Penni is INCREDIBLE. We worked with her as our wedding day coordinator, and she is truly the best. In the months leading up to our wedding, she met with us multiple times to ...
discuss and plan our big day. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was always willing to provide advice when we asked her for it and assist us in crafting our perfect wedding vision. She was so easy to work with. She created our day-of timeline, communicated with our vendors (including participating in additional planning calls with other vendors), and frequently made sure we were on the same page for all details. She also led our rehearsal the day before our wedding and ensured everyone knew what they were supposed to do (which was a big task for a large group). On wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly and our vision was executed perfectly. She coordinated with vendors, family members, and bride and groom, to make sure everything fell into place. Penni is exactly the kind of person you want by your side at your wedding — she is extremely trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. She knew when to handle things on her own (to protect the bride and groom from billions of questions) and also when to ask questions (if needed). She is extremely attentive and easy to work with, and she did not miss a beat. Penni ended up becoming more like a friend than a coordinator, in all the best ways. I can’t imagine not having Penni to assist us in our wedding. Hiring her was the best decision we could have made! We highly recommend Penni!!!! She is extraordinary!!!! Thank you, Penni!!!

ss about a thing. Because of her, we got to just enjoy our day and soak it all in. Everything was perfect, and we’re so thankful for her! Highly recommend Penni to anyone needing a coordinator who’s organized, professional, and amazing to work with.

Penni was the perfect coordinator for our wedding day! We met with her once on the phone, twice in person at Starbucks, once at our venue for a walkthrough, and she came to our reh...
earsal (free of charge). We started working with her three months out, which is much earlier than most coordinators. On the day of our wedding, she was there for 10 hours. Penni was the perfect balance of being there for you but hiding in the background to not get in the way. There were a few minor mistakes/misses, but everything was easy to resolve and not a big deal.
Penni’s pricing was also incredible, much cheaper than any thing else I was seeing. But she provided first class service, and you could tell her couples were her top priority because she was willing to take care of anything you asked her for.
Penni was truly amazing!! She was so helpful during the planning process! She was always available to answer my questions and helped my vision come to life on the wedding day. She ...
placed all my decor perfectly! Including all the placecards for the reception! My family also said she was very helpful and organized during the cleanup. I would highly recommend Penni!!
Penni is absolutely amazing! One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was hiring her! Wedding day went smoothly and was stress free thanks to her and her expertise!...
Book Penni for your wedding, you’ll be so glad you did!
My husband and I got married at the French Farmhouse this past June, and we hired Penni Davis as our day-of coordinator after finding her through The Knot. We had high hopes for ou...
r coordinator based on our positive planning interactions with Penni, in addition to her amazing reviews. Unfortunately, the actual day fell short of expectations. Despite our clear communication beforehand, several agreed-upon tasks went unfulfilled, including the distribution of vendor tips (leaving my husband running around throughout the night doing it himself). Additionally, she was neither flexible nor supportive with last-minute needs; rather than stepping in to manage issues as they arose, she often remained on the sidelines, leaving us to handle these details ourselves—despite the fact that we were paying her specifically for this support.
The biggest thing we were concerned with was that on top of her not fulfilling the things we had discussed, Penni’s interactions with our family and photographer were unexpectedly disrespectful, which added unnecessary tension to what should have been a joyful, stress-free day. Multiple family members mentioned that they felt she was rude or dismissive, and my husband and I experienced this firsthand as well.
I genuinely wish things had gone differently, as our day would have been much smoother with proactive and respectful coordination. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, and it takes a lot for me to leave a less-than-positive review, but based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Penni Davis.

took the time to prepare beforehand and make sure all questions about vendors, schedule, and vision were discussed beforehand. She offered powerful and helpful insight that I wouldn't have known on my own. Also, even when we were running behind schedule, she never made me feel stressed and even helped get things back on track. I have recommended her to my friends as well! We are so thankful for Tami and her team for making our wedding dreams come true!

