John from Distinctive Carriage was such a pleasure to work with on our wedding day! We hired him to drive his black London taxi as our getaway car which was such a great experience...
and something I'm so happy we did! Not only was John incredibly nice and easy to work with, he also included some European chocolates for us in the car the end of the evening and drove us to In N Out afterwards :) John was incredibly professional and based on our contract even came to the venue before the ceremony so we could get some photos with the car during the daylight, which came out incredible! I would definitely recommend John for his reasonable prices, professionalism (he was very timely too!), beautiful cars and overall ease and flexibility. Thank you, John for making our wedding day so special!
“Felt Like a princess!”
I originally dreamed of arriving at my wedding in a horse and carriage, well those are super expensive and not flexible. My Dad had the idea to use the Bri...
tish white taxi. John is very flexible and split our time between drop off and pick up from the ceremony and reception site.
John the taxi driver is very friendly and easy to contact, he responded quickly to my Dad who arranged the taxi for us!
The white British Taxi is elegant and fit for a modern princess! You will feel like a member of the Royal Family in this taxi! The taxi was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We attracted attention on the ride, and people waved and smiled at us going to the wedding!
The taxi picked me up at my hotel that I got ready at along with my Mom, sister (also my Maid of Honor), and my Dad to take me to the wedding venue.
I told my family in the taxi “I feel like a Princess”. And I did!
At the night's end, after our grand reception exit, the taxi driver, John, gave us water and an assortment of British Cadbury chocolate (we took that home to enjoy later). My husband was thankful for the cooling of the windows being down, John also offered to have the AC on if needed. John drove well and we felt secure and safe in the back of the taxi going back to our hotel.
My only regret is that we did not get more pictures in the taxi!
Thank you John for being flexible, going above and beyond what we asked, and taking me to and from my magical wedding!!

with pick up and drop off and was just such a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service are out of this world. John answered all of our questions before our big day. We made a schedule for the day of so we knew when we would be picked up and dropped off at various locations the day of our wedding. I can’t thank John enough for all he did for us on our wedding day! I wish we had more pictures of the car to share here but we are still waiting for our wedding pictures to come in. John, thank you so much for everything!

lub where I was driven like royalty all the way along a beautiful, winding cart path to my ceremony site on the Tee Box. He arrived early at the house to greet me, had ice cold water and AC on in the car and came dressed to match our formal ceremony. even let me see the car prior to booking the service --- I wanted to make sure my large dress would fit through the doorway without a problem. It was so much fun riding in such a unique vehicle. It is well maintained, fully air-conditioned and the best part is that he was right on time and got us everywhere we needed to be on schedule. Really couldn't have selected a better car vendor.
