Divine Events, LLC

y we felt very little stress if any with the planning and implementation. I would recommend them to anyone!! We had a vendor who gave us a hard time and they took the lead and helped us navigate that situation with ease. The decorated our wedding and made it a dream come true. Thank you Divine Events!!

en at Divine Events were devoted to removing my stress, made me feel confident that everything had been thought of, and allowed me the peace of mind to focus on being present and getting married to the love of my life. I feel so lucky and somewhat unique in that my wedding truly went perfectly, down to every last detail. I stand behind the fact that the incredible women at Divine Events are responsible for that. For some background on me as a bride, I am a self-declared control freak who was initially convinced she could do everything on her own (and why would someone like that need a wedding coordinator?). When it got down to the last few months, I was a nervous wreck, wrought with fears I would forget something, miss something—everything and anything associated with the wedding made me feel overwhelmed by that time. I am so grateful I had the support of Divine Events to get me through it. In the final month, I was in contact with Jasmine multiple times a week (and probably daily in the last two weeks). She was always quick to respond to my crazy questions, kept me on track with my timeline, brought attention to things I’d not thought of yet, and was there to take care of random things that would come up. Jasmine streamlined communication with every vendor and person involved with providing something on wedding day. Everyone was getting the same information as it came and following the same schedule so nothing ever got muddled. The day of our final planning/timeline meeting, I was probably at my worst, most anxious point. Aaren and Jasmine calmly and thoroughly ran through everything—minute by minute of the wedding day, answering all my questions as we went, painting this clear picture from start to finish. I just remember getting off our zoom and feeling a weight lifted off my shoulders. I will recommend Divine Events to anyone who I know.

. All the prep work, bouncing ideas off of, helping with decision making, and their utter expertise was exactly what we needed. On the day of our wedding, their professionalism helped us navigate some moments and made our day the most special and a day we will never forget. They took care of everything and we are truly thankful!

I first met Aaren almost three years ago, pre-pandemic. I knew from the beginning that she would have our best interest in mind while planning our dream wedding. In a previous review, my husband wrote, “[we] work[ed] with the best in the industry,” and I couldn’t agree more. Our original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic, and, as heartbreaking and devastating as that choice was, it was the best decision we could have made, as we had many guests traveling from all over the US. Aaren kept us hopeful and updated with all the details regarding our vendors and changes we needed to make while we were re-scheduling our wedding. The hard work, attention to detail and dedication devoted by Aaren and her team that went into our wedding day was incredible, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. After almost three years of working with Aaren and her team, I can say that we were lucky not only to have added my husband to our family, but also to have added Aaren as an honorary family member. We are forever grateful to Aaren and her team for all their hard work. We are highly thankful to Aaren and her team for helping us create an experience that we will talk about for years to come.

ading up to the wedding was taken care of so that the wedding day ran smoothly and was stress-free. We trusted Aaren’s expertise dealing with vendors and our venue, and we were not disappointed. She steered us to the vendors that would best fulfill our daughter’s vision. We felt that Aaren’s management and leadership throughout the planning process saved us money and from making unwise decisions. Due to the pandemic, Aaren worked with our family for over one- and one-half years, in fact, she became an honorary family member! We highly recommend Aaren and the Divine Events team for a fantastic wedding experience!

rable day, but a stress-free day! They have worked with us during the pandemic, a year of postponed wedding plans, and day of wedding day! If you're going to get a wedding planner, get the best in the business!

ine Events Team. Thanks to my lovely groomzilla, lol, in the 9th hour we had a complete venue change that Aaren SEAMLESSLY coordinated. The mention of the transition from my groom gave me anxiety but Aaren held my hand though it all. I was in awe watching her work. Right hand to the Creator Aaren is a miracle worker. She took fragments of wedding plan twigs that we had gathered & built a wedding resort ! Miracles still exist & it's like Aaren has the key to unlock them embedded in her brain. I swear this woman is a mind reader. She knows not only what you want (before you ask) but what you need, in addition to what you didnt know you needed. Oh & and the execution.... MAGNIFICENT Aaren and her team were very timely, professional, patient, detail oriented (I mean to the last second) and extremely friendly. They really made me feel like family. I was sad to part ways after our wedding was over. Lol. Aaren was very gracious with all our guest (even the difficult ones lol). Our friends and family can't stop talking about what a great time they had at our wedding. That is an extremely difficult feat ESPECIALLY during Covid. Divine Events took extra necessary precautions to make sure all of our guest were safe during these trying times. The Divine Events staff really took the stress away from us so that we were able to enjoy our wedding day. I can't wait to work with Aaren & her team in the future.

