About this vendor
We want to work with fun-loving couples, with adventurous spirits and kind hearts. We are looking for couples who value flowers and their magic power to transform a venue and set the theme for your special day. If you are sometimes silly and a bit sarcastic, you may be our people. If you are a busy professional and want to work with another busy professional, you may be our people. If you believe that Pinterest is for inspiration only and not to be copied exactly, you may be our people. If your perfect bouquet is a natural garden look with in-season flowers, you may be our people. If you want to support local flower farmers and use locally grown blooms, you may be our people. If you are running late to our appointment because you stopped at a brewery, you may be our people….and let's move our appointment there. If you want beautiful wedding flowers designed specifically to fit your aesthetic without your having to know a thing about flowers, we are your people. If we sound like a good fit, please fill out our consultation form below.
Your investment with us should be 8-10% of your overall budget. Our couples typically spend between $5,000 -$8,000on their flowers. This includes delivery and setup, rental items if there are any, retrieval of rental items at the end of the reception, repurposing of all flowers picked up at the end of the night, and delivery of those flowers to the nursing home/facility of the couple’s choice in the Summit, Stark or Portage county area the following Monday.

ielle took my wishes and made them come to life- I wish I could keep my bouquet alive forever! She was wonderful in the set up and delivery process and was the hero of the wedding ceremony when she let us borrow an arch when the one we brought was missing pieces and couldn’t be used.
I would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again!

the colors I wanted but was kind of scared of and she gave me the confidence to go for it!!! I knew I wanted to use Dietz right after that first meeting with Danielle. I felt like I was just chatting with one of my good friends about wedding plans! Then COVID came and I was so stressed, but Dietz was not. They were beyond easy to work with through a pandemic. Actually it was like there was not even a pandemic happening! I got to my outdoor venue a few hours before the ceremony and it was so freakin exciting to see if completely transformed with all the arrangements. They were better than I could have ever asked for. My Bouquet was HUGE and made me feel so special...My whole experience with Dietz was just amazing.
Danielle at Dietz floral did a beautiful job on my flowers for my wedding ceremony. Due to Covid, we had to downscale our floral order (and move some of the order for next year for...
our reception) and Dietz was so accommodating. My floral bouquet was unreal!!!! Beautiful pink peonies, tulips, lilies, eucalyptus- i mean it was seriously unreal. I gave Danielle a list of colors and flowers I liked, and she created the bouquet perfectly. I’m still in love with it and wished it could last forever!
Danielle provided me with a timely quote and was super responsive to emails! She was just a joy to work with!

work with. I came in with a general vision of what I wanted and Sarah helped bring it to life. She and her team went above and beyond to make my dreams come true without much direction. The bouquets, boutonnières and centerpieces were GORGEOUS and actually lasted about two weeks after the wedding. I would recommend Dietz to anyone looking for a quality florist.

h Danielle via phone and email. Literally twenty minutes after a phone conversation she had a concept and quote prepared for us. She was very thorough making sure we had covered everything we needed and made sure my bouquet included my favourite flower. When the flowers were delivered they were phenomenal! So many of my guests asked who did our flowers (and I obviously passed on the name because they are amazing). I highly recommend this business. They do excellent work!

nderstand our style and was very responsive during the entire process. She provided a bit of a vision board on the quote that helped us confirm that this was the florist we needed. The finished outcome was beautiful; from the bouquets and boutonnieres to all of the decorations, each arrangement added the perfect touches to our wedding. She was prompt and extremely helpful during the set up of the flowers on the wedding day, and had a great eye for how to best utilize all of the flowers and decorations. And, the price was very reasonable which helped us stay in our budget. Needless to say, we were so happy we chose Dietz!

sure we could get what we wanted but was also very conscious to stay within our budget! Our flowers turned out beautiful! We got so many compliments throughout the night. They photographed beautifully so we will also remember just how pretty they were! Highly recommend Dietz Floral!
I worked with Danielle for my wedding and my flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Dietz!
I'm sure once they have your money they are great to work with, however, their communication when trying to get any information is horrible. Linda was absolutely rude in her email,...
not even a congratulations or an apology for not having the date available. I would never want to work with a company who was not positive towards others no matter what the conversation was. Could not believe how unprofessional she was.

