I have used Del Monte in the past for years so I knew they would be perfect to cater our wedding luncheon! They were super easy to communicate with, the food and presentation were ...
perfect and delicious. Always recommend them!
We book Del Monte for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception. They were early to both and set everything up. The food was amazing
Amazing service! Last minute rehearsal dinner catering done!!!! Great food! On time! A phone call made it happen!!! Thank you Del Monte Meats!!!
Del Monte Meats served us a fantastic dinner. We chose to have a buffet and had a tasting with them that blew our minds. The food was so delicious. When the total headcount was soa...
ring, we chose to do a more affordable dinner menu, but it was still just as delectable! I do not regret a thing we chose. You can get pretty fancy or go basic and the food is going to be stellar either way. They were upfront about the costs, and when I asked for multiple bids (I changed my mind quite a lot about what food we wanted, and then decided to add on a keg and bartender and such), they were accommodating and gave me each new total including taxes and fees. Very pleasant experience.
I have read the other reviews talking about having problems with Del Monte. I did not have a single problem, but I suppose it is possible that it's due to how I over-communicate. I ask every question (things like, Do you provide plates, cups, napkins, etc? Do you provide tables and tablecloths? Do you provide a bartender?). Also, our DJ (DJ Chris Davis) coordinated with the other reception vendors, so it is possible he handled a few things behind the scenes without us knowing or having to fret. Those reviews about problems are also pretty old, maybe they have simply worked out the kinks and hired reliable people! All I know is they are well worth it. We had absolutely no trouble.
I am a regular customer at this butcher shop so having them cater my wedding was a no-brainer. These are the nicest people you will ever meet and they are so easy to work with. Ver...

The food tasted good. However, they didn't deliver it and when I called I was told they didn't know where it was. My photographer and 2 of my bridesmaids had to go pick it up at th...
e last minute. Some of the food was also wrong. They did do a partial refund but only after "bridezilla" had to come out.
The food was so good, but in the end it wasn't quite what we'd discussed. Meaning we didn't have enough. All the guests ate, but since James and I were late getting to the food w...
e had to share two half servings of the meat. But we got to keep whatever was left for breakfast, which was fabulous. They were willing to deliver up there, 35 minutes away from town, but they forgot tables. Luckily we were prepared. And they were SUPER cheap.
