I've been to some weddings where I've felt that the DJ plays whatever they want and disregards the client and their guests. DJ Barry Blends is exactly the opposite. Barry is a tru...
e professional who really cares about his clients and works hard to make sure they have a special event.
Barry knows how to read a crowd. Everything he played was right for the various moments that ebb and flow through out a wedding event. There was never a time where we felt the music was inappropriate for what was happening. There was never a dull moment and we had a LONG party.
Barry really took the time to get to know us. My fiance and I had dinner with him during our first meeting and we all got to know each other and before we even spoke about music, I know that Barry had our backs, loves what he does, and we had found our DJ. He then asked us all the right questions about our taste in music, the age range in guests, do we want an all night dance party or did we want it to ebb and flow.
MANY of our guests commented on him during the night. "where did you find this DJ?" was a common question, followed by "He's Awesome!"
Barry created a playlist for us, matching the music we had to have, with his recommendations, and worked it into our timeline so everything would be seamless. And it worked out amazingly well. I would recommend Barry to anyone for any kind of event that needs a DJ.
Dj Barry Blendz is the man. From working with him on specifics like song titles and song entrances he really has a heart for what you want for your wedding. he has a knowledge for ...
music and gave me a few pointers on how i should do the garder toss etc. He works with you on meeting schedules to get all the info possible to make your wedding enjoyable the way you want it to be. My wedding was off the Hook because of him (my friends tell me best wedding of the year) A good DJ means a lot in wedding planing so when he says he got you... He HAS you!!

I contacted Barry after searching feverishly online for a DJ for my wedding. I knew exactly the type of music I wanted at our wedding reception. I booked one DJ, but had second th...
oughts because he a) strictly wanted to play from a set play list and b) he didn't have access to certain music that I was requesting. I reached out for a recommendation and that is when Barry and I connected. Barry was very professional; in our initial meeting, we discussed the style of my reception and my music interest. I gave him a list of songs that I like, but I told him that he's the DJ and he's the professional, so I didn't want to hold him to a strict list. As with any bride, there are so many last minute details, that it's easy to forget something. In my case, I forgot the most important part of the reception - the wedding party entry song. Barry brought it to my attention and immediately put something together. This was very important as I had so many last minute details to take care of and having this fall through the cracks would have set the tone for the evening. On the day of our wedding, Barry showed up to the reception location on time, ready to WOW my guest and WOW them he did! From end of the cocktail hour to finish, my guests didn't sit down. Not only did they NOT sit down, I've never been to a wedding, where the guests were still around until the very end of the evening. Barry has been my Go To DJ from that point on. If you want to have a memorable event, I highly recommend DJ Barry Blends. He's professional, with a strong attention to detail; I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied with his service. Most recently, Barry performed at our Summer Luau in July 2012, and he's also booked for our June 2013 event. Thank you Barry for a night to remember.

os of his work. Not only was Barry professional, reasonably priced and accommodating, he located a old song my husband had to have played for our first dance. Barry was patient and never became frustrated by my ever-growing playlist. At the wedding he was the greatest! Barry arrived on time and made the crowd go wild! My family continues to talk about how wonderful the DJ was at the wedding. The dance floor remained packed all night! We all felt like we were back in the club! My husband and I could not have picked a better DJ! We continue to feel blessed by the choice of DJ Barry Blends as our wedding DJ! If you are looking for a DJ who will is prompt, courteous and has the ability to fulfill your music needs hire DJ Barry Blends! You will not be disappointed! DJ Barry Blends is the best and will make your event a night you will never forget!
