I had the pleasure of working with Maréa and Amelia. Maréa was always willing to help and step in when I needed her. Very responsive and a joy to have help create my dream wedding....
She took the time to get to know my partner and my wishes by providing advice and insight every step of the way. SHE’S SO ORGANIZED! You need someone like Maréa for your event. She was a blessing. The day of our wedding, Amelia was our day of coordinator. She was EVERYTHING! She made sure I relaxed and ready for my big day by providing instructions to my guests and vendors. I never had to deal with any stress the day of, life saver!! If your stuck picking someone to help organize and coordinate your event go with Dream Catcher Weddings. They are literally the best and you’ll be so thankful you did.

hers is shown in literally everything they do! Marea is always available for any questions, comments, concerns and even just exciting updates. It is so nice knowing that someone is there for you no matter what and has your back through it all! I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who is having a wedding!!!
Marea was amazing for the entire wedding day and for every moment leading up to the wedding. The day before the wedding, little issues came up and it was so reassuring knowing she ...
was a phone call away and was immediately brainstorming with ideas. The day of the wedding, she had everything decorated beautifully, kept my husband and I calm and hydrated, and performed her job better than I could even hope for. Seriously, anyone considering hiring her, just do it. You won’t at all regret it!!
Marea and Sarah were the dream team! They executed the day flawlessly leaving my husband, families, and I completely stress free. It turned out more beautiful than we could have ev...
er imagined. The Puppy Pampering option also left our fur baby feeling fresh and full of love. Would hire again over and over.
Marea and Bekah are two of the most patient, down-to-earth and organized humans on the planet. I tried to create a brand new plan for a last-minute micro wedding two months before ...
our postponed date. I live out of state and was so overwhelmed, so I came across Dream Catcher Weddings in an online search. Marea was so responsive and sent me frequent reminders for contact information or materials I needed to complete in advance of our day so she could communicate with our vendors on a cohesive plan. Bekah was extremely helpful when Marea was not available to answer my emails and questions too. Our wedding turned out so beautiful and that is largely due to their efforts and Marea's constant communication with the event coordinator at our wedding venue and our other vendors. Every vendor knew exactly where to go at what time thanks to Marea's timeline and our decor looked beautiful because Marea dedicated time to placing nearly every detail. The whole day would have been a disorganized mess had Marea not been there to keep the day on track. Everything fell into place perfectly. I also love that they are environmentally conscious and recycle or reuse whenever possible. We were able to rent a few decor items that would have been purchased and locked away in a storage closet otherwise. Marea kindly donated my wedding flowers to local nursing homes after our celebration too, which is so unique and warms my heart. I am bursting with gratitude for Dream Catcher Weddings. Thank you so so much!
Marea and Bekah are truly gems! Our wedding day wouldn’t have been possible without them. Not only were they on top of the timeline, schedule and coordinating with our vendors, but...
their attention to detail and fantastic artistry stood out as well. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us! HIRE them! You’ll love their amazing personalities. You definitely won’t regret it!
I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding or the planning process without Marea. She's brilliant, creative, sweet, attentive, and professional.

oughts and orchestrated them into our dream wedding. We both work full-time jobs and Marea would step in and contact our vendors, or set up appointments for us making a normally stressful situation a breeze. She also gave us tips and insight into ideas that we hadn't even considered! savings us time, money, and our sanity!
What sets Marea apart from others is that she has a passion and love for weddings and it so beautifully shines through in her work.
Our wedding was more than we could've hoped for or imagined and Marea played a HUGE role in helping everything come together. I would highly recommend her for any wedding!!
Marea helped us piece together our scattered dreams and inspirations and implement them into a beautiful, serene ceremony which felt like the wedding we'd dreamed of, and left a la...
sting memory for us and our family.
Why do people stress so much over their weddings??? It should be a day of peace and harmony, where everything fits together simply and beautifully. So grateful for Marea for helping us to make this happen!
Marea was SO GREAT! I could not have survived the wedding day or week without her. It put me so at ease to have someone so competent in charge of things. Seriously, hire a coordina...
tor - you do NOT want to be worrying about all the little details on the day of your wedding, or be answering thousands of questions from friends and family who are helping out. Hire Marea to make everything go smoothly without you even worrying about it. She took care of all of our decorating and games set-up, and also ran all our cards/gifts/guest book over to the reception after the ceremony. She ran our rehearsal exceedingly well, too, and we were done in under an hour. There's no one better to keep all the details straight and make sure everything looks great and everyone has a good time. 10/10
Our woodland wedding was everything we ever wished for, and Maréa was the one who made it happen. She helped us dream big and encouraged us not to hold anything back from creating ...
a wedding that was truly “us.” At the same time, she made sure that we stayed on track with our budget, that we thought through all the logistics, and that everything ran smoothly on the day itself. Several people at our reception commented on her poise, graciousness, and stress-free demeanor, all while organizing such a big event and overseeing so many people at different times and places. Maréa offered advice and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process, and yet never once did I feel like she imposed her vision on me. Instead, she helped us discover our dream wedding and made it come true.
Marea is very organized and good at working with people. She asks lots of questions ahead of time to understand exactly what is needed, and then on the day of the wedding she takes...
initiative and responsibility to make sure everything gets done. She takes lots of time to catch the couple's vision for what they want their wedding to be like, and then she carries out that vision passionately and with excellence. Anything that needs to be filled in at the last minute, she makes sure it gets done, so everything is ready and as perfect as it can be.
She is full of ideas and good at decorating, and is a really good person to brainstorm with. She is skilled at finding ways to make things look cute, while also being clean and neat and professional. She has good handwriting and calligraphy skills, and is able to handwrite signs.
Marea is cheerful and helpful. She likes people and loves weddings. Her goal is to make it a beautiful and memorable occasion, a dream come true. She is personable and professional, reliable, well-organized, and very good at planning. She does everything with excellence. If she plans your wedding, you will find it to be a fun and positive experience.

erent brides (both of whom I have known for a long time) and it really made their special day a beautiful affair! The obvious care and attention given to the clients and the passion for creating each bride's dream wedding was definitely seen at these two separate events! I would highly recommend Dream Catcher Weddings to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator that is passionate, kind and ready to make your dreams come to life!
