Yuri, the primary Orchard owner that I talked to was an absolute delight. He was always quick to respond, polite and attentive during the wedding. Because there was not a wedding the Friday before or Sunday after they were very gracious and allowed us to set up ahead of time and grab things early the day after.

Always dreamed of having an outdoor farm-themed wedding? We have many amazing options for your ceremony, hidden in the trees, around a pond or overlooking the orchard! Our 100+ year old barn is a classic red and white hip roof barn, which provides great photo opportunities and unique spaces for your event. We have a beautiful 40x60 party tent to host your reception and dance. Come out for a tour, you will not want to miss out! Deer Lake Orchard is a rustic wedding venue located in Buffalo, MN.

then that my wife and I absolutely loved having Deer Lake Orchard as the venue for our recent wedding celebration. Jill and Yuri were absolutely amazing to work with! They worked with us early and often to get everything we needed, thought we needed, and didn't know we needed set-up for our event. As just one example of many instances of this guidance, they helped us connect with caterers that they have worked with in the past. This, combined with a rare, clear day in May with the apple trees blossoming, added an extra element of magic to our wedding celebration. Deer Lake Orchard is your place to go if you are looking for a breathtaking outdoor venue at a good price, all the while working with some amazing people.

, shed, outdoor space, orchard, etc.). The owners are two of the kindest people you'll meet. A fair warning, however - this is a complete DIY venue, so be ready to plan for ALL of the details! If Deer Lake Orchard gets more into helping plan the details, it will be an even more fantastic venue. There is ample parking space available. The location is not heated, so if you're planning a fall or spring wedding like we did, be ready to bring in plenty of patio heaters.

rtending service in mind, or if plan to do your own. They are very flexible. Also the baby goats literally MADE THE WEDDING. And their little farm kept kids involved. Coupled with the goats and their home brewed cider, I think I have to come back to the cider tap house!