th Sarah once and showed her pictures of everything that we wanted and trusted that she would be able to do what we wanted.
Over the weekend at my wedding she showed up with the flowers and it was everything I could have imagined in more. My flowers were more beautiful than the pictures I showed in the first place and are exactly what I wanted. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and all of my bridesmaids were obsessed with their bouquets as well.
She also provided my ceremony arrangements and reception decor and once again I can’t even being to describe how stunning everything was. Of course when I was walking down the aisle I was looking and smiling at my groom... but I was also smiling about how amazing our floral arrangements looked after seeing them for the first time lol!! I mean they were absolutely gorgeous. They were the perfect winter arrangements.
Sarah and her team were so easy to work with and their pricing was very reasonable for what we wanted. I highly recommend hiring Sarah for your wedding. She is extremely nice and very easy to communicate with! She gave me a call a few weeks before the wedding to go over everything one last time and she reached out to my wedding coordinator as well.
I really liked that on our wedding day she came into our hotel rooms personally to deliver our flowers and also went into the grooms room to pin on their flowers as well!
This was the best experience ever! Thank you Sarah!!
Moving out of state before the wedding was something I was terrified of, but thankfully Sarah handled the situation absolutely amazing! I was able to reach out to her by phone and ...
explain my situation, and Sarah recommended emailing some pictures of what I had in mind. I was very undecided on what I wanted, finding multiple pictures from Pinterest that we’re all very different. I sent her all the photos and told her what I liked from each of them but trusted her to create something unique that would piece together nicely. I also sent her a few photos for the bridesmaids bouquets, the flower girl corsages, and the mother and grand mother corsages. THEY ALL TURNED OUT ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She used my wedding colors in the flowers (ivory, burgundy and blush pink), while adding a winter feel with the greenery and pine cones. They were stunning!
Sarah was absolutely AMAZING. You can stop your florist search here! I visited a few florists in the area, but as soon as I met with Sarah I knew I found the perfect one. She was e...
xtremely well organized, polite (not pushy), and even emailed me a 10 page proposal with prices and detailed descriptions! I was SO impressed throughout the whole process working with her. As a perfectionist, I stressed about every detail. Sarah answered all my calls, met with me as many times as I needed and even helped calm me down a few times when some last minute issues popped up. She stayed within my budget and over delivered on every aspect of the order. I had church arrangements, boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, centerpieces, and hall decor. I loved my flowers and received a TON of compliments! I knew a December wedding would be tricky, but Sarah's experience and skill definitely showed. By far the best wedding decision I made.
Dietz Florist was my very first choice for florist. As soon as I saw her work I knew they were the right choice. Their flowers are beautiful and they take the time to make sure you...

d had a very calming presence! I shared my vision with Sarah and she totally nailed it - as I chatted with her leading up to the wedding, I felt very comfortable letting her take her artistic liberty with it. You can tell that Sarah and the other floral artists she works with really care about quality.

I told her exactly what I didn't want (no roses!) and that I wanted it to look like wildflowers. Everything was so beautiful and the whole process was very stress-free. I highly recommend!
Sarah was great to work with--very patient and made changes to our order up to a week prior to the wedding. The flowers were pretty--not exactly what I envisioned (I asked for almo...
st all white with one or two pale pink/peach blooms in the bouquets and centerpieces, and got a lot more--and brighter--pink than I was expecting), but it may have been due in part to the fact that I added a centerpiece at the last minute and asked for locally sourced flowers, so the selection may have been limited.
We had a wonderful experience with Dietz Falls! Sarah really took the time to sit down with me and understand my vision while also offering her expertise. She was great to work wit...
h throughout the whole process, she always responded to every email promptly and made any change to our order that I requested with no issue. Most importantly, Sarah did an amazing job with all floral arrangements for our wedding and completely brought my vision of abundant greenery and modern flowing arrangements to life!

I wanted before my appointment, but Sarah helped me select flowers with confidence! She is an expert and so creative. I was on a tight budget with flowers, but my guests sure didn't know. The centerpieces were elegant, full, and brought the look together. Our bouquets stayed beautiful all night. I only wish I had an excuse to buy hundreds of dollars of flowers again.

pposed to be outside, but heavy rain changed that. Sarah did a wonderful job of utilizing the decor I had provided along with all of the flowers she brought in the new venue. The downside of flying away for our honeymoon was that I had to leave my bouquet at home. I'm drying it, so that I can always have the beautiful flowers. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah and Dietz.

t. I had a bad luck at the other flower shop before I came here. I show a bunch of pictures of different bouquets and described what I wanted (which is a little bit from every picture). She showed me some flowers, gave advices and cut the budget under $100 including boutonniere. She promised she would find my favorite flowers ranunculus and said that she would not be able to get the other type (I forgot the name). So, when I pick it up, I was shocked! The bouquet was gorgeous! It was beyond that! It was my dream bouquet, that's just made my morning at the wedding day. And she did found every single flower that I wanted. That bouquet was just so me. I am so grateful! The lady's name is Linda.
I went to Dietz Falls Florist with a grand vision of what I wanted my flowers to look like but with a pretty average to low budget. I brought in a bunch of photos with me and the s...
taff patiently sat and looked through all of pictures and listened carefully to what I was looking for. They advised on certain topics (flowers that would be in season etc.) and put together an estimate for me based on my budget and the likes/dislikes we had discussed. I did give a lot of independence to create the look I wanted with the budget I had and she not only met my hopes, but exceeded them. I almost cried when she personally delivered the bouquets and corsages. They were PERFECT!!! They were exactly what I had wanted and she did all within my budget. My centerpieces were creative and lush and fit perfectly within my color scheme. I cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. Thank you to Sarah and the rest of the staff @ Dietz! You are all so talented. Thank you for the gift of my perfect wedding flowers!
