She starts you with an incredibly thorough checklist of all the decisions needed and the timelines that they need to happen by. She works with you step by step through the whole process to guide, advise, and keep you on track. When it comes to vendors, Dani has recommendations and referrals ready to go for every role. She's ready to connect you with only the people that meet her high standards and your needs. * Dani is organized and will help you stay organized. She provides you with a whole workbook to track timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, seating charts, and more. She knows what decisions need to be made on what timelines, and will work with you to make sure nothing is being missed. When you have no idea what to do next, Dani does. * Dani is active and present. Dani is an active partner in your whole planning and design process and will never leave you to figure things out on your own (unless you want her to!). She will stay on top of things without being asked to. At least 4 times during our planning journey, we thought "Oh, we should ask Dani about this", or "Oh, we need to follow up on that." Only to open our emails and find that Dani had already done exactly that follow up within hours of us having the thought. * Dani is a problem solver. Nothing goes 100% according to plan, and whenever we encountered resistance or hiccups with vendors, Dani didn't just keep us informed, she came to us with solutions already executed: "X happened with vendor Y, but I've already done A, B, C and we're back on track." * Finally, Dani is a delight. Later, just before walking down the aisle, a groomsman popped a button, and Dani immediately swooped in with her sewing kit and had it fixed in seconds. On consult calls with planners, dreams crashed against realities and I received an impression that our vision of a bi-cultural wedding was both complex and would require us to give things up. There was a lot to learn and she shepherded us through the 3 dark a’s of anxiety, ambivalence, and ambiguity patiently and diligently as we built the project. I can’t mourn the buds that were pruned because Dani nurtured them all into ravishing blooms. Dani keeps the train moving: between vetting vendors, ensuring quality control, managing contracts, timeline coordination, and budget scoping the hard work was taken care of flawlessly. The equally important small details like the color and texture of linens, tightlining cultural messaging, length of our cake (6ft!) and navigating the extra special cacophony that unfolds on a wedding day were approached with olympic strength and vigorous dexterity. As a partner, Dani made thoughtful interventions to both invite calm, reassurance, and confidence. During planning frenzy, I initiated the quickest and safest option often, only to be met with kind invitations to think bigger. s are still raving about how it was the most curated, most well-planned wedding they’ve ever been to. She’s not just a talented wedding planner, but also just an overall genuine, compassionate, enthusiastic, professional who shows up in such a big way for every single aspect of the wedding-planning process. On the big day she made sure everything moved smoothly, no detail was overlooked, and that all the important players remained calm and present. My parents are so grateful to her for allowing them to be “guests” at their daughter’s wedding. She took complete charge and ensured the day went flawlessly! Dani is incredible. She has the personality where she will go above-and-beyond for whatever she’s committed herself too. She’s talented in design, sees color and space so flawlessly, and knows how to execute her vision. I highly recommend using Dani and DEEVENTS, you won’t regret it! ------ While planning, Dani listened to my many ideas and was able to transform them into a beautiful, cohesive design. She was just as excited as I was about all the colors and flowers I wanted to include in the day. She came up with so many stunning design options for linens, flatware, signage, and event spaces, so what we ended up choosing was more than anything I could have ever come up with myself. If one of my ideas was new to Dani, she would research it and come back to me with tons of ideas or vendors to pick from. I had mentioned in our initial meeting how much I loved the look of watercolors. Dani took that little tidbit and found the most unique stationary vendor for our invitations. The watercolor designs became one of my favorite details that made its’ way in all parts of our day. She was so professional, and easy to communicate with – I could email her 23847 times over the week, and she would always respond. She worked amazingly with every vendor (including the ones we hired before bringing her on) – one even told me that it was one of the best and most efficient weddings he’s worked in because of the communication between all the vendors. All of this collaboration between Dani, myself, and all of the vendors made it feel like all that extra work that brides have to do (i.e. emails, keeping track of contracts, timelines, etc.) was all taken care of. This makes such an impact and allows you to focus on what really matters!

and a true problem solver. Both she and Abby handled every challenge with ease. Dani’s knowledge of the wedding industry is unmatched—I can’t think of a single question she didn’t have the answer to. She took care of everything, making the two months leading up to my wedding so much less stressful. I encountered a lot of issues with my venue, but Dani and Abby stepped in and took control, ensuring the day turned out even better than I could have imagined. I struggled with decision fatigue, but Dani helped me bring my vision to life. On my wedding day, Abby kept everything running smoothly, despite the venue providing no assistance. She took charge and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Abby also spent hours setting up our decor exactly how I envisioned and packed it all up at the end of the night. I am extremely detail-oriented and a control-freak and I was at ease letting Abby and Dani take over for the day. I knew they wouldn't let me down, and they delivered!! I’m beyond thankful for both Dani and Abby—we couldn't have done it without them!
