We got married this past Friday at the Fleming Mansion in Denver. Coming from Texas, I didn’t have a big vision for the reception. I just wanted a space for my family to enjoy great food together. About a week and a half before the wedding, I had to change caterers, and that’s where Vanessa and DiFrancos came in. My husband coordinated our dishes and went over all the small details with Vanessa. The day before the wedding, she reviewed everything again and made sure it all tied together: the food order, the amount of food for our guests (including the kids, which I had forgotten to add), and the colors I envisioned for the tables. She asked all the questions I didn’t know to consider, and I had complete trust in her. On the wedding day, she brought my vision to life, from the tablecloths and runners to the décor and, best of all, the food. Our guests loved the salad, chicken parm, pasta with an amazing spicy sauce, risotto, and the famous braised short ribs. My family kept raving about the meal, and the number of times they came back for extra plates showed it. The pizza for the children was delicious too. Not once did I need to direct her, and whenever she had a question, she communicated openly so everything ran smoothly. Vanessa and her father were a true blessing, and I couldn’t recommend them more for any couple who wants a stress-free reception.

Vanessa, our point of contact with DiFranco's, was on top of everything and made sure all was taken care of, with many follow up calls to ensure everything was what we wanted. She was the best! Chef David did not disappoint. I use to own my own Italian restaurant and again Chef David did not disappoint. The food was perfect and plentiful. I had certain guests with dietary needs and Chef and Staff bent over backwards to meet those needs. I could not be happier with how the day turned out. Even with the oppressive heat, all of our wonderful time and all of the raved about Difranco's, the staff and especially the food. Thank you Difranco's.
