Oh. My. God.
Amelia from Diana Gould knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Once I saw our table mock up i knew she was going to bring our venue alive. She was able to make t...
he most perfect scene for us. The flowers were outstanding and her creative judgements were on point. She really understood our vision (including bringing to life what I couldn’t really articulate).
I highly recommend Diana Gould (especially Amelia!) for your wedding day.
Diana and Iris,
Let us start off by saying that it was a pleasure to work with you. From the emails and showroom visit, to the FaceTime the day before the wedding and the wedding ...
itself, you made made everything so amazing.
Regarding the flowers, they were the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. They made the wedding so special, we couldn’t have been happier! In fact, one of the most common things we heard guests say was how incredible the floral arrangements were. Such a magnificent display of white roses and lush greens created an unforgettable experience. Literally so many guests were in complete awe of the tall center pieces and, no one had never seen anything like it.
Your services were greatly appreciated. You were so caring, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. While we had trouble articulating the floral look we wanted, you were able to read our minds and managed to put together the perfect look and feel for our special day.
Thank you for everything. It was truly amazing and couldn’t have been accomplished without your amazing team.
We will post a review on The Knot and please let us know if there is anywhere else you’d like us to leave feedback!
Lots of love,
Holly and Alex
If you want flowers to not just look pretty but create an experience for your guests, Diana Gould is the place to go. Once you decide that first step, request Iris. I could go on a...
ll day talking about how wonderful she was to work with. Iris made my wedding dreams come true. From the chuppah to the centerpieces, to the small details on my welcome sign and the cake, everything was so beautifully done. Iris was always available and open to my questions and suggestions, putting forth her expertise and experience to ensure everything was done perfectly. All vendors should look at Iris as the gold standard of how to run a business properly and she truly made this experience so easy for me. Now I have the memories/photos to last a lifetime!
I don't even know where to begin -- From the first time I talked with the staff at Diana Gould, I knew I wanted to work with them. I was assigned to work with Iris & could not say...
enough great things. She was so genuine, helpful & attentive. She completely understood my vision and made it a reality on my wedding day. The first time I walked into the reception room, I cried. The floral arrangements and candles were breathtaking. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything turned out. Iris made the entire process so easy and I could not recommend her enough. Thank you to Iris & the Diana Gould team for bringing to life my vision.
My wife and I were excited to work with Diana Gould for our wedding on July 21, 2017 after our wedding planner raved about not just the quality and execution of the work product bu...
t also the professionalism of the staff. After we met with the team we were convinced we had made the right choice. We were originally assigned an event designer that was later changed but we were fine with the change because the new designer, Alexis Sposato seemed great. She was very honest and direct which helped us all made important design decisions efficiently.
After visiting the showroom and finalizing the event design, we were ready for the big day.
Unfortunately, the wedding day wasn’t at all what we had been anticipating and Alexis’ unprofessionalism not only wasn’t expected but was completely outrageous. After the ceremony, we walked into the dinner space and I immediately noticed that the center pieces, which we had agreed on numerous times, were wrong. There was a mixture of glass vases and gold candelabras when we agreed in the final run through that we would have gold candelabras throughout the entire dinner space. When I pointed out the mistake, Alexis got extremely defensive and refused to acknowledge that the centerpieces were wrong, even indicating that the mistake was ours. After a few minutes of a heated exchange and our planner trying to calm me down, I finally walked away completely taken aback by what was happening.
I was later told that Alexis stormed out shortly after the exchange without seeing the execution of the event through which I could not believe. She committed to providing flowers for the tiered cake we had, and did not do that so our planner ended up handling that for us.
The staff at our amazing NYC wedding venue, commented to us that they have never seen a florist/ design team conduct themselves this way.
It took us over a year to address this directly because we truly hoped, Alexis or someone else from the DG team would reach out to us proactively to apologize for the completely inappropriate behavior but unfortunately no one ever did. Given our poor experience with the team we could never in good conscience recommend this company to friends, family, colleagues or clients for personal or corporate events nor would we want to.
I hope that their other clients are never subjected to the unprofessionalism, rudeness and plain disregard for decency as we were.

to recreate some foreign Brazilian wedding decoration concepts that were unknown to most NYC vendors. Jen took on the challenge and designed a beautiful Brazilian desert table for my wedding. I was really impressed with the results and received so many compliments at the wedding!

y mention of the short timing being a problem. At our first meeting, Jen immediately understood what I wanted from my flowers, and even came up with a great compromise of only doing a few tall centerpieces, since I really didn't the idea of them, but had a large space to fill. She also knew our venue extremely well, which took a lot of stress off of me (always a bonus!). I didn't see Jen the day of, but she did call to let me know all was well - though honestly, I was not worried at all! My husband and I were blown away when we saw the room for the first time - it was absolutely stunning! My vision was executed perfectly, probably even better than I envisioned. Jen worked hard and showed great professionalism throughout this process - not every vendor we dealt with in our wedding planning process had shown that, which made Jen and everyone at Diana Gould stand out!

My husband and I got married last April and we had the MOST wonderful and magical experience with DGL and our incredible designer, Jennifer Mirabella.
From the moment we first me...
t Jennifer in New York City, she was engaging, responsive and thoughtful. She listened to our ideas, likes and dislikes. She was clearly aware of trends and I was so impressed as she shared pictures, Pinterest boards and ideas that aligned with everything we wanted.
Over the months of planning, she became a vital part of our process as we collaborated with her on ideas and planning. Jennifer knew how to handle all of the personalities in the process and managed all of our (stressful) requests like a pro. She maintained an awareness of budget while thinking through every last detail.
In the days leading up to our wedding and on the big day, she was thoughtful, calm and available.
I could not have asked for a better experience with DGL and Jennifer.

