DJ Ki

able to give him playlists of songs, and he incorporated them almost exactly! He was a very engaging MC that our guests absolutely loved interacting with. We will be telling all of our engaged friends to have him as their wedding DJ! :)

ucture and flow of the wedding. There were so many little details we didn't even know we needed to think about, and his questionnaire ended up being an absolute godsend in helping us plan everything out. On the day of the wedding, Kimani brought such a great energy to the reception and helped everything flow seamlessly. He was professional, kind, easy to work with, and just an all-around great personality to have there celebrating with us. We felt like we were in great hands the entire time, which meant we could relax, enjoy ourselves, and actually be present for our wedding. We truly couldn't have asked for a better DJ and would recommend Kimani without hesitation. Thank you for helping make our wedding such an incredible day!

music-related planning I hadn't considered yet. He responded to emails in a timely manner and overall I always felt confident he would do a great job. His timing for the ceremony was flawless (and I had very specific instructions), his transitions were great, and he read the room very well during dancing. He played all of the songs we requested and didn't play any from our "do not play" list. His energy was so kind and positive, he was a joy to have at the wedding and we have since gotten compliments from so many of our guests. At one point I went up to ask him to play a specific song from our playlist and he already had it queued up next! We are so glad we hired him and would do so again for any other event.

r. He did a wonderful job MCing and it wouldn't be the same without him! The only awkward moment was when the grand entrance into the reception hadn't gone to plan, and we weren't introduced in the correct order (the entrance was only for the groom and myself), as I believe he had gotten ahead of himself and missed that piece. It was fixed as soon as he noticed. Beyond that, everything else went great and the dancing music was great later on in the night!

could just tell he had a whole game plan mapped out ahead of time. He also worked super well with our other vendors when they were setting up. If you want someone experienced who's got the details locked down, book DJ Ki. You won't be stressing about the music on your big day.

anted and didn't know would be perfect. Not to mention he's kind, genuine and was an integral piece of our event. He was able to bring a dance floor, lighting and a fog machine which truly transformed our event into what we envisioned. Plus you can't meet a more kind, genuine and professional DJ. We honestly are looking for another excuse to have Kimani upvibe any event. Highly recommend! Thank you Kimani!

s early and the first thing he asked us was if we needed any help. Kimani has great taste in music and has a 6th sense for reading the mood of the people and dance floor. He stuck to our playlist and absolutely crushed the vibe. I'd 100% recommend him as a DJ.

e kind of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. Rather than giving him a strict playlist, we shared the vibe we wanted to create for each part of the day—from the ceremony and cocktail hour to dinner and the dance floor—and he absolutely ran with it. Every transition felt intentional, every song felt right, and the music elevated each moment exactly the way we had hoped. One thing we were especially nervous about was having such a diverse guest list. Our crowd spanned multiple generations, backgrounds, and musical tastes, but DJ Ki somehow managed to keep everyone engaged and on the dance floor all night long. It felt like every song hit at exactly the right time. Beyond the music itself, Kimani was an incredible MC. He kept the evening flowing seamlessly, made announcements naturally, and struck the perfect balance between being present and letting the celebration shine. In fact, our wedding planner told us he was one of the easiest and best DJ/MCs she has ever worked with. Even weeks after the wedding, guests are still telling us how amazing the music was and how immaculate the energy felt throughout the night. We truly cannot thank Kimani enough for the role he played in making our wedding unforgettable. If you're looking for a DJ who can read a room, create an incredible atmosphere, and keep the party going all night, DJ Ki is the one. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

g and flexible when there were possible schedule changes on the horizon with my husband being military and was completely ready to reschedule if we needed (which we didn’t, thankfully)! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ!

th! The music was the only part of my wedding I was uptight about, and he nailed it from music to vibes. Unlike most wedding DJs who have been doing the same old traditional thing for years (I would have thrown up if I'd heard the Electric Slide), I felt like he actually listened to us and worked hard to deliver. HIRE DJ KI for your wedding! He's the GOAT.

ny event, hope to do business again in the future! Thank you Ki 🙏🏽

ere thorough and communication leading up to the day was clear, which took away a ton of the stress beforehand. Absolutely killed it during the reception and our guests had a great time dancing the night away. You are absolutely making the right decision going with DJ Ki!

g collaborator to deliver on the sound of our big day. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the dance floor was thanks to DJ Ki. We highly recommend Ki for your wedding celebration!

g we wanted played. He was receptive to request I had, helped make announcements about food, photos, and cake cutting. At the end of our one-year wedding anniversary party, I was overwhelmed with the amount of compliments I got about the music, vibes, and positive energy Ki created. Multiple times, I heard from family and friends, " If I ever need a DJ, I want him to do it." We have a different party we are having in California at the beginning of August, and my only wish is that DJ Ki was also in California to host that party as well! I truly cannot say how lucky we were to find a DJ like Ki, who made us feel like we could focus on running and having a party, while the music played perfectly the whole night. Lastly, the man knows how to keep the dance floor alive and well, which is everything you need in a DJ. Thank you again for everything, DJ Ki!

, and immediately felt a sense of ease. He was incredibly organized, had everything together, and was super affordable. Fast forward to the wedding—he was absolutely amazing! He brought the best vibe, and all my guests kept coming up to me saying how incredible he was. It wasn’t just his talent; his personality blended perfectly with my entire wedding party. If I could hang out with him and his amazing assistant every weekend, I would! I feel so lucky to have had him be a part of our special day. If you’re looking for someone truly special, DJ Ki is your person—don’t look any further!!

want to be in charge of the playlist all night and had already got a glimpse of his professionalism before, so I figured why not! He was very accommodating while taking all of my notes into consideration for what vibe I was aiming for and went beyond my expectations. Many, many thanks again Kimani for bringing life to my party with your kind soul and great music (and for my new playlist😉) if you’re thinking of hiring a DJ for any occasion, please do not hesitate to reach out to him, I promise you can’t go wrong!
