Deluxe Suite Band

o be found them here on The Knot, we were excited to reach out.   However, it’s one thing to see a band play at a bar, but a whole different experience deciding to hire them to play for one of your life’s most important events.   When we reached out, they provided an unmatched level of professionalism that extended well beyond their musical capabilities.  From the first consultation, to the wrapping of the last microphone cable at the end of night, everything was next level! During the planning phase, they maintained great communication that were open and honest.  They provided insight and direction to cover for small details that we didn’t have the foresight to consider.  We were able to able to peruse their extensive set-list to build the night we dreamed of - they even learned a few new songs that we requested! Moreover, they worked well with our coordinator and other vendors to ensure everything was stress free for us on the day of. On the day of, they arrived early.  Working with great care, flexibility,  and compromise during set up and sound check to be as unobtrusive as possible.  Unfortunately for us, some last second changes had to be made due to inclement weather, but they rolled with it effortlessly.  The live show did not disappoint!  The showmanship was awesome, and they brought a ton of energy that kept people moving and grooving!  All of our guests were blown away!  Those important to us songs we requested sounded as if they had been playing them for years and they really stopped at nothing to make sure our vision for that night came together.  During our evening, many of those small details they planned for, became moments of success that would have otherwise been significant hiccups in our plans.   For those of you currently planning your big day, it is daunting weeding through an endless sea vendors.  Many of whom are indifferent and/or price gouging.  Unless you are planning on marrying a wedding planner, you are probably like us and don’t have a clue what to do, or look for for music.  The entertainment you choose for the evening will be one of the most important pieces of your night. The coordination and collaboration required to make sure things like speeches happen at the right time is why I would recommend hiring true professionals.  Additionally, you want to make sure your entertainment can bring a level of aesthetic and engagement that glues your evening together without stealing the attention away from what your guests are there for.  In that, I highly recommend Deluxe Suite for your special night. They did a such fantastic job on all fronts and enhanced our reception in a way that I will forever be grateful for.   If you need help deciding, find them at a local show to see for yourself.  I know we will be following them much more closely from now on!!  Forever grateful, David & Ricci
