Denise Marie Photography

d our love so beautifully through her lens. Leading up to the wedding, Denise was always available and so generous with her time, even when our questions weren’t photography-related! On the wedding day, she and her assistant, Sonny, created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere while still being incredibly professional and organized, making sure every photo we hoped for was taken. We’ve already received our sneak peek, and the photos are absolutely stunning, we’re going to have such a hard time choosing which ones to print! Denise is truly a gem of a person and an incredible photographer. We couldn’t recommend her more!

are just stunning! Plus- I always know she captures the hair and makeup beautifully as well :). I highly recommend Denise Marie Photography! xo- Dayna DeFazio Dayna DeFazio Hair & Makeup Artistry

utely delivered! The photos are stunning – they truly tell the story of our day. Her attention to detail, quality, and creativity is unmatched. I highly recommend Denise for your wedding!

experience in editorial photography truly shines through in every shot—they know exactly how to capture those unique, story-telling moments that make each image feel straight out of a magazine. Denise's style is simply timeless. She has a classy, refined vision that brought an elegance to our wedding photos beyond anything we could have imagined. She understood our style and created images that felt natural yet sophisticated. She had a calming presence on the wedding day, guiding us through each shot with ease and professionalism while keeping things fun and relaxed. She also made sure to capture all of my requested shots with specific friends and family members! Looking at our photos we recently received, we feel like we’re reliving the day, and our families and friends are in awe of the quality and artistry. If you’re looking for someone talented, with a sophisticated eye and a knack for capturing the essence of your big day, Denise is your photographer to choose! Highly recommend.

h her, and our second shooter, Amrit, was an absolute dream. Both of them made our wedding amazing. Denise is absolutely the best at what she does and kept us ahead of schedule and made it possible for us to not do a first look and still get all of the photos we wanted. If you’re thinking about hiring Denise, run, don’t walk, you will NOT regret it!!

and beautiful. Lisa did our engagement photos and made both me and my husband feel comfortable and confident. She did it again on our wedding day. The second shooter was a little overpowering and had a strong accent that was hard to understand, but otherwise we had the most wonderful experience. The venue was so beautiful for our unique fall catholic garden ceremony and Lisa captured our day wonderfully. Our sneak peak photos came out magnificent and we can't wait to get the full album of photos! We highly recommend her and Denise Marie Photography for your special day!

de everything feel so comfortable and fun. She was organized and helped everything run soo smoothly all day. Our pictures turned out so incredible, she captured every special moment perfectly! I am so lucky to have worked with them and cannot recommend their services enough if you want beautiful, memorable photos!

was our day of photographer and she made us feel super comfortable during our couple and family sessions and we appreciated her ability to pivot to some cool indoor shots due to the weather not fully cooperating. She brought an enthusiastic and fun vibe to the reception, which is exactly what we were looking for. When Denise sent us some of our sneak peaks we were blown away! The pictures managed to capture the night exactly how we remember it felt and looked. It went by so quickly, and it is so nice to have the photos to look back on and reminisce about the fun night we spent with our family and friends. We cannot thank them enough for capturing our memories in such an elegant, authentic and beautiful way!

edding! We have a huge family, and Denise was so organized and made sure we got all the shots we needed with our large families. She is so sweet and your personalized hype girl on your wedding day! If you are thinking of booking Denise, DO IT!!

d could not recommend her more!! She is so sweet and very professional. She helped our wedding day run very smoothly!

e is so professional and experienced. We are in love with all of our wedding (and engagement) photos from Denise!! Denise helped us to also plan out the entire timeline of our wedding day, and she kept the whole day running smoothly for us. Denise really took the time to get to know us and our vision for the wedding day. She is also so energetic and positive and helped us and our bridal party to feel so confident. I will recommend Denise to every newly engaged couple! We are going to cherish our wedding photos from Denise forever.

