Beth was our coordinator for our June 1st wedding and she was amazing to work with! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding with planning and making sure she knew about every ...
detail. She was at our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew exactly what to do the next day. The day of our wedding, she was constantly checking up on us and getting us anything we needed. Everything went so perfectly and smoothly and I don’t know how I could have done anything without her. She communicated with all my vendors and ensured everyone knew exactly what they needed to do. I am so grateful to Beth for helping make our wedding day one of the best days of our lives. I would recommend Beth and Derby City Events to anyone that needs help planning a special day!
Beth was our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She met with us twice before the wedding to go over all our details and asked q...
uestions we hadn’t even thought of. She took over our vendor coordination the week before the wedding so we could focus on last-minute prep and celebration. And on the day of, she was a rock. She and her team handled our setup beautifully, and throughout the day, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. When questions came up, I sent people to her and she handled everything. Breakdown at the end of the night was invisible and seamless, and she and her team even coordinated bringing me and my husband drinks so we never had to lift a finger.
Hiring Beth was the second-best decision I made in planning this wedding (right behind marrying my husband). We would recommend her to anyone. More than worth the investment!
Beth was my Day of Coordinator at my wedding this past weekend. WOW! This woman is absolutely amazing. I consider myself pretty organized but Beth is on a different level. She is s...
o detailed and communicated everything with my vendors. She is also PHENOMENAL under pressure and can make quick decisions. For example, the bride (me 🙃) forgetting her veil at home and realizing it 30 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start. With quick suggestions from Beth, I got my veil and we started only 5 minutes past the scheduled start time even with my mess up.
She made sure that I had time to eat and did everything in the background so I could truly enjoy my time with my friends and family.
If you are at ALL even considering getting any type of planner/decorator/coordinator, please do yourself a big help and book Derby City Events. They go above and beyond. In the words of my Mother-in-Law, “Beth is worth every single penny. We couldn’t have done it without her”.
Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!! 🥰
I don't know how the wedding would have happened if it weren't for Beth. She thought of and handled so much! Beth helped with everything from the schedule, vendors, guest control, ...
decorations, and last minute changes. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot her recommend enough.
I was the first of my friends to get married. When they ask what my biggest piece of advice is, it's "Get a wedding coordinator, and get Beth."
She goes above and beyond, and I c...
annot imagine my wedding without her! She saved the day numerous times, and in the end we didn't have any issues whatsoever (all thanks to Beth!)
You have to go with her - I'm not kidding lol
Beth was wonderful to work with! I wasn’t going to book a day of coordinator, but last minute I did and I’m so glad I did! Beth made sure my day went smoothly and helped to take th...