e wedding dream into the memory of a lifetime. She was punctual, resourceful and always willing to listen. Her team was kind and professional as well. She also has amazing vendors who were awesome. All I can say is thank you for making the day of our wedding the best start to the rest of our lives together.

day. It takes a truly skilled and experienced professional to be able to jump in and help coordinate at the last minute! Our wedding day had some weather issues and Aaren was there to provide multiple solutions to everything that happened. She helped make the day a lot of fun for our guests and calmed me down so I could have fun too :) I highly recommend her!

ppreciate the work that they have done. To top it off you can tell that they absolutely love what they do and it shows. I would chose working with her over and over again.

o happy that we selected her company. I'd give her 6 stars, if I could.

le detail and has much needed suggestions. The month before your wedding is filled with anxiety. I loved being able to direct all our vendors to Divine Events to sort out last minute details and timeline. On the day of our wedding, Divine Events was prompt, professional and friendly. Our guests called them my secret service as they were always in the background ensuring everything was running smoothly. Naturally, my groom stepped on my bustle and broke it. The Divine Events team broke out their emergency kit and fixed my bustle instantly. They were fabulous and if you have any doubts about hiring a coordinator, fear not, you NEED Divine Events on your team!

groom were cared for like VIPs! Divine Events is one of the best event planning companies around!

ng. It was perfectly executed and left everyone's hearts gushing and eyes teary. The reception was so beautifully decorated. When we arrived, we were all so stunned at how beautifully Divine Events decorated the tables and the room. I felt like we attended the royal wedding before "the royal wedding." Any time I had a question or was uncertain on something, Aaren was prompt to respond and helped me to feel as ease. Aaren and her team are so creative And SO polite and professional. I will be referring them to everyone that I know. I just wanted my daughters day to be perfect and it absolutely was! They helped to put the biggest smile on my daughters face and as a mom, that makes me happy! Divine Events is completely divine!

ridesmaid, not a planner. Trying to be both was difficult so naturally I overlooked some things. As if by magic the team had already taken care of anything that could've gone wrong. The day went by so smoothly and peacefully. I can't thank Aaren and her team of excellence enough for giving my sister the best day of her life. To see her filled with joy and carefree on her wedding day was the best gift she received. Truly, grateful for all of their hard work, kindness, and professionalism. Aaren and the Divine Events team will forever be family to us!

the wedding, and explain the various packages her company had to offer. She thoroughly answered all our questions, and when asked, she referred us to vendors such as, Haley Designs for invitations, as well as, Lisa at Belli Fiori, and JED Limousine. They too were superb! Aaren was always organized, and our meetings were pleasant and enjoyable. She was open to our ideas and vendor suggestions. Yet, she was honest and open from the beginning, especially in regards to our budget. Although we reviewed all contracts, Aaren did so, as well, and provided advice if anything looked questionable. She was very thorough and represented us in a knowledgeable way. As the mother of the bride, there were a couple of times I got stressed out, but Aaren remained calm under pressure and took over to handle the situation. Finally, Aaren's communication was impeccable! Her response time to our calls, texts, and emails was excellent. She was always punctual and organized. We were able to accomplish everything planned during our meetings. She would always follow up to ensure everything stayed on track as planned. Divine Events, LLC made our daughter's wedding a remarkable day to remember! All our guest had a fabulous time, and inquired about our wedding planner! Thank you again Divine Events, LLC!!!

