Morgan and Haley were absolutely wonderful! They were so sweet and helped a ton when it came to running the rehearsal and making sure the wedding day itself ran smoothly. I never h...
ad a doubt in my mind that everything was in capable hands. My new husband and I were able to enjoy every second of our wedding day thanks to them! I would recommend Dragonfly to anyone and everyone. The ability to have the wedding venue all weekend was a life saver! I couldn't ask for a more perfect wedding!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication and professionalism overall with manager Morgan. She was such a big help in keeping us on track and getting everything ready ...
for us. This venue overall is so beautiful and just overall everything we had hoped for. Highly recommend.
If our wedding would have been anywhere else, it wouldn’t have been nearly as special!! Dragonfly is so dreamy & truly magical.
Exceptional service and beautiful venue! Could not recommend them more!!
I genuinely don't know where to start with saying how much we loved being Dragonfly brides! When my wife and I were looking at options for our wedding, there really wasn't a questi...
on of what venue we loved the most. Every picture made it look magical, and then we toured and we really felt it. A big part of the magic of Dragonfly (aside from the beautiful setting in nature) is having Ana there through the whole process. Ana really helped us when we were unsure of logistics and tradition. She had an answer for every question, and she made it very clear that problem-solving is an inevitable part of her job that she enjoys doing. We knew we were in *very* safe hands working with Dragonfly and with Ana.
The woods make planning a fairytale wedding so effortless. Every picture and video taken of our ceremony was stunning because we had such a lush backdrop behind us. It made everything feel magic!
Having the venue for our rehearsal dinner and guest welcome was such a lovely way to invite people into our weekend in a warm and friendly manner. We also felt so comfortable being in the bridal cottage with our bridal parties! At the end of the night, having the cottage to share a final toast and chat with our loved ones was perfect. It was such a relief to not have to drive home at the end of a very long day/night. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Dragonfly helped give me and my husband the wedding of all of our fairytale dreams. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the team at Dragonfly are incredibly accommodating and prof...
essional at what they do. Our wedding day ran so smoothly that I didn’t have any worries on the day of thanks to Ana and her assistant, Amanda. Thank you SO much for helping our dreams come true, if we could do it all over again we would still choose the Dragonfly 🩷
Absolute perfection. Everything you could need in a wedding venue and more! We cannot thank Dragonfly enough for such a perfect wedding day.
Dragonfly is absolutely stunning. You have four options on where to get married, each more beautiful than the next. The foliage was absolutely perfect for our fall wedding. The own...
ers, Joe and Dana, and their amazing wedding coordinator, Ana, are constantly updating the space, making it the best place in Southern Illinois for your wedding. Ana was always there to answer any questions, help with moving tables, being the go-between, calming the bride (ha!), and making our big day run smoothly. The best part about when your wedding reception is over? Simply walk over to your cabin and spend the night in the bridal suite. No travel needed! Perfect! I can't imagine having our perfect day anywhere else. Thank you, Dragonfly!
The venue is beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. It is set in the woods and has a warm, relaxed, and welcoming feel to the whole place. We were able to have the rehearsal ...
on site the night before, the ceremony in the woods, and the reception both on the patio and in the pole barn. The fireplace at the head table was the centerpiece! The venue also includes stay at the on-site house, which made setup and breakdown very easy. We had the whole place to ourselves for 3 days. Ana, the manager is great to work with and assists with all your needs.
The word magical doesn’t even begin to describe this venue. Ever Since I was a little kid I wanted to have an outside wedding in the woods, and the Dragonfly makes that possible. ...
But Not only is the location of the venue dreamy, but so are the people who work there! Ana is so helpful, and Jessica is a treat to work with. They are both so kind and caring! They we’re super responsive and always had an answer to every question I had, and make the whole process so easy! I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location or a better crew to have around me during the preparation and then finally the day of our wedding. Thank you Dragonfly crew, you truly made our dreams come true!
Where do I even start? This place was MAGIC. Pure magic. Ana, the coordinator, is the nicest and most helpful person ever! She truly was there to answer any questions me (or my fam...
ily) had. She let us come out and visit the venue so many times just to get decorating measurements and scope things out. On the wedding day, I am pretty sure every single guest I talked to complimented the venue and everyone had pictures on their social media of them on the swing!!!! On our day, mother nature had a much different plan than we did. It was a full on tsunami right before our ceromony and right after and Ana made sure to help keep things together during the chaos of post ceromony downpour! I could not have dreamed for a more perfect day and my dream could not have come true if it were not for Ana and this venue! Now they have even more amazing photo spots since our wedding so definitely book fast, I promise you won't regret it ❤
I cannot suggest this venue highly enough. From the moment my husband and I drove through the gates of the venue we were sold. Ana made everything easier, from the million phone ca...
lls and questions, several trips to the venue for "research", to the actual wedding day. She was truly a blessing when it came to setup for the wedding day. I loved the aspect of having the ceremony and reception in the same place and the venue offered such a lovely path between the locations. The cottage was immaculate. I loved having a special place for my party to get ready and my husband, and his party, thoroughly enjoyed having their own "man cave" to have all to themselves. This venue is absolutely breathtaking at every turn. It offers so much uniqueness and can be decorated to fit anyone's individual taste.
The amount of love and support my husband Afton Lawver (eeep!!! still feels so amazing to say that) and I felt on our wedding day is unmatched at Dragonfly. Ana and Dana are the ki...
ndest souls and truly made our wedding day one of the happiest in our lives. They cared and catered to the T and went beyond our expectations to make our wedding special. We were so excited to start our next chapter in life at Dragonfly and any future engaged couple will not be disappointed!

rificing on appearance. Having the venue all to ourselves for the entire weekend made everything run so smoothly I was left with nothing to worry about. I highly recommend booking Dragonfly, it’s versatile, gorgeous, and many guests told us that our wedding was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding!
The venue was also completely COVID compliant and made many helpful suggestions to keep my friends and family safe!
