Dominque was absolutely amazing, flexible, communicative and professional! She showed up early and immediately introduced herself with the kindest smile. She made me and my husband feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera throughout the entire day. The ceremony was supposed to be outdoor but rain caused us to move indoor and without hesitation, Dom pivoted. She was even able to capture our individual bridal and groom portraits, indoor and outdoor decor before the rain came down! I had a vision and she exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure to work with her!

We had an amazing experience with Dominique as our wedding photographer. She was super nice, highly responsive, and made everything feel effortless from planning through the big day. She and her team captured not only all the key moments but also so many thoughtful, candid details that really bring our wedding memories to life. Christian, our videographer, filmed the entire ceremony and reception, and the final video is absolutely beautiful—it perfectly captures the emotion and energy of the day. We would highly recommend them both and would gladly work with them again.

I am a wedding photographer based in Frederick MD and serving the DMV and surrounding areas. My passion lies in capturing the essence of love, joy, and commitment that weddings symbolize. Each wedding has unique and memorable moments that deserve to be captured with the utmost care and attention. This is where I come in! I discovered my love for capturing stories through my lens and it was wedding photography that truly captured my heart. Weddings are more to me than just events to photograph; they are unique stories waiting to be told. I believe in the power of candid moments—those genuine emotions and interactions that make your day unique. I also believe in genuine attention to detail. From the smallest decoration to the grandest of landscapes, I aim to capture every element beautifully, creating a cohesive and enchanting gallery you’ll love for years to come. Building a rapport with each couple is essential to my process. Understanding your story, vision, and preferences allows me to create photographs that reflect who you two truly are. I see myself as a photographer and a storyteller, capturing your most cherished moments with sincerity and creativity.

My passion lies in capturing the essence of love, joy, and commitment that weddings symbolize. My fascination with photography began during an internship with a production company in college. There, I discovered my love for capturing stories through my lens. This experience paved the way for my career, and I quickly became the company’s go-to photographer for various projects. However, it was wedding photography that truly captured my heart. Weddings are more to me than just events to photograph; they are unique stories waiting to be told. I believe in the power of candid moments—those genuine emotions and interactions that make your day unique. I also believe in genuine attention to detail. From the smallest decoration to the grandest of landscapes, I aim to capture every element beautifully, creating a cohesive and enchanting gallery you’ll love for years to come.

lead-up to our courthouse wedding day to ensure everything was on-track. On our wedding day, she made the two brides (both awkward photo subjects!) feel comfortable and cute, and captured a variety of settings and poses. She is so friendly, flexible, easy to work with, and talented! And of course, we are thrilled with our beautiful photos. She even went above and beyond to edit in some cherry blossoms to the trees that hadn't quite bloomed. Highly recommend Dominique and Dom Design Photography!

Five stars isn’t enough. From the first consultation to the final gallery, Dom was incredible to work with. Her and her team — shoutout to Doris — had this ability to be everywhere...

at once catching candid moments we didn’t even know were happening, while somehow staying out of the way when they needed to be. The way they told the story of our whole day felt personal, not just like someone doing a job. We didn’t have to think about a thing. We just trusted them and they delivered way beyond what we expected. If you’re getting married, stop scrolling and book Dom and her team. You won’t regret it.

Dominique did an amazing job with our wedding photos!! We were so happy with them. She captured so much during the ceremony and in the staged photos afterwards. She did a great job...

cuing us during the family and couple portraits even though neither me nor my husband is great at staged photos. Looking back at the photos, I felt so much of the emotion of the day again, and I had friends and family members say the same thing. Also, she was really fast in getting our photos back to us afterwards. I would recommend Dominique so highly to anyone looking to capture a special moment.

andid shots were incredible — you could truly feel the moment in every picture. Dominique was so easy to reach and wonderful to talk to. Before our wedding, she created a detailed timeline and asked if there were any specific moments we wanted captured — and she made sure every one of them was! We recently received our wedding photos, and we’re beyond grateful. The pictures allow us to relive the entire night from start to finish. The reception shots perfectly capture the love, joy, and energy that filled the venue that evening. We would recommend Dominique in a heartbeat — 10/10! We’ll definitely be working with her again in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominique for our wedding, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She was super responsible and always kept us in the ...

loop, letting us know exactly where we were in the process and responding to any questions right on time. What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. Dominique knew all the right poses for both our engagement shoot and the wedding day itself, and she made us feel so at ease in front of the camera. The results were phenomenal—we couldn’t believe how beautiful the pictures turned out. One thing we were particularly concerned about was lighting, especially because we have darker skin tones and wanted to make sure we looked our best. Dominique did an amazing job making our skin glow in every shot and just getting the lighting exactly right. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Thank you, Dominique, for capturing our day so beautifully!

She was always quick to respond, and we received our galleries back faster than we ever expected! On top of everything, her pricing is very fair for the quality and care she provides. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

On the day of the wedding, Dominique and her assistant were an absolute joy to have around—super friendly, organized, and never intrusive. When we got the photos back, we were blown away.