expertise was evident throughout the entire shoot. Prior to our wedding she asked us a bunch of questions to set expectations and created a game-plan for our big day. On our wedding day Denise and Lexi (the second shooter) were able to get all the right shots while keeping everyone on schedule and in good spirits! Lexi and Denise divided and conquered, Lexi working with the groom's party and Denise the brides'. I can't recommend this duo more highly! The 'sneak peek' batch of photos was delivered very quickly and Denise was highly communicative throughout the entire process. Photography is the part of the wedding that will last far beyond the actual wedding day and Denise was worth every penny!

out the venue for the perfect picture spots. I can go on & on. I have nothing but positive things to say. Denise is a great communicator, she always gets back to & takes the stress off your shoulders. Denise & Lexi truly put their mind, body, & souls into all they do. I couldn’t imagine having any other photographers. I will be using them in the future!

t explain how thankful I was for the energy she brought to our wedding. She has the warmest, calmest, yet fun and bubbly presence that day. She made taking pictures on one of the hottest days fun and easy. Denise's takes the most beautiful and natural wedding photos that I can not stop looking at. She quickly sent me an amazing sneak peek and just two months later sent me the full gallery. Creating album is so hard because there are so many amazing pictures to choose from. I couldn't recommend Denise more and miss her already!

uring the first conversation – we had so much in common, she understood – and was so excited about – our vision, and had such a great vibe. Getting to work with Denise was an absolute dream; she is so friendly and makes you – and everyone in front of the camera – feel so comfortable. And the photos are just absolutely incredible; we still get compliments on the photos (and about the photographer!). She captured all the best moments and the emotion so perfectly. Every time we look through our album we feel like we are back in that moment. We would recommend her to anyone!!

year before our wedding when she did our engagement shoot. She made us feel very comfortable and it helped us to understand what to expect for our wedding day. On our wedding day, Denise was very prompt and despite the strict timeline, she made all of our pre-wedding photos feel casual and low-stress. In terms of album turnover, Denise had our sneak peek ready to go after just a few days- she shot 4 weddings the weekend we got married, so I was impressed with how quickly they came back to say the least! Our full album came back less than 2 months later and the photos were absolutely stunning. If you can book Denise, do it! You will not regret it :)

ing back - I think I owe it at all to her for the day I had. I am also so in love with my sneak-peeks already! She is just so talented! I will definitely be asking her to do family photos when the time comes. If you need a photographer for your wedding DENISE is the only photographer to use in this business. I promise you that.

e calls with us and ensuring us that she’d capture all of our important moments. She is very organized, creating and sticking to a timeline on our date. She is incredibly kind, treating us, our families and guests with respect, love and kindness. The photos she took came out incredible - we’re still obsessing over them and viewing them everyday. Overall, we cannot say enough great things about Denise and highly recommend her for any wedding or event.

ng photos! Her personality brings out such love and light from everyone. I am a big picture person - this was something that was super super important to me and I felt completely confident in Denise and her team. We have received countless compliments on our photos and I find new favorites every time I look through our album. Denise is professional while still being so easy to talk to, ask advice, and calm your nerves. She was always there whenever I had a question, concern, anything! Her style is truly timeless while still being unique and standing out among the rest. It’s obvious how talented she is and how much she loves what she does - which makes you feel amazing and at ease as a bride! I could not have asked for a better photographer or better wedding photos and couldn’t have gotten through wedding planning without her!

he best scenery/lighting. She somehow creates photos that are both candid and authentic, yet artistic and perfected. In addition to capturing insanely gorgeous photos, Denise is extremely organized and professional, which makes a huge difference come wedding day. The "sneak peak" photos within a day of our engagement session and wedding blew us away with how quick it was and the number of amazing photos. Denise was also super flexible (even with her crazy busy wedding schedule) when we had to reschedule our engagement shoot due to a rain storm as she wanted us to have the pictures/scenery we were hoping for. On top of all this, Denise is so kind and uplifting and truly becomes a friend. She is so positive and calming and someone you are so glad to have with you throughout the wedding day! Many guests also commented on how sweet she is. Lastly, Kirsten was our second shooter with Denise and was also amazing to work with and took beautiful photos! We were so happy to have both of them with us capturing such special moments.

