Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing through the whole process!! I had booked the Photo Booth for my wedding. When I had first reached out to them for information he quickly r...
esponded to me and answered all my questions. Not only was he professional, but he made the process so easy. His online site made the process easy to follow and let you choose what you’d like to do for your layout of the prints. He communicated with me months and weeks before. The gentlemen who helped at the wedding was so extremely sweet and caring to all of our guests. He was engaged and made sure we all received our prints in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for helping to make our day so special!
I was recommended Draft Horse Photo Booth by a friend who was recently married. Their prices are unbeatable, especially for the amount of time they serviced. The Photo Booth includ...
ed exactly what I wanted along with in person printing, customizable printing designs, and a link provided afterwards for full access to all photos. Ryan was very responsive via email and was quick to answer any questions. He also managed the Photo Booth during our event and was very nice and patient with everyone.
We used them for our wedding last week and the owner, Ryan, was super helpful and answered all of my questions and had solutions in place for my potential concerns. The bartender, ...
Robin, was very nice and friendly the day of our wedding. I recommend them for anyone who needs bartending services.
My husband and I got married at Knotty Barn in Queen Creek Arizona on October 25, 2024. They required us to pick bartenders from their vendor list- after research of all the option...
s we chose to go with Draft Horse. Overall everything was great.
I would give 4 stars for lack of communication early on and it taking forever to set up a phone call to discuss bar list etc. Once we had that phone call, communication with Ryan was smooth thereafter. The bartender that served our wedding was wonderful and very polite. Some of the feedback from our guests was that they didn't know all the alcohol options-in hindsight my husband & I wished there was a menu displayed for all the drink options or that we should have provided one. Aside from those issues we would recommend this company to others for weddings, events etc.
Thank you for being apart of our day.
We were excited about having a photo booth for our wedding and our guests leaving the night with prints as a small wedding favor. So we went with draft horse due to packages/pricin...
g and their prompt responses.
However, our wedding was on 10/20/2023 and there was a big issue with the Photo Booth where prints were not available. Ryan and whoever runs their Facebook messenger confirmed twice that prints would be available to our guests… We were hoping physical prints would be available as a simple but fun wedding favor to our guests but this was not possible.
After speaking to Ryan about the issue on 10/24,
he promised a $100 refund AND to mail us the prints of pictures our guests took. We did eventually receive the $100… but have yet received our prints despite Ryan claiming he sent them out the day we first spoke and a month later saying he’d send them out the next day and would send me tracking info - we have not received a response from Ryan again. We remain hopeful to send these prints out along with our ‘thank you’ cards to guests. We appreciate the efforts in making things right but services agreed upon were not delivered.
So thankful to Draft Horse for being our bar service for our wedding back in May! We knew we wanted special cocktails that we had the recipes for, and the team at Draft horse made ...
them happen. Super laid back, I didn't feel stressed or pressured by them at all leading up to the wedding, and any questions I had they were amazing with getting back to us. Our whole family still talks about the drinks from our wedding now almost 4 months later! 10/10 would recommend
Loved their service! You will too!

We were super excited to have a bartender for our wedding so our guests didn’t have to make their own drinks. Unfortunately, that would’ve been a better option and we could have sa...

I am not one to write reviews, and at the end of the day we all had a drink in our hand and had a great night.
I am disappointed that the champagne wasn’t poured into the flutes I purchased, and that all the mixers and garnishes bought were used at least once. I also had bar signs listing everything available.
Even if the guests never requested anything, the worst part was our bartenders attitude. I had multiple guest and my husband come up saying she was very rude and even refused to make certain things. When I went up to ask for a drink she never said hello, congratulations, or introduced herself, just asked what she could get me.
I’m glad we had a bartender, just wished I didn’t have so many family members and friends telling me that didn’t have a pleasant experience.
Draft horse was quick to reply to all of my inquiries and guestions. Bartenders friendly at the event. Was very happy with them! Thank you!
Ryan was amazing! He was on top of everything and made sure my day ran smoothly. Truly don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Thank you so much for everything you do, Ryan!
