Bernie and her team were beyond amazing. Bernie was available to connect anytime I had a question prior to the wedding. I did not utilize her full services she offered, we went wit...
h Day of Coordinating. With that said like any other Bride I was nervous at first only having her team the day of that it can leave room for error. She reassured me I was in good hands and man did she back that up. The venue turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! My husband and I received so many compliments on how the venue was decorated stating "they didn't know it could look this nice". Also above decorating and managing all the vendors the day of.. Bernie was there anytime we needed her and she insured the wedding ran smoothly on the backend the entire time.
I will say that when planning the wedding I think it was very beneficial to both myself and her team that I was very transparent and provided Bernie with my full vision. Without providing her team with the necessary tools for success they would have gone in blindly day of. Even though I am 100% sure even at that the venue would have still turned out beautiful, it may not have turned out in my true vision. That being said I highly recommend sending her either a vision board for the wedding or even setting up mock tables (Guest, Bride, etc.) snapping a picture and sending her any material via email or in person prior to the event.
Happy to elaborate further if anyone has questions surrounding my experience or preparation.
Bernie has some nice items to decorate a venue. We especially liked her live edge items and lighting. However, her ability to coordinate is not a good deal and was not executed wel...
l at all. We have many complaints of details missed or ignored. While she spoke sweetly to us, she clearly did not listen to our requests and grossly overcharged us for coordinating. We feel ripped off by her “final bill” and her denial of all of our concerns. I would NOT recommend her. Samantha & Wayne-Bride and groom.
There are not enough wonderful things I could say about Bernie and her assistant! I think hiring her for our day of coordination services was one of the best decisions we made for ...
this wedding and I can think of numerous times she just about saved things from falling apart. For one, the salon took far longer than anticipated so my bridal party and I arrived late to the venue and we were supposed to be doing setup. I was so worried that things were not going to come together, but I had to start taking pictures and change into my dress. I had provided Bernie with some basic guidance and when I finally got to take a look around I was blown away by how perfectly it all came together, especially with minimal instruction! She was also able to direct all the other vendors to where they needed to go and I did not have to do a thing that day. If any of our family or bridal party had a question she was their go to person which took a lot of stress off me and she was even able to wrangle everyone for rehearsal and run the show. My husband and I snuck away for a bit during the wedding to soak in the moment and we both agreed that we could not even believe that it was OUR wedding and how well it came together! If you're on the fence about hiring a day of wedding coordinator, just do it. 100% worth the money, we love Bernie!
Bernie and her team did an amazing job helping us put our wedding together. I had done a few diy projects and she melded them with what we needed from her. She elevated our hall fr...
om just another room to an elegant space to celebrate.
One of my bustling hooks was ripped off my dress, Bernie had it fixed in no time!
If I had it to do all over again, I would call her sooner!