photos. She listened to every question, insecurity, and qualm and turned everything into a positive. No question was too silly and no request was turned down. She was extremely helpful in planning the entire wedding day and timeline. Fast forward to the day of, she and her second shooter, Kirsten, were the absolute best. Always smiling, encouraging us, and capturing the best moments. The end result is a beautiful wedding day gallery filled with images of the most perfect day. Denise is a kind and a genuine human being who truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her couples. She was a true blessing to us!

day along with our engagement announcement photos. Denise's talent is etherial and timeless while her presence is so calming. The photos she captures will bring you back to that exact moment the second you see them. We are so grateful to have had Denise with us & you will be, too.

ng photos to look, and Denise did NOT disappoint. In terms of her professionalism, she was incredibly responsive when I initially reached out to schedule an introductory call to learn more about her packages, her process, etc., but I was most struck by how warm and genuinely excited she was that I was a bride-to-be. When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, she didn't miss a beat and quickly eased my nerves and made me feel like I was in incredibly good hands. As our wedding day finally approached, we had not one but two discussions that focused on the timeline of the day, who we wanted to incorporate in our photos, and other specific requests. She was incredibly organized and meticulous, and I knew that I had nothing to worry about on the big day. Brides, I will tell you, despite all of your work and best intentions, there will be little snafus that come up on your big day. In my case, we fell behind in time...but Denise was there to make it up! She was assertive and the ringleader for a very excited (and on a few occasions) rowdy wedding party. In other words, she was an absolute BOSS. What's more, she (and Kasia), made me and my husband feel very comfortable in front of the camera, which is NOT typical for us. She was great at giving us direction and genuinely made us feel so protected and beautiful. I clearly cannot say enough about how wonderful Denise is as a person, and her work speaks for itself. We will cherish her photos for the rest of our lives.

ersonality. By the time we were ready to book she was already picked up by another couple. I was in a panic and Denise went out of her way and searched high and low for photographers with a similar style in her community who are available on our date and saved me hours and hours of research. I have so much respect for her professionalism and just the kindness she showed me, when other more business minded photographers would easily just say “good luck and have a nice life!” This is what sets Denise apart and I would totally recommend her. She’s an angel!

of us for the rest of our lives and could not be more grateful for her work.

ove and beyond to make sure you are involved, yet stress free, throughout the entire process. Our wedding day schedule was rather cramped, and Denise took the time to run through options on several occasions with us to ensure we were satisfied, got every picture we hoped for and felt at ease. We recently received some "sneak peak" photos (such a quick turn around!) and we were absolutely blown away! Denise captures sooo many details, but our favorite is her attention to reactions and candid moments-- these are the moments few others will capture but truly speak to the emotion and excitement of your event. On top of all this, the wedding party ADORED her! Denise is the best hype woman you will ever meet, and in a high stress and fast paced setting, her positivity and genuineness wholeheartedly puts you at ease and allows you to enjoy, soak in the environment, and ultimately relive the best day of your life for years to come.

eyond what we could have expected. Denise is a true artist and not only is she incredibly talented, but she is one of the kindest and warmest souls we’ve ever met. Planning and throwing (and postponing, three times) a wedding during a pandemic is very stressful but she was there every step of the way to calm our concerns and make sure we had the perfect day, which is exactly what we had. Our photos are beautiful and something we will treasure forever. Trust us - if you book Denise, you will not regret it.

hat you will be so, so grateful to have, even if you don’t realize it yet and especially if you are the type who may be a little more anxious on your wedding day. She and Kasia (also amazing!) kept things moving and organized but were also relaxed, friendly, and just contributed to an overall upbeat tone to the day that left a lasting impression on our guests (and it was a million degrees outside!). Denise is also reliable, knowledgeable (about all things wedding), and approachable. She’s truly the best!