We had a great experience working with Tami of Dream Day Details for my son's March 2023 rehearsal dinner. We chose her because the bride was working with Tami and this allowed us ...
to coordinate everything for the wedding weekend. I met with Tami several times leading up to the event and she provided great advice. She really stepped in during the weeks right before the rehearsal dinner to help us make final plans and coordinate vendors. The best part was that I trusted she had every detail covered on the night of the rehearsal dinner, from keeping track of the schedule for the evening, to escorting guests to the buffet in an organized manner, to managing vendors so that could truly "be a guest at my son's rehearsal dinner," as she said I should be. Thanks to Tami, it was a perfect evening and a perfect wedding weekend. I've already contracted with her to be the bridal consultant for my daughter's March 2024 wedding!

I am so so thankful for Penni and all that she did to make the day/night so fun, enjoyable, and rememberable!

Three weeks post wedding we are still getting rave reviews from our guests. This was all due to Penni Davis. Thankyou again for everything.
Penni was absolutely amazing! I was definitely a detailed and Type A bride, but Penni helped fill in so many gaps and answer questions that my husband and I hadn't even thought of....
She was so organized, so detailed, so calm, and so helpful. The timeline she created for us flowed perfectly, and I truly can't imagine our wedding day without her there. She kept us calm and handled a few minor hiccups with ease. I know she handles multiple weddings at a time, but every time we sat down with her, it felt like we were her only clients. On top of it all, she is just a genuinely kind person. Couldn't recommend her enough - thank you Penni for helping bring our dream day to fruition!

al day. Tami helped bring light into areas for consideration including timeline. Being the type A bride, details were reviewed thoroughly. She coordinated with other vendors to ensure things ran smoothly even though we had to flip a few details around. Tami is professional, calm while being flexible during times of change, and friendly. If I must complain, I will have to say she didn’t let me help clean up. She is too spectacular at making you feel extra special on your wedding day! We are beyond grateful for Tami Rosas!

Would absolutely recommend Penni to other couples.

the right place, not on time, not completed. A few guests even remarked about it and said that they saw my coordinator talking to other vendors all night. We had to track her down several times to get things going. Half my personal items were gone at the end of the night. None of my catered meals came home with me. None of my florals came home with me. I would not recommend.

rtise came into play way before the big day. Penni held multiple syncs with me leading up to the wedding to ensure we were on the same page about every last detail! She even attended a site/venue visit. The week of the wedding, she took care of contacting and confirming contracts, insurance, arrival times with all vendors, which was a major help to get off my plate. My parents live out of town and I wanted them to get to be guests at our wedding and for me to personally enjoy it too without the extra stress! Our wedding day was more than anything I could have wished for and everything went so smoothly. We have Penni to thank for that!! She kept everyone on the timeline, made sure my vision came to life, and that all I had to do was have fun and spend time with my friends, family and new husband. I cannot say enough great things about Penni and highly recommend!!

She guided me through each step for the big day to make sure I was good and ready. There are so many little things I would've missed if I didn't have her.
The day of the wedding she was on top of it! I didn't have to worry about a single thing! She managed the vendors, the timing, any issues, the tips, she literally did it all!
Penni, I cannot thank you enough for your skills and patience with me! You are a ROCKSTAR and the family LOVED you! They all mentioned how much of a boss you were that night! :)
You will not regret it if you hire Penni!!

She relieved any and all burdens on the day of the wedding, so that we could just focus on getting married. We were able to enjoy the event because of all the behind the scenes work she did for us. There would have been many things we would have missed without her. Her help was worth every penny and we couldn't recommend her more to any future couples!

Hands down the best ever! My wedding went perfectly and as the bride I did not have to deal with any problems or any vendors the day of thank to Penni. 1000% recommend!!
Run don't walk to book Penni as your Day of Coordinator! Two words: WORTH IT.
I have been in management for 10+ years and "letting go" does not come natural to me at all. Penni's...
professional and positive demeanor truly allowed me to relax leading up to and on the big day itself.
Our wedding was a dream- if anything went wrong we don't know about it. If that doesn't define the perfect Day of Coordinator I don't know what does.
THANK YOU PENNI! You were our MVP!
