Joe was awesome. I had a fear that no one would dance. But we had just the opposite! People were having a blast the whole time. He listened to my requests and had a great mix. Gues...
ts were having so much fun that they chanted encore after what was supposed to be the last song. Joe played one more for us and that is definitely one of the highlights of the wedding for me.
We honestly could not have asked for a better DJ than Joe. Not only did he do an excellent job with the music selection, sound quality and bringing us drinks/making sure everythin...
g was running smoothly.. but he also MARRIED us. That's right.. our minister was in a minor accident (he's ok) and couldn't make it on time to our ceremony. Joe let us know that he is an ordained minister and saved our day! He did a great job performing the ceremony :) He is such a kind, accomodating person and anyone would be priveledged to have him DJ their ceremony/reception!
Thank you Joe!!

My husband and I have been in and to multiple weddings and have yet to encounter a DJ that is better than Joe. He was the DJ for our wedding and kept the energy all night. He was d...
evoted to making sure that we had drinks, knew what was going on, and were overall relaxed our entire wedding day. Joe's personality also makes it easy to work with him. Since our initial meeting with Joe, he was willing to work with us to make everything more personalized and special. My husband and I would both recommend DJ Joe to anyone looking for an energetic and accommodating entertainer for any special occasion.

Joe from Smokin' Entertainment was a great DJ! The music was awesome and he paid attention to my requested "do not play" and "must play songs". Joe was great at picking songs to ge...
t all my guests to dance. Whenever the dance floor started to empty out, he'd pick a song that got everyone right back up there dancing!
He also recorded all of the speeches and sent them to me after the wedding, which was a great surprise.
Joe was very friendly, professional and helpful and I'd recommend him to every bride!
Joe was the best choice for our wedding. Our preliminary meeting with him was both professional and comfortable. He gave us plenty of information in the hour that we met with him...
as well as documents to take home. Working with him for the music selection was organized as well. He provided a document for us to fill out and then was totally willing to accept other requests for music. He allowed my husband to pick and choose most of our reception music!
On the wedding day we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Not only did he get everyone on the dance floor, but he catered to my husband and I as well as our wedding party. He got us drinks and appetizers, he checked with us while we were getting pictures and he generally kept the process on time. The dance floor was packed from the time we were done eating until the time he stopped playing.
Joe was extremely professional and personable and I have gone so far as to refer him to literally everyone I know who is in the wedding planning process. I will continue to do so and will consider using him in the future for other events.
DJ Joe took care of us, the bride and groom, our parents and our guests throughout our entire reception. He made sure we were enjoying ourselves and even got my mom and I a second ...
piece of cake! After our special dances, most of our 100 guests filled up the dance floor and stayed on the dance floor for the remainder of the evening. Many of our guests around our parents age told us how great a DJ he was. Everyone had a lot of fun and did not want it to end.
His rates are fantastic for his quality. We had our reception at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association and his style and the simple elegance of the room made for a lovely evening. Highly recommend his talent for your special event.
DJ Joe worked so hard for us during our wedding and earned every cent we paid him. Joe was so attentive to our wedding party offering to get drinks and to take an extra step of ca...
re for us. The music was great and he played everything I requested (even going so far as to download a song on the spot especially per my request). Lighting and sound quality were premium. Great job, DJ Joe!
DJ Joe was amazing! He played everything I asked for, he kept the party going, and he got me and my husband drinks all night. He checked in on us to make sure things were going w...
ell, and he kept us on time throughout the night. Also, he was relatively inexpensive!
He is more than just a DJ. He made sure that not only the bride and groom are taken care of but he delivered drinks and food if needed to friends and family during the reception