It was an absolute pleasure working with them to make my wedding at CV Rich on 11/17/2014 look spectacular.
Being a same-sex couple, we were apprehensive ...
to say the least about getting married in Westchester.
NO issue whatsoever.
I was so incredibly pleased by the service and *oh my gosh* what they did in the space was *amazing*.
Beautiful flowers. *Beautiful* flowers.
And arranged so nicely and everything on point.
The lighting, the ceilings, Jennifer went all out.
Everything I expected, and some things I didn't.
I would recommend them again and again.

rd, I brought lots of pictures and ideas along to make my wedding dream a reality. At first, it seemed I would have to go to another vendor because the quoted price was a bit much (I had big dreams and had already run over budget), but they made sure to make it a reality within my budget and even threw in little details that I hadn't asked for that were so cute and just made it phenomenal. Although I ended up spending a bit more than I wanted to, it was absolutely well worth it and this is one vendor I would *highly* recommend.
The people are very nice, and their vision even better!

We only looked at about 3 floral vendors since Diana Gould came highly recommended by my sister in law, but in the end we could'nt have been happier with the service and moreover, the quality of our centerpieces, personals and my bouquet.
Thank you Diana Gould for a job well done!

ch flowers that worked if the flowers i wanted weren't in season. she was very accommodating when it came to previewing my bouquet. Due to hurricane Sandy, I was pretty busy in the days leading up to the wedding and she sent me pictures of the bouquets because I wasn't able to come in. The colors weren't quite what I wanted so she created another bouquet and died the flowers to colors I wanted. It was perfect.
Beware, there is a $5000 minimum but if you're having a big wedding you're probably going to end up spending more than that anyway.
i only wish they lasted a lot longer and quality of the flowers was better...

Glen Island required us to work either with Arcadia or Diana Gould for our wedding. Initially, we selected Arcadia. It needs to be said upfront that Sammy at Arcadia was wonderful ...
and his work was absolutely beautiful, but for the type of decor that we wanted, we ultimately decided to go with Diana Gould because they were more extensive in their decor selections. Enza made us feel at ease right away. Throughout the process, she helped me stay on point with my budget and gave me a realistic perspective on what kind of decor I would need to create the vision I had in my head for our wedding. Their services do not come cheap, but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. Enza and Diana took care of us and made my hopes for a romantic and elegant setting come to life. Her high and low centerpieces for our tables (cherry blossoms with hanging votive candles and winding orchids in candelabras, respectively) were accented by the almost two hundred candles we had displayed throughout the room. Our already beautiful church was only accentuated by the incredible floral arrangements that flanked the alter. My bouquet had the perfect amount of bling without being over-the-top and the bridesmaids bouquets of purple flowers received compliments by our guests all night. I asked Enza very last minute for a Wishing Tree in lieu of a traditional guest book and got tons of compliments about it throughout the night. She checked in on me after the wedding to make sure that I was happy with everything. I absolutely loved working with her and was floored by the spectacular work her team did.

as great. I met with Ali and we talked about my ideas and what I liked and didn’t like. She translated my views perfectly. I went in for a sample of my centerpieces and she was very accommodating to some tweaks I had. She even emailed me pictures of the bouquets the day before the wedding and again I gave some feedback and when they arrived on the day of they were gorgeous! I loved my flowers and got so many compliments as to how beautiful they were. The church flowers were stunning; I couldn’t have imagined anything better. All in all they were wonderful to work with and provided me with amazing flowers that contributed to making our wedding an event!

ut even better than I thought!!! I even think we had extra arrangements up at the altar that I didnt ask for and they were absolutely stunning!!! And they didn't stop there!!! The ballroom was equally breathtaking!!! People couldn't believe how beautiful our flowers were!! I could not have asked for more!! I was so proud to have such a beautiful display at my wedding!!! It looked like a Platinum Wedding!!! And the customer service was lovely! Each time we met with our florist, you felt like you were meeting with an old friend. They really made you feel welcome in the floral studio.
Enza did an amazing job to create the image in my head. Also the flowers she decorated my wedding cake with were amazing. I am still getting compliments. Worth every penny spent.

onderful and I was amazed how well my florist matched the colors of my invitations with the flowers. Also this is the only florist that provided an astroturf aisle under my aisle runner (so that I could walk on the grass for my outdoor wedding without my heels sinking in the grass). I said I wanted to incorporate feathers into my centerpieces. I knew there was no way I could use them. I then met with Ali at Diana Gould, the difference was like night and day. She totally got my vision and had great ideas. She even thought that the feathers were fun and different. When we saw our centerpiece samples I was blown away. They were better then I had even imagined. While the flowers cost more than I originally had budgeted, I felt like they were worth the extra money. They did an amazing job creating a very elegant and modern look for my wedding. Everyone was commenting on how amazing our flowers were. I totally trusted Ali and I didn't have o worry at all about how the flowers were going to look. They did a great job!

ferent ceiling treatments, etc to really make the decor pop. Sometimes they were a little flaky and were slow to set up the day of, however, in the end they really delivered. Additionally, unlike many wedding vendors, I felt like they tried to save us $ and never tried to oversell us which is how I feel a high-end vendor should act (can't say the same for all of our vendors...)
