Devri did a fantastic job as our wedding photographer. She travelled all the way to D.C. to take our engagement photos- and under less than ideal conditions she managed to get some...
gorgeous shots where me and my husband looked flattering, comfortable and genuine. She repeated the feat on our wedding day, taking pictures outside the Draper Temple in the mid afternoon glaring sun, yet managing to work the lighting just right and obscure the crowds of people from our pictures. She did her homework and knew all our family and what shots we'd like to have. She was a champion at getting small kids to look at the camera and shepherding the mass of guests and relatives. At the reception, she captured the ambience of the venue and the spread of guests. She caught adorable moments of interaction between the nieces and nephews and of guests dancing, plus some more great shots and me and my husband. We are so grateful for the memories she has preserved!
Devri took mine and my husbands engagement, bridal, and wedding photos. I couldn't be happier with the experience that we all had together while our couple photos were taken out in...
nature, and how much devri helped me relax on the big day.
Having our engagement photos done was a really fun experience and my husband and I left feeling so happy and excited to see how they turned out (we already knew from how relaxed and confident devri was, that they would be beautiful) and they were.
when it began raining with most of my family outside and wanting photos to be done so they could get into the reception, devri kept everyone positive and organized and made sure the photos turned out 100% regardless of conditions. My husband and I saw each other the day of the wedding, but not after we had both been done up. We did a "first reveal" and we were photographed as I walked up behind him and turned him around, so I could see his expression. Before we did this devri walked my down the the dock where my husband waiting for me and told me "okay danielle, this is your moment" and for the first time it hit me that this was my wedding day and my soon the be husband. So of course I burst into tears and she asked me "oh my goodness, are those happy or sad tears?" And at that moment she was my my photographer, but my friend as well. It has become one of the most memorable moments of my day. So thank you devri for the wonderful experiences, the beautiful photos and the organization going along with those, your speed at which you returned them to us, your positive hard working attitude as well as your personal touch and your ability to help us both relax and be comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
