unately, the service was lacking. The driver did not communicate with the hotel concierge/ valet service, was unmarked, and parked away from the entrance of the hotel to where our guests could not find the van. This was the only disappointment we encountered for the entire wedding and our guests had to find alternative ways of getting to the venue. The drivers should have communicated with the hotel, be clearly marked, or standing outside with signage to direct their customers. The driver for our luxury SUV was very nice, prompt, and professional. The car was very nice and comfortable.