t. Word of mouth, I ran upon a wedding that Divine Events Planned and it was amazing. I knew the family and the caliber of vendors they only worked with, so I knew it would be spectacular. I called Divine Events, and it was THE BEST call I’ve made in a long time. I am and will ALWAYS be a PERSONAL reference for this vendor. My wedding was AMAZING. From prep to wrap up…….every detail was touched, she made it easy on me not to stress. She took care of all wedding day “go wrongs” and I never knew about them. From my venue, to my reception to my food, my music, my negotiations, my photographer, videographer, and I could go on and on…..Divine Events was on top of everything. People were LITERALLY talking about it almost 3 weeks after the wedding was over. Social Media had us trending with people posting that hadn’t even come that just thought it was an awesome day. The word on the street is that it was one of, if not THE BEST wedding they had ever been to. We could NOT have done it without our planner. Our vision and her dedication to her craft……PERFECT MATCH!!!! Do not scroll past this vendor if you are looking for a wedding planner. GREAT JOB Divine Events……you truly made my day so magical!!!!!!

as. I will most certainly use Divine Events again and you should too Friends!!!

happend-as with all weddings- but no one, including myself even knew! They handled everything with such precision and professionalism. We were married 4 months ago & we STILL have people telling us our wedding was one of the best, classiest & well put together weddings they've ever attended. Every bride thinks they can plan on their own, but up to a certain point, if you want it done right & You want it done well- you NEED a professional! Please do yourself a favor & contact Divine Events! You'll thank me later! ; )

ve & beyond to make any and all accommodations to ensure I still had the day I wanted. Their attention to detail, sometimes knowing what I wanted before I even asked, & their constant communication put my mind at ease! My wife and I are already planning an anniversary celebration & will be using Divine Events!!

ntacting them for my next event.

We were not disappointed. The pre-wedding activities, the wedding, and the reception were excellent and fun. Her efficiency and personality made the process seem effortless. I would use her service again and I highly recommend them to everyone. Give her a call.

don't think about and Divine Events made sure everything was done right and according to plan. The day of the wedding, the ceremony and reception went smoothly and it was everything that I hoped it would be. I'm so happy I had them for my special day. Thanks Divine Events!

thout a hitch. My friend was able to enjoy her day without being stressed about if everyone else was doing what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend hiring Divine Events and you will not regret.

that we didn’t know anyone that could tie a bowtie for three groomsmen and myself. Aaren said that we should hire somebody just to tie the bowties, and we agreed. The morning of the wedding, Aaren hadn’t contacted anyone, and we had to frantically look up instructional bowtie youtube videos an hour before the wedding. Thankfully, my father had been practicing a few days beforehand and a disaster was averted. Another issue we had was our music selections. We had our first dance, cake cutting, and father/daughter dance songs chosen and planned with Aaren before the wedding. I had all the music on my phone and we talked about using it on some speakers for the wedding. I set up the music for all the dances and the cake cutting on our wedding day, despite there being a team of four people. At one point during the reception, while we were celebrating, Aaren came over and asked if I can put on Beyonce’s Single Ladies on my phone for the bouquet toss. We never discussed this beforehand and she put me on the spot to find this song. I was shocked but reluctantly set the music up for the bouquet toss. There were some other small issues, but overall there were more positives than negatives. My bride and I had a great time at the wedding. I’d recommend Divine Events for day of wedding coordination but would hesitate to recommend any full time services.

ing stand point, Aaren and her team were so easy to work with. From start to finish her team was so professional, organized, efficient, and oh so enjoyable. Upon arrival, Aaren immediately greeted my team and I, and offered to assist in any way possible. As a whole, the event had many hoops to jump through and the gals at Divine Events did so with grace and ease. I would highly recommend Aaren to anyone looking for a planner. .

