DBH did a fantastic job catering our wedding despite all the chaos during the pandemic. I received only the most helpful service from Delectables when my wedding of 50 in May becam...
e a wedding of 18 in Oct due to the pandemic. They worked with me and were very accommodating. Angie especially took so much time out of her day, and even when her work day was over, to keep open communication with me and help me plan every fine detail. Angie’s taste is impeccable and I loved and valued all of her suggestions for food and decorating with an Italian theme. She even surprised me and my husband with a mock set up of what our linens and vintage style plates and silverware would look like when we went for our tasting! Everything was perfect and I would I highly recommend them for your wedding.
After pouring over photos and reading online reviews of local caterers, I chose Delectables by Holly for my daughter's bridal shower that took place October 2019. I met with Mich...
elle Kolczak, Event Specialist, and was immediately impressed with their service and commitment to excellence. We designed a menu for the event, and she assured me that they would take care of everything from staffing, set up, and clean up. She sent me the quote quickly, and it was exactly in my budget. Michelle even came to my house to see the best set up for the event. All rental items were delivered promptly (Party Reflections, Charlotte), and her team arrived on time that morning for set up. Michelle brought trays, decor, and candles, and the food display was truly stunning. Everyone raved about the set up and the food was absolutely delicious. We even had a mini waffle bar and an Eggs Benedict station! Michelle and her staff went above and beyond my expectations, and I will be using them for my next event.
Angie is a very sweet lady who will go above and beyond to meet the expectations of her clients!

cal. She worked with us to incorporate 'us' into the menu and really went above and beyond. The food was amazing and we had tons of compliments! She worked seamlessly with the venue to make sure everything looked great and went smooth. I couldn't ask for a better caterer and would absolutely recommend DBH to anyone looking for a caterer.
We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with DBH for our October wedding. Guests still comment on our appetizers (the ham angel biscuits are a must!) and the s...
tation-style food was exceptional and beautifully staged. We were even given a personal waitress to serve our meal before our grand entrance, and she continued to check on us throughout the night.
Delectables by Holly catered my daughters seated wedding reception dinner for 245. It was hands down the best food from a caterer I have ever had and the compliments from our guest...
just keep coming. The filet was absolutely amazing. Served hot and cooked to perfection. A cattle rancher was among our guest and even he said it was a delicious cut of beef. Appetizers were amazing (shout out for the angel biscuits) and the banana pudding on the dessert bar was a show stopper. Angie Hoos has the patience of a saint and knows her business well. The kitchen and serving staff were professional and guest committed on how great the service was. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love DBH.

Holly and her team did the catering for our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. After our first meeting, my fiance & I were both sold. Not only does she have a ton of...
experience, but her food is unbelievable. She knew all the right questions to ask in order to get exactly what we wanted, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. She's extremely professional, and a joy to work with. People were raving about the food for weeks after the wedding, especially her shrimp and grits!
Our guests still have not stopped raving about the food on our wedding weekend. Many of them have declared it the best food they have ever had (not at a wedding, or at a restaurant...
, but EVER!). We had Holly cater both our rehearsal dinner (a casual picnic style dinner in a park) and our reception (a more formal event at a museum). Both turned out AMAZING, which truly speaks to Holly's team's ability to cater ANY type of event. They were accommodating to our high count of kids and really were able to capture the type of event we wanted to have. For us, Holly was a perfect fit. We gave her an idea of the type of wedding we were having, and we let her creative juices fill in the blanks. Her food was delicious, presented eloquently and her staff was wonderful. I would recommend Holly to anyone...for any type of event.
