I hired Dimension by Dan for my daughters wedding June 22, 2024. They never showed up! I called the week before and went over all the details. The day of when they should have been...
there, I finally called them to find out where they were. He said the driver broke down. They never called me. They said they could get another party bus out to our location in an hour. That would put us past the wedding time. So the whole wedding party had to drive their own cars to the church. The company did give me a full refund but they messed up the wedding day. After talking to Dan a few days later, he said the bus did not break down but had been a miscomunication. My job was never in the system.
We hired Dimensions by Dan to take us home from our wedding. They were early and helped load up our bags into the car. They were very professional, clean car and the driver was ver...

er was so nice and informative as well throughout the night on the time we had with the number of stops we wanted to take. I look forward to doing more business with Dan in the future. Customer Service was 10/10. Could not thank him and our driver enough!!
We used Dimensions by Dan’s party bus for our wedding party to go out after our wedding! Dan gave me a prorated rate since we booked last minute and only needed 1 hour drive to hot...
el. We decided we wanted to stay out and on the bus, so they just charged us by the extra hours which was perfect. We were able to play our own music extremely loud with all the fun lights. Highly recommend a party bus for your wedding after party! Especially with the flexibility Dimensions by Dan provided!
Whoever you choose to trust for your big day - I definitely do NOT recommend dimensions by dan!!
Our wedding day was 4/30/22.
Immediately when we got on the party bus the passenge...
r area was burning up. Instead of cold air it was literally like a heater turned on! So we were in a black bus with high 80’s outside and it was like a sauna on the inside! Most definitely not okay! This issue was realized immediately upon getting into the bus however the driver then decided to route us to the church using complete feeder roads from Magnolia to Willowbrook placing us directly into known construction traffic that made us come to a complete standstill! Mind you, the air never cooled in the back and here I am as the bride sweating and in a corset wedding dress with rising anxiety and I almost passed out at one point had it not been for my girls cooling me down by wetting napkins and trying to fan me down!! Needless to say we didn’t arrive to the church until 1:50 or later for a 2pm wedding!!
After the wedding although he finally drove on 249, the bus still was a hot sauna and we were told the buses would be swapped, however we had the same hot bus without the ac on the way back to the venue.
I had politely asked for a refund and he went around and around giving excuses and long story short it’s now been 3 months and nada- he’s done nothing to make up for the horrible service so now I feel at this point I will end up having to take my story and experience to the facebook, google, & yelp reviews because no bride should have to have the nightmare of transportation that occured for me on their wedding day! … so now time to spread the word to AVOID them!!
Dan did a great job at staying organized for our booking - we booked two stylish limos for the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. The limos were punctual, the communication was clear, ...

Dan will communicate with you 3 days prior to your event to make sure scheduling is complete. The day of the wedding, all limos and shuttle bus arrived early and let us know that they were ready whenever we were. All limos and shuttle were clean and drivers were professionally dressed and professional. Dan is the best and wants his client to have the best experience. He called me after the weekend and asked me is I was satisfied with his services. Pricing is reasonable.

020 wedding! On the way to our hotel (across town), our limo driver was so sweet and actually tried to get us a late night bite from Whataburger! Our guests raved about the bus! They all said it was such fun way to keep the party going on the way back to the hotel! We can't thank Dan and his team enough for helping us keep our guests safe after a fun night!

little unorganized though. Every time I wanted to communicate he seemed to be occupied and “away from his computer”. Anytime we spoke I felt like I was interrupting his day, but everything for the day of worked perfectly! And Dan really seems like a nice guy, just a little scatterbrained. He also was the cheapest I found in my research!!!

d when I did, the rates were through the roof. Mr. Dan was able to deliver the day before my event and for a reasonable price. My daughter was blown away by the brand new white stretch limo that picked up her and her friends. Additionally, the driver Mr. Thibodeaux was so professional. He communicated with me at every pause because he was responsible for young teenagers. He was sure that the kids were well-protected and cared for. I really couldn't ask for anything better! This is my go-to service for limos from now on! Trust me, you will not be sorry by choosing Dimensions by Dan.
