dream as we felt not only was the food prepared with a bit more personal flair, but also that we felt that Cesar and his team truly cared for us as customers. Leading up to the wedding, I flopped back and forth between the multitude of appetizer choices, which sides to have, the table settings, etc. Lisa was always patient and incredibly responsive with answering my questions, updating the quote, etc. When we got closer to the wedding, Lisa ensured that everything was in order. Dream set a date for the final guest count to be due and in the case that it had decreased since the final payment was settled a time range for a reimbursement to take place - this was something that gave me a lot of peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, setup, serving, and takedown went off without a hitch and I am very grateful. Our guests love the chips and queso bar, the appetizers, and the buffet dinner. The Dream team was kind enough to ensure that two plates were sent to the bridal suite so my husband and I could enjoy our meal together before joining our guests. I am still dreaming about the little fig bite appetizers! Thank you to the Dream team!!

re I was 100% worry free day of and went above and beyond.

classic but something that you wouldn't order at a restaurant to give our guests a great experience with some comfort food. We had our tasting and were a fan of the Cornish game hen (my aunt is still sad there wasn't the rosemary cream sauce leftover) and the braised beef. For the sides, we chose rainbow carrots (which guests wiped out they were so good!) and a salad with mashed potatoes. We loved the mac and cheese so much that we asked Dream to create it into a shooter style for our guests to go with the appetizers for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the food and we still got compliments on how well it was all put together. We were served a private dinner at our venue and the food was hot and delicious. The staff kept the venue clean and bussed tables as the night went on. They worked with the coordinator to break it down. We held our reception at our church parish hall. The following day, the church was hosting a fellowship brunch after Sunday service and the ladies that went to help set up and cook found the kitchen cleaner than they had ever seen it. Dream didn't cook on site but used the counters, fridge, and prep area and yet took the time to clean it better than they found it! Florals - turned out beautiful they met with us a few times to run through colors and options. Florals were not my biggest vision - I just knew I wanted them to flow. The altarpiece was a little off-color-wise compared to my bouquet - but looked beautiful. Sergio set up on-site and had a few hurdles to jump through with the church liaison so I won't reduce my review because of that. The bouquet was so beautiful I cried when I saw it. My bridesmaids had a ribbon tied around theirs that coordinated with the groomsmen's accent colors. They really listened to that and worked with what florals were in season. I didn't want my flowers dyed to match. We received a lot of compliments on the flowers as well. I asked Dream to include some willow and pheasant feathers which gave a whimsical vibe and really added some unique texture to our tables. Dream handled my family heirlooms for our wedding well. Sergio even took the time to help me with my mom's bouquet from the 80s that had wax flowers and pearl beads to give it a refresh for my bridal portraits. The colors turned out lovely in the photos and looked so real! On the day of our wedding, my mom shared that she would be bringing my dad's boutonniere from their wedding that had matching pearl beads to incorporate into his boutonniere for my wedding. He created the boutonniere on site for him and it turned out lovely and was a special detail included on our wedding day. Overall I would hire them again for any event. Pricing was fair and competitive, and policies were also reasonable with regard to leftovers, serving of vendor meals, and cake. They really worked within our budget and came up with options and were open to ideas to help bring our vision to life. They visited our church and venue for a walk-through before our big day and really got to understand the space and were excited to share some cool visions and ideas with us. Even doing a table mock-up with the linens (which they handled and I'm so grateful for!). I can't say enough good things about this team and really can't wait to have another party so I can hire them and eat some amazing food!

y told us that everything would go so smoothly that we wouldn't even need to talk to them at all during the wedding. It turned out to be completely true. We could not recommend them more!

ion. They continued to follow up and help us plan through our wedding day. The big day went great and without a hitch and we had so many compliments from our guests! Highly recommend Dream Events for your wedding or event!

uld be sure they had my vision on down to a T. And on the day of, my flowers and table decor were so so soooo beautiful Cesar and Sergio knocked it out of the park!

rvice all night long.

asting was fantastic and Cesar helped us plan the best meal for our family and friends. On our wedding day, they knocked it out of the park. The food was FANTASTIC and even better than during the tasting. Our family and friends could not stop complementing on how delicious the food was but also the professionalism the staff radiated. They were so attentive to our guest from the youngest child to the oldest grandmother. They also took such care in preparing special plates for our guests with dietary issues. We cannot wait to use their services for any future events my family has in the future.

