Summary: My wife and I had our wedding near Ithaca, NY on September 20, 2025, and DJ David crafted a premium experience for our ceremony and reception. He arranged the most joyful ...
vibe for our wedding that simply blew us away. We STRONGLY recommend him. Half of your work is done -- you've made it to DJ David's page so please do yourself a favor and hire him for your wedding!
1) The Music: DJ David mixes and transitions EXPERTLY. We needed a DJ who had experience with K-Pop and Soca/Dancehall (weāre Korean š°š· and Guyanese š¬š¾) and would blend these genres well with our other musical preferences (Pop, Rock, R&B, Hip-hop, Afrobeats, Reggaeton). He made sure that songs were well-timed for key moments of the night, and the volume was always just right. The dance floor was never empty. Weāve gotten NUMEROUS comments since the wedding from our family and friends (at all ages) about how good the music and DJ were throughout the evening.
2) Organization and Communication: In the weeks and months before the wedding DJ David kept us organized with his music planning Google doc. We had fun planning calls to review the wedding timeline and setup, and he was in contact with our wedding venue for technical details. He kept us in the loop, and we were able to easily clarify the few mix-ups that we had through email.
3) Thoughtfulness: DJ David was about to play one of my wifeās āmust playā songs (āGoldenā from KPop Demon Hunters) but noticed that she wasnāt on the dance floor. He went out of his way to flag down the maid-of-honor to find her before playing it. DJ Davidās gesture provided one of my wifeās favorite and most memorable moments of the night and we will both always associate this song with his professionalism and friendliness.
My wife and I are eternally grateful to DJ David for helping to make our wedding the best day and party of our lives. He is an excellent DJ and deserves all of the accolades.

orated all our music preferences into our evening (R&B/Hip-Hop/Afrobeats genres). He made sure to understand our wedding day timeline so that he coordinated music appropriately for all the moments/formalities during our reception. He definitely brought the energy and even jumped out from behind the DJ booth to dance with us and our guests at one point to get the crowd hyped up. Would definitely recommend DJ David for your wedding day!

ich couldn't have been easy with limited time. He also handled ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner music seamlessly, mixing in our favorites. David is also just a phenomenal human being - we had put a moms favorite song on our worksheet, and when it came on, David found her in the huge crowd to make sure she had the chance to dance which is so kind and thoughtful.
David was so easy and professional to work with leading up to the day of, we are so lucky to have had him! Can't recommend highly enough!

king our celebration unforgettable. What truly set him apart, though, was his flexibility and calmness under pressure.
We unexpectedly lost my husband's sister two weeks before our wedding, and due to that - we had several last-minute changes: song swaps and additions, timing adjustments, and even a couple of moments our families and friends surprised us with the day of. David took these changes with a can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm. Nothing ever felt like a hassle for him, and that level of adaptability made a world of difference during a time that couldāve easily been stressful.
The actual event went flawlessly. The transitions between songs were smooth, the energy on the dance floor was electric all night, and he read the crowd perfectly. Guests of all ages were dancing, smiling, and telling us afterward how much they loved the music.
If you're looking for a DJ who is not only talented but also exceptionally accommodating and a joy to work with, look no further. David went far beyond just playing musicāhe helped make our day feel effortless and unforgettable.

ELL David was able to execute my vision, even suggesting certain songs along the way from Los Angeles Azules to Post Malone. He is super prepared and a pleasure to work with. He put us at ease when my anxiety was at all time highs trying to make sure everything would turn out well and the result surpassed my expectations. He worked with us to put together the schedule in detail from the ceremony, bouquet toss, cake cutting, to the last song. In a sea of options any bride has in NYC, David is a gem to find. I'm still so so happy when I think if that night. Even my grandma from Mexico had a blast!

we were looking for and asked thoughtful, detailed questionsāthings we hadn't even thought aboutāto ensure everything was perfect. From the ceremony to the reception, David was not only an amazing DJ but also incredibly helpful with all our AV needs for the ceremony and speeches. On the dance floor, David knows how to read the room and kept the energy flowing. Each song had its moment to shine, and he stuck to our āplaysā and ādo not plays,ā which was really important to us. Iām so honored to know David also personally from the soccer field (heās a star player), so I wasnāt surprised by his ability to bring the energy to the dance floor. He truly made our wedding celebration unforgettable! If youāre thinking about booking him, do it right away before he books out!

ng and he took on planning for multiple parts of the day, including the Baraat or procession, ceremony music, choreographed dances, cocktail hour background music, and, of course, an unforgettable dance floor experience. He curated an amazing blend of English and Bollywood music based on our preferences perfectly captured the vibe we were looking for, the transitions were amazing and he did a great job of seamlessly blending both cultures. He really took the time to listen to us. He juggled multiple setups in the venue really well. His MCing and attention to detail was top-notch, making the entire day flow effortlessly. The energy on the dance floor was unmatched, and our guests had the best time. We highly recommend him for any wedding or event!

