Everything was like clockwork! Easy, smooth, seamless. Shannon made sure we all got to Mexico, had the best rooms, transportation was readily available when we touched down in Cancun. The wedding and travel was PERFECT. I have nothing but great things to say, we were both able to enjoy our vacation and wedding with those closest to us. Our rooms were forgotten and there were issues with the room arrangements, transportation was not handled correctly, and there were repeated problems that should have been resolved before the wedding. What made the experience especially frustrating was the lack of communication. We had difficulty getting callbacks and follow-ups, and many times we felt like we were left to figure things out ourselves. When you are planning a destination wedding, especially for a group of family and friends traveling from different places, you expect the details to be handled carefully and problems to be addressed promptly. There were simply too many things that went wrong, and the lack of follow-through added unnecessary stress to what should have been a very special and exciting experience. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, organization, and attention to detail for future couples and their guests.

You always hope that the weekend will go well with all the moving parts of a destination wedding and it exceeded our expectations! Travel to and from the resort with different flight times and delays from 65 people can be worrisome but Shannon took care of all our needs and everyone felt that experience was smooth and easy. The resort's staff was absolutely 5 stars. They were all so attentive to the needs of everyone on our guest list. We could not have had a better experience from start to finish and would recommend this company and resort to anyone.

ng in Antigua, only to discover they were charging our guests nearly DOUBLE the direct resort rate—asking $4,000 for a 7-night stay that costs $2,400 directly through the hotel. When we caught the massive markup, we were thankfully still within our open grace window to completely dissolve the room block with zero penalties. According to their own contract terms, dissolving the entire block triggers the Total Group Cancellation Policy, which explicitly supersedes all individual supplier rules, reduction policies, and voucher restrictions. Despite the contract dictating full cash refunds under this total cancellation, their handling of "travel protection" is an absolute hoax designed to hold your money hostage. Uninsured guests who paid less received 100% liquid cash back, while elderly relatives who paid extra for insurance were denied their cash and forced into unusable, non-transferable store credits. Refusing full cash returns on a completely dissolved, penalty-free contract while penalizing the very people who paid extra for coverage is an unfair and deceptive business practice. Save yourself and your guests the headache—skip the middleman and deal directly with the resort.
