the day of wedding planner, Ryan stepped in and helped keep the evening moving. He made sure my son and his new wife knew when it was time to walk around and greet their guests, helped coordinate the cake cutting and parent dances, and essentially became the person keeping the timeline on track. He was an absolute lifesaver!
And then there was the dance floor! Ryan kept it packed ALL night. Many of the bride's friends, including some who had recently gotten married and others who are currently engaged, could not believe how many people were dancing. The energy was incredible, and Ryan deserves so much credit for creating that atmosphere.
What impressed us just as much was how easy Ryan was to work with leading up to the wedding. My son and his wife talked with him multiple times about their music, their expectations, and what they wanted their reception to feel like. They felt completely comfortable knowing Ryan had everything covered, and that peace of mind was priceless.
Having Ryan be part of this special day was a true blessing. He was professional, attentive, incredibly easy to work with, and went far beyond what we expected from a DJ. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and DJ Butlers!

On the wedding day itself, Jared was pure magic. The ceremony and cocktail hour music were beautiful and perfectly timed. Once the dance floor opened, it never emptied—not for a single second. He nailed the vibe we wanted: elegant when it needed to be, high-energy when the moment called for it, and he seamlessly worked in a couple of our slightly “untraditional” personal song requests that meant the world to us. He read the crowd like no one else and kept the energy electric all night long.
What truly set Jared apart was how much he genuinely cared. He was polite, professional, upbeat, and checked in with us throughout the evening to give us gentle cues (“you’re up for the cake cutting in two minutes”) so we never felt rushed or stressed. About a week before the wedding, Olivia conducted a thorough over-the-phone meeting with my husband and me. She went over every detail, ensuring she understood our preferences for songs to play and, just as importantly, songs to avoid. Her attention to detail immediately put us at ease, knowing our musical vision for the night was in expert hands.
On the day of the wedding, Olivia truly shined. She worked exceptionally well with our photographer and videographer, coordinating behind the scenes to ensure every special moment flowed effortlessly. This collaboration made the entire day and night run incredibly smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration without a single worry. Olivia also made sure to frequently check in with us, coming up to us as often as she could to ensure everything was okay, if we needed anything, or if there was anything she could do!
Beyond her professionalism and organizational skills, Olivia was, quite simply, a bundle of joy to have around. Her positive energy and delightful demeanor made an already special day even more stress-free for both my husband and me. It felt like having a trusted friend orchestrating our reception.

r the activities we wanted (shoe game, generations dance, plus I had 3 dances with my husband, dad and stepdad) and created a timeline to ensure that we could incorporate them all. We also went over the music that we did (and did not) want played at our wedding. Come the wedding day my husband and I got caught in traffic, and she did an amazing job keeping our guests entertained during cocktail hour while they waited for us to arrive. When we got there she was able to corral everyone and get them where they needed (the groomsmen can be a rowdy bunch, so getting them to go where they needed to go and when was huge!). She personally went to each table and made sure they knew when it was their time to get their food, and made sure that there was enough time to incorporate the activities we had planned while keeping the dance floor open for our guests to enjoy! She made sure to play our song (the song that played on the radio in the background of our first date) and all the others we had requested. Olivia was a huge part of making our night truly magical. Our wedding ended up being evertying we wanted and more, and no small part of that was thanks to her. I'm truly grateful for her time and her service at our wedding, and couldn't recommend her enough.