made the whole process easy. On top of that, I was so impressed with the staff at our wedding. Everyone was so nice and professional! Our guests were raving about the food. We had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

't selected to taste, but we loved it and added it to our wedding day menu. Lisa (and the rest of the team) was very helpful when working with my coordinator and answering my questions throughout wedding planning. Our guests commented that they liked the food without being prompted! (The braised beef is delicious.) Dream Events' food and service were fantastic and also affordable compared to some other caterers. I highly recommend them!

de them professionally & recommending them to my own brides, OR securing their services when it came to my own son's wedding, Caesar, Lisa, and Sergio have never disappointed. The Dream Events team is beyond flexible and always finds a way to deliver even against all odds. To say they go above and beyond doesn't give justice to their efforts. I've witnessed their stellar service at every type of event imaginable; each with the same high-quality standards in all categories offered. Dream Events continues to be the only "all-inclusive" caterer and event service that I recommend to family, friends, and professionals alike!!

as warm, delicious and full of flavor (unlike other weddings we've attended) and satisfied our most picky of guests (truly!) They created delicious signature cocktails, were so great and easy to work with, responded to emails in a timely manner, and provided VERY helpful industry knowledge to a bride who was doing all of the planning on her own. So very thankful for them. Thank you, Dream team!!

ey brought extra tables we could use for the ceremony. When our bartending service was, um, less than impressive and refused to cut orange slices for cocktails, Dream Events did it free of charge. When we had guests who unexpectedly brought a child we hadn't included in our count, they included a free kids meal. They also accommodated several specific food restrictions for our guests and had a very clear process so everyone knew where and how to get their food safely. And above all, the food was delicious AND affordable! We did a BBQ spread and got nothing but compliments. We highly recommend them!

es made along the way and worked hard to make a challenging reception layout work without a hitch. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and our guests continue to rave about it! We could not have had a better experience with this team!

that they would be reluctant to cater a wedding in Belton, especially one for only 75 guests. Fortunately, our preconceptions could not have been more wrong. From the start, Lisa and Caesar greeted us with warm smiles and plenty of food. They were the only caterer we met with that served us everything we requested (three appetizers, two entrees, five sides, and three desserts). After eating, Caesar sat with us for over an hour to discuss the catering process. His knowledge of the industry was evident. We told him our budget and our dietary restrictions (pescatarian) and he came up with all sorts of useful ideas. Signature drinks instead of a full bar? Sure. A pasta dish with mushrooms that would please even the staunchest carnivore? Sounds great. Not once did it feel like we were being upsold or deceived. It was clear that we had found our caterer. In the following months, we contacted Dream at least once a week with questions. They always responded within one business day. If we needed to change our menu or guest count, Dream explained exactly what the cost impact would be (if any) and sent us a revised quote. Special requests were always clearly noted to avoid surprises. They even invited us back for a second tasting at no charge. It felt like we were in total control the whole way. In the end, Dream provided catering, tableware, and bartending services for our wedding. Our guests raved about their delicious food and professional service. Many compared the experience to a “New York wedding,” which is high praise from my family. If you’re planning a wedding in the greater Austin area, we can’t recommend Dream Events highly enough. They will make you feel like a priority and ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible.

ve and easy to work with. They made all my request happen. The florals on the day of were gorgeous and amazing! Multiple wedding guests of ours said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! I highly recommend this company for all your wedding needs!

eir consultation and design process is the best and most thorough I've ever seen so that when the big day comes you know exactly what you're getting. They are such friendly people and communication is never an issue. My bouquet was big and beautiful! I love it so much I'm commissioning a painting of it! On top of all that, their pricing is so competitive and they're worth every penny.

go plates to take to our hotel after the wedding and it was just as amazing the second time around. We also had their bar staff who did an amazing job. Our guests were thrilled with how everything turned out!

ent back for seconds or even thirds. We also had leftover food and my husband and I devoured it for days!!! They made us specialty cocktails that fit our personalities and we loved them. You will not be sorry hiring them!! Worth every single penny and then some. Thank you dream staff for making our wedding incredible!

r vendors we looked at. Lisa, Caesar, and Sergio were so helpful in the process. I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. The guests raved about how good the food was. The flowers were beautiful and my bouquet was breathtaking. I chose a dark teal for one of my colors and they were able to make the flowers that exact color. Thank you again for helping to make our wedding amazing!
