Very professional, talented, and creative professionals. I hired them to prepare a custom multi-course menu at my wedding and was quite pleased with the result. The guests loved th...
e food and so did my bride. They were very receptive to my ideas, including the weird and unconventional ones, and appreciated working with someone like me who really cared about the creative vision and making something unique and memorable.
If there was anything I would suggest for improvement, it would be to stay a smidge more on top of the communication. There were one or two instances where a promise was made to follow-up, but then we had to chase to get an answer. Not enough to subtract a star given the overall beginning to end experience, but just something that subtracted a little from the otherwise seamless service.
