Deeply Rooted Salon

intment for my son for his up and coming bday TWO WEEKS ago. He was so excited to have someone new do his hair. We took the day off from school to make it a whole day event. I was contacted but the disgusted JC hair Salon “manager” I would not call her that but more so of a person that answers the phone at a cheap motel that’s the vibe. She texted me that the app. had to be cancelled because the person cutting my sons hair was sick. Fine. Ok I’m not happy about it but whatever it happens. She tells me someone else is available so I continue to text and she takes forever to answer me. I’m already super inconvenience regardless if it was intended to or not and she can’t even respond to a text? She should have called me out of curtsey. So I call her and apparently she doesn’t like my tone. But not nearly as much as I don’t like hers and she proceeds to tell me all the wrong things I did during book my sons appointment online. Umm this is not the time for that just get my son in to see someone. Shes more concerned about everything else aside from the customer. Wait It gets better… She has the audacity to TEXT me “ After talking with Jeannette, she has decided that this may not be the best fit for you and your son. I’ll cancel the appointment.” Could you imagine like what kind of business plays these games? We already don’t have a lot of curly hair specialist in Connecticut which is why I would always go to New York. And the ones that we do have do this to little boys on there up and coming bday. Now to tell my son that his appointment won’t happen for his bday. It will be impossible to go somewhere last minute for this haircut by Friday.

loved their hairstyle and made me feel like a princess. We all loved our hair! She was fun to have around and definitely out did herself. Thank you so much!

elped me coordinate all the date/time details and reschedule a trial, she made it all very easy. Both Nicki and Shadelin were SO much fun to work with! They helped me feel at ease and you could tell they really cared about how I felt and the final outcome. I would highly recommend you hire Deeply Rooted Salon for your wedding/event needs!!

ette, she did an awesome job with my hair during the trial and was kind and friendly the entire time. When our plans changed, Jeannette was totally flexible and ended up spending an entire Saturday on zoom with me and my family teaching us how to do our hairstyles since she couldn’t make it to our wedding after plans. She went above and beyond to make sure my hair was beautiful on my wedding day even if she wasn’t the one who physically styled it!
