Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding in October 2023. She was listed as a preferred vendor for our venue, and I can see why. Her prices were very reasonable,...
and more importantly the food was amazing, homemade, and beautiful to look at. She invited us up for a tasting which helped us plan our menu, and we even were able to rent tableware, utensils, and glass ware from her. Not only were her rental prices some of the best we found, her rentals were of stunning quality. No plastic here! She has a large collection of china plates you can choose from and even mix and match with. Plus she offers crystal glass ware, and gold and silver utensils. You can really create your own unique look. The day of our wedding Terri and her staff were wonderful, self sufficient, and did everything they said they would. The food was delicious and fresh, and my guests are still asking for the salad dressing recipe! I cannot recommend Terri and Double Portions enough.
We used Double Portion Catering for our high school 55-year reunion because of a recommendation, availability, and price. Terri is not great on email responses but she is the best ...
caterer I have ever been associated with. Very reasonable priced (probably underpriced) and the food was a huge hit with everyone. She obviously has pride in her food because everything was over the top. She provides enough that we had lots of leftovers. I highly recommend Double Portion Catering. I recommend her smoked brisket and Honey Basil Creme Chicken.
I assumed a company with such rave reviews would be a breeze to work with, so was shocked by the terrible customer service I received. Email communication has been slow and confusi...
ng. Terri told me they couldn't cater for me because they were closed on Sunday, even though I was asking about a Monday. I clarified this and we kept talking about brunch and I asked for menus. Then suddenly Terri says again that they can't cater my Sunday wedding. That was frustrating to say the least. Working with a caterer shouldn't be so difficult. I don't care how good the food is if it's impossible to order it.
We used Double Portion Catering for our wedding reception. It was by far the most affordable catering in the area. Not only that, but it all tasted so good too! Terri was recommend...

ny of our guests commented on how great the food was.
We attended a wedding two weeks later and guess who catered it? Double Portions! The menu was totally different, but the food was still delicious. We would definitely refer Terri and her crew to others.
Just attended a company Christmas luncheon and wanted to let people know how good Double Portion Catering was. Terri and Marilyn attended to our needs and everyone raved on the foo...
d comparing it to "homemade goodness". If you need a good caterer contact Terri.
We were doing a big wedding on a tight budget, and I was recommended to use Double Portions through a friend that used to be a caterer. I contacted Terri via email and told her I ...
had X amount of money to spend to feed X amount of people, and we made it happen. She worked with us in every way, and was extremely pleasant and eager to accommodate. About 7 guests asked me who did our catering & 1 even hired her after the wedding for another event. Would highly recommend.