my spreadsheet ready to fire away. She took the time to learn about us, to learn about me - my style and my vision. Having her as our wedding photographer was by far the easiest decision we made and one throughout the planning process and day of, I was so thankful for. From that first conversation and every single touch point through our COVID planning; she was uber professional, organized, thoughtful, and kind. We were blown away with our engagement photos. After receiving our sneak peak (the DAY after our wedding — which, was by far the best wedding gift) I felt the emotions rush back that she captured so perfectly. She took images of our venue that look like they belonged in a high end magazine, captured the emotions of my first look with my now husband and parents that gave me chills, and caught so many smiles, laughs and heartfelt moments with our family and friends. I never thought so many emotions could be captured through photo because I think it’s a talent that is hard to learn, let alone master like Denise has. If you have the chance to hire Denise for any special moment, your wedding - engagement .. anything, DO IT.

al eye and her photos are testament to her work. We've received so many compliments on how beautiful our photos were and we could not be happier with our decision to work with Denise. She'' a true professional and extremely responsive as well as attentive to our needs throughout the planning process. We had a large wedding party (26+) and she was able to manage the group and get every shot. If you are thinking of hiring her, DO IT. You will not regret it. <3

to work with. They day can be a bit stressful and overwhelming and many don’t think about the importance of not only picking an amazing photographer, but picking a calm and supportive photographer! She kept me sane, she kept everyone around me happy and light. Our entire bridal party and our parents could not stop talking about how sweet, stress free and helpful she was on our wedding day. It’s safe to say that all my girls who are not married yet are hiring her for their big day lol! Then the pictures came and we all we’re just blown away by the talent that she has. She is the total package and what you need on your big day.

u feel relaxed and super confident. So glad we hired her for our big day.

nd and passionate person, with an amazing eye for art. Little did I know that she would help me in more ways than just taking our wedding photos! We, like many other couples, decided to postpone our big reception to next year and get married in a micro wedding this year. Although a difficult decision, Denise made everything super easy and was extremely considerate and flexible through the whole process. Not to mention, she even mentored me in my own photography through quarantine which has been an incredible new hobby that has kept me sane through the stress of 2020. That brings me to our wedding day a few weeks ago. Denise brought such a good energy and excitement to our day, and you can just tell how much she loves what she does and loves all of her couples. Our wedding sneak peeks are AMAZING and we’ve gotten so many compliments on them already! She has such quick turn around time and knows how anxious everyone is to see photos after their wedding. We can’t wait to see the full gallery and can’t wait to have Denise there for our big day round 2 next year. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, look no further!

ange venues and wedding theme (destination to local) and she was there to help me get an idea of what my wedding day would look like. She was even able to recommend a florist and my flowers were more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Denise has an eye for wedding photography and is a pleasure to work with. I wish I could get married everyday so that I could see her and have her take my pictures again and again.

above and beyond to make every photo and moment so special. No one could stop stalking about how AMAZING they were. And the photos were so phenomenal, I cannot say enough about her talent, skill, and how personal she was the entire time. HIRE HER NOW!

VID-19. The uncertainty, confusion, and chaos that we found ourselves in was overwhelming to say the least. After postponing our big wedding, Adam and I decided to have a very small, intimate backyard ceremony with only a few family members in attendance. Regardless of everything going on around us at the time, Denise was with us every step of the way. She was comforting, empathetic, and willing to be by our side through thick and thin. She captured our ceremony beautifully and we are so incredibly thankful for this as this backyard ceremony eventually became our one and only wedding. Her generosity and willingness through these crazy, uncertain times is unparalleled. Fast forward to now - after two more postponed wedding dates and eventually a cancelled wedding, I cannot believe the lengths Denise has gone to in order to be flexible with her time and commitment to us as a couple. From making us feel at ease at our engagement session back in November 2019 to helping Adam and I navigate through a once in a lifetime pandemic, Denise is who you will want by your side on your wedding day or for any other event! She is incredibly passionate, genuine, and the most sincere human being I have ever come in contact with. Her light and infectious positivity shows in her work and tells a story of its own. Trust me when I say this, you need to contact Denise right now. Love, Erin

ns I had. My wedding was feb 15 2020 and she made everything amazing on the day and even up to it. She was quick to answer any questions and just the loveliest person to talk to about any concerns I had. She genuinely cares and it shows in her work and how she interacts with her customers. She gave me so many amazing sneak peeks right away and they all were more than I coulda asked for. She listened to what I wanted and gave the best advise to capture the best photos. She also did a boudoir shoot for me before the wedding and it was so beautiful. Classy and exactly what I was looking for. Since I own my own intimates company and I design and make mostly bridal intimates she was the perfect person to help me shoot some photos of my collection. You can check out the shoot she did for me on my company site www.kakiintimates.com. Needless to say, I will definitely be using her again in the future if I ever need a photographer. She was outstanding all around!

