hat I wanted to continue walking by her table so I could get more samples of it to taste. She bakes all of her cakes fresh never ever freezes them. She only works on one wedding cake per week so she devotes all of her time to your cake which I also really liked because I felt like my cake was going to get plenty of attention. We had 4 flavors in our cake and I got raves from everyone about each of the flavors that they were awesome. Not only was my wedding cake incredibly moist and completely made from scratch (cake and icing) but it was decorated gorgeously. I was extremely nervous about my cake - more nervous about it than anything else in the wedding planning. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted it to look like and I was afraid I would show up that day and it wouldn't be what I wanted. When I saw my cake on wedding day I almost cried. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Angela did such an amazing job with the decoration of the cake. I had a very intricate design that covered each of the cake layers and each layer was separated by a layer of fresh flowers. She also placed all the fresh flowers on the cake and the arrangement and placement of the flowers was so beatiful. People were just stunned by how wonderful the cake looked. It met every expectation that I had!;I have nothing to warn others about except that if you want to use Angela book her early since she only does one cake per week!
