I am so happy that I found Heather to be my day of coordinator! I had initially found her through an ad on Facebook and she was so quick to respond. We set up a meet & greet and sh...e was very easy to talk to. I love that she had work history in production management and had been planning weddings for a while. She asked me tons of details about my wedding and when she emailed me the next day to recap, I was amazed that she had taken note of every little thing I had said! That's when I knew I had to hire her!
Even though I only hired her for day of, she checked in with me multiple times throughout the planning process which was so nice! We did a hand-off meeting in person at the venue 1 month before the wedding, and she made all of my pre-wedding anxiety disappear! She is really calm, listens to everything you are saying, and ensures that you are prepared and ready to go for the big day! She did a great job with our day of timeline, and responded quickly each time I wanted to make a change (which felt like 100 times since I couldn't make up my mind! lol)
Our rehearsal ran super smooth and on the day of everything was so easy! I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. Heather and her assistant did an amazing job coordinating, wrangling all of my vendors and more! They packed up all of our personal items from the wedding so carefully and she made sure to stay in contact the few days afterwards to see if we needed anything. I'm so happy Heather was our day of Coordinator and would recommend 100%