aren also did a phenomenal job in recommending a hair stylist and makeup artist. We were very happy with both and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, communication was not what we had hoped. Little details that were important to us and should've been taken care of, were not: -Apparently the ring bearer would not actually be holding the ring, but she failed to inform me or the Rabbi. My poor nephew was looking forward to that moment for months and was so disappointed during the actual ceremony when he realized he was holding an empty pillow. -The groom should not have had to be responsible for setting up the music for our first dance and my dance with my father. It looked ridiculous for him to have to plug in his phone and then scurry over to get in place in time to dance with me. I thought the whole point in us telling her our songs ahead of time was so SHE could handle it. Then, we weren't even informed that we needed to pick a song for the bouquet toss, so she had him download "Single Ladies" a matter of moments before the toss was supposed to happen. We don't even like that song! We totally would've found something more our style had we known ahead of time. More importantly, no one even knew what was happening at that point so only about 5 single chicks out of God only knows how many ended up on the dance floor. Long story short-ish, it could've been handled a lot better and that's why we hired a wedding coordinator. When all was said and done, the experience that our guests had was amazing. My mother-in-law and I planned the majority of the wedding itself, with help from the rest of our family, and Divine Events made sure the day went mostly smoothly. The transitions appeared to be seamless and everyone had a great time. Aaren also did a great job as "Gate Keeper" with making sure no one bothered us while we stuffed our faces and for that alone, we're grateful.

estions. Divine Events is like the Wedding Avengers.

and professional relationships that we had so much fun planning the wedding together. Aaren listened to all of the details and ideals that we wanted and had everything in place. She helped us to find a great wedding florist along with other wedding services. Aaren visited the church for ideals on decorations and worked so well with the reception site coordinator to ensure that it was a wonderful reception. The Divine Events team spent the entire day of the wedding at the hotel suite, church and reception. My daughter had a fabulous wedding day and super fun reception. Because of Aaren and the entire Divine Events team all of our wedding guest are still talking about the wedding and what a great time. We cannot thank Aaren and her team enough for all of the attention to detail that she gave for the entire time of planning the wedding.

t of them. I met with Aaren about a year before my wedding date and during our first meeting I really think we hit it off just right. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly "got me". I think Aaren knew that I was a Type-A (OCD) bride and she was able to calm my nerves. During our meeting she explained to me the different packages they offered. I knew I wanted a day before/day of person, but I also liked the idea of having someone help out during the month off for all of the other things. I wanted to do all the planning, but I needed someone to do the implementation. It was a done deal. I left that meeting and I knew I needed Aaren in my life! Soon after our first meeting I called her to confirm and sign a contract! It was a huge relief for me to know that I had Aaren. She made me feel at ease. Throughout the process I e-mailed her questions about etiquette and I kept her up-to-date with other vendors. I knew she was keeping a folder so whenever I had an update I would send it her way. I would like to think I wasn't a needy bride, but I know there were times when I started panicking for no reason. Aaren always calmed me down. By the week of my wedding I had a ton of items and decorations to drop off with her. I met her in her office and talked through my "vision" and provided her all the items she needed. She also had all my other vendor information and told me she would be in contact with them for the timeline of the event. I did not need to worry about anything! Honestly, it felt great to not have to worry about anything. I think I did a good job of just letting things go. Aaren and 2 assistants arrived for the rehearsal and had all the details confirmed for the next day. By the day of the wedding I was actually very "chill" since I knew Aaren and her team would make sure the ceremony and reception were set up correctly. She was my point person for the day and did an awesome job at handling all the day of things. By the time I made it to my reception the everything was set up just as I had hoped. Aaren really did listen to me and she made sure everything was just right. I knew I could trust her to get things done right. Again, as a type-A person it was hard to let go, but Aaren was the best person for me to trust. I didn't even worry about anything. There were a few minor issues that came up throughout the day, but with her help no one knew anything! It was flawless and my wedding was everything I had ever imagined it would be. Thanks to Aaren and her team for all of their help and assistance to help make my wedding day magical.

at ease! Everything was perfect for my wedding! Oh and did I mention that they helped me save $15,000 ?!?! Seriously, saved my wedding!

left unturned. Divine Events exceeded my expectations & I look forward to working together again in the future. I give them my highest recommendation!

edding planning. She was very patient and tried to alleviate any stress so that my main focus was being the Bride to be and having a great wedding. I would definitely recommend their services! KUDOS to being Great!

our wedding and their staff. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone. We could call or email Aaren about anything and she was always quick to respond. We didn't feel like just some clients, but like family. You could tell they enjoy what they do. She handled the vendors for us on that day which allowed us to enjoy our wedding. We can't thank them enough!