and accommodating. He provided a process that was both comprehensive and bespoke, while also providing assurance that for whatever we might have overlooked, he had us covered. Despite our indecisiveness, including changes to our song list 24 hours before our wedding, he was able to quickly pivot and make sure we felt comfortable.
On the wedding day, David was such a positive energy. You can tell that he loves what he does.
On top of everything mentioned, David is also incredibly talented. He was able to let each song breathe, the transitions were seamless, he knew exactly what the reception needed at that particular moment, and he has exquisite taste in music.
Thereās much more to say. If you have a chance to catch David on a weekend heās not booked, please run donāt walk!

king he might be too big to come to a small town in CA but I was pleasantly surprised! David was friendly, down to earth, and more importantly -available! We had 3 check ins where we discussed timeline, logistics and song choices. Admittedly I had particular genres and artists I wanted to hear and on the day of, David played every song on my list. I was incredibly grateful that he played some of his own mixes (like the Spongebob one) and incorporated some custom sound effects. Everyone was so impressed with the transitions, the energy was constantly up! We even asked him to stay extra and he did! If you are looking for a wedding DJ that is special, unique, and talented, please reach out to David! (Ps. we had an indian and mexican fusion wedding)

ect music at just the right time. I genuinely had the funnest night of my life and felt so lucky to have had DJ David- we received so many compliments from family and friends about how good the music was! For example, he played "Summertime Magic" by Donald Glover when dinner was served, and I looked around and could have cried from happiness at how perfect it all felt to us. Even my dad came up to us during the meal and commented on how perfect the song choice was. The entire night was like that! DJ David was so responsive, kind and flexible throughout the entire process. We had a tented wedding near the beach in CT, and he did a fantastic job making the sound perfect for our setting. We are so grateful to DJ David for making our wedding so much fun, full of dancing, and with the best music. We could not have asked for a better DJ to collaborate with! It's difficult making decisions for big events like weddings, but I wouldn't hesitate one bit on hiring DJ David for it!

al our DJ was. David truly stood out.
From the start, he took the time to meet with my husband and me to discuss every detail. His attention to detail and commitment to understanding our vision made all the difference. A week before our wedding, we encountered a crisis, and David was there to talk us through it and help us find a solution. His support and professionalism were incredibly reassuring.
Neither my husband nor I are very directive when it comes to planning events, but David effortlessly took the lead and made everything flow perfectly. We trusted him completely, and it absolutely paid off. His ability to read the room and keep the energy high was remarkable.
We would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a fantastic DJ. He was instrumental in making our wedding day unforgettable!

ly planning a wedding). Pre-wedding, David was organized and set up multiple meetings to chat with us to answer questions and provided us with a planning worksheet that helped us out a ton. For the wedding itself, our venue was a bit unique, but David was able to set-up the sound system and worked around small schedule changes with no issues. Ourselves and the guests had a blast -- David is a master of his craft, truly felt the vibes of the crowd, and transitioned through songs so naturally. I can't recommend David enough, and would definitely work with him again for other events in the future!

communications to make sure he got it right exactly the way we wanted. He was friendly and polite, and generally assisted with every question we had. The day of the wedding there were some scheduling issues outside of everyone's control, and he was on top of things to make sure he could catch up on his end and do whatever was necessary to assist. As for the music set, it was a delight and everyone was very pleased, with many comments from guests after about how much they enjoyed it, with at least one request for a referral later.

e music, 80's and 90's R&B, old school and funk. I was a bit hesitant because David looks like he's not yet 30. Boy was I wrong and boy did he deliver. If I set the playlist myself I couldn't think of anything I would play that he didn't play that night. He really took a little information and created perfect musical sets that took me back through college, my 20's, 30's and 40s. The crowd was on the dance floor virtually all night. He's so good, I had him come to my house recently to DJ a small private event. I would highly recommend him for any event.

nt production. David did lights and music for my wedding reception. Throughout the planning process, David was organized, thoughtful and extremely professional. He reached out to us months in advance to help us prepare for the wedding. He sent us mixes to ensure we were on the same page and was totally open to working with our ideas. David checked in and listened clearly to our likes and dislikes, and it showed in the final product. He got to know us as a couple, captured the vibe of the wedding, and he put together a play list that had the dance floor packed. He also was able to adjust on the fly for speeches and my cousin who decided to sing a solo last minute. David is a perfect 10 and I highly recommend him for any event. He is the best!!

He was our sound guy and made sure that everyone who wanted to be heard was heard. His experience absolutely helped guide us to establish when certain musical transitions should happen etc. Our guests had an absolute blast and the wedding was as we wanted it to be..a Fabulous Dance Party. Thank you David for making it so.
David was brilliant. We interviewed about 8 DJās and David, without a doubt, came out on top. His professionalism was incredible, but his breadth of musical understanding was what ...
made us choose him. EDM, Rap, R&B, Pop, Classicsā it was all covered. When asking him our own questions, we quickly realized that he was just as educated on the music we loved as we were. I was so stressed about everyone having a good time at my wedding and didnāt realize how much music has to do with that enjoyment. So many of my stresses dissolved after seeing all my friends and family on the dance floor all night. My night was riddled with āThe music is amazing!ā or āwhere did you find this DJ?ā David can do it all and then some. If I could go back and do all this prep again (thank god I donāt), I would choose David every single time. Thank you for adding so much beauty to the most important day of our lives.