photographer was one of our top priorities. After searching all over, I stumbled upon an acquaintance’s wedding photos by Denise and never looked back! She works in both digital and film, providing this beautiful ethereal quality to her work. From our first phone call meeting, we just clicked. She makes you feel like you’re talking to one of your close friends. And you can feel the pride and passion she for has for her work. As a couple that doesn’t frequently pose for photos, Denise had quite the job to make these two awkward turtles look relaxed and natural. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement session by walking us through the process. Her boyfriend Josh is works as her second shooter. Their passion for photography, respect for one another and love for one another help subsided any awkwardness we felt. Unfortunately, like many couples who planned a wedding for April 2020, we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. Denise outreached to me right away and offered so much support and compassion during a heartbreaking time. She was so flexible and helped us quickly identify a new celebration date. While we’ve postponed our wedding celebration to April 2021, we’re hoping to elope on our original wedding date. Denise is working with us to shoot this special moment as well. We can wait until our wedding day to see what magic she is able to capture! This review does not do Denise justice. While her work speaks for itself, there are not enough words to properly express what a kind and compassionate soul she is.

ids and groomsmen (20 people!) and made my husband and I feel so special and comfortable all day long. They knew what to photograph and when. Denise is super professional and is a master of her craft. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants perfect memorable pictures of the most important day of their lives.

and less rigid as she had us laughing and genuinely smiling so they ended up begin beautiful photos of the real us. She was so great to work with and very responsive to our questions/concerns and so personable. And to top it off the photos are absolutely gorgeous and our family and friends cannot stop raving over them.

ortant part of the day for us. We also knew, after our first phone conversation, that Denise would be the one for the job. We were lucky enough to meet with Denise and her shooting partner, Josh, before our big day and because of that our wedding day was stress-free and full of so much fun and happiness. Their wit and humor allowed us to relax in front of the cameras and their INSANELY talented eyes made us confident that we were getting the wedding portraits we’d always dreamed of. They connected with our guests and made sure all of our family and friends’ photo requests were fulfilled. Their work ethic and the quality they provide is absolutely unparalleled— we feel so, so honored that they photographed our wedding. We started our wedding planning process wanting a top-notch photography team and we ended it with that, absolutely breathtaking photos, and two new and truly magical friends. WE LOVE DENISE AND JOSH!!!!

aking our photos and the sneak peak of them came out exactly like her portfolio; I am so pleased so far. Def if you are looking for an artistic light airy romantic look for your wedding photos go with Denise!

round for us to run around on. The pictures are so real and gorgeous I can’t stop staring at them. Not to mention the turn around on the sneak peeks are so quick I can’t wait for the final group of pictures! Denise’s eye for a special moment never seized to amaze me, she’s beyond talented (and the sweetest most beautiful person you’ll meet). Josh is just as talented and I couldn’t stop hearing how well he fit in with the men During their shoot; I’m just dying to see those photos. They captured our love perfectly and the two of them have turned into friends. What more could you ask for! So yes, book them! You won’t regret it!

d our wildest expectations and are proudly displayed in our home! Do not choose another photographer for your wedding day... make sure you book Denise!

ig day. From our first time meeting Denise for our engagement session, she makes you feel at ease, and preparing for the big day, she was such a big help, organized, and answered all of our questions, and more. Everyone at the wedding and family could not say enough nice things about Denise and Josh. They focused on getting the pictures we wanted, and making sure everything was timely, and we had nothing to worry about. Just saw our sneak peaks today and they look amazing!. Thank you Denise! And we look forward to seeing you again possibly for more event in our life. We high recommend Denise. Absolutely the best!
