Dan from Dano Films based out of the Valley Regency is by far the worst vendor you could ever hire for your wedding. I would have rathered not have any documentation of the best da...
y of our lives over what we've dealt with months before and after our wedding. I write this review not in anger but in hopes that other couples will stay as far away as possible from hiring him.
Dan is not only extremely rude, but also lacks every ability to communicate. I mean that literally in the sense that it is impossible to get a hold of him. countless times before and after our wedding it would take weeks to get a hold of him. we would email, call, text and leave voice messages that would go unanswered. If he ever did respond to our emails, he would answer only one of the many questions we would have had and ignored the rest.
It took over 2 months to receive the initial photos as he claimed to be reviewing every single photo taken. The product we received was anything but that. Countless photos of duplicates, blurry shots, white washed photos, etc.,.
Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, please do yourself a favor and do not add extra stress of dealing with this vendor
I read the review by Angry F. and felt I too must now let all the readers know PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on Dano Films.
he blamed everyone but himself for missing photo opps ...
for my husband and I, messed up our video and made what was a great reception into something we can never get back.
he was unprofessional to my wedding party making people feel uncomfortable.
DO NOT EVER consider using Dano Films.
The most unprofessional photographer. Been over 7 months and we don’t have the albums we paid for. Speeches were missing from the video.
Don’t waste your money.
We can not say enough positive things about DANO Films and the owner Dan. They are the best in the game! DANO Films handled our video and photos for our wedding. Dan was extremely ...
easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My husband and I had our ceremony at the Valley Regency and really wanted all of our photos done before the ceremony so we could truly enjoy our wedding. Dan and his team worked magic to get everything we wanted and more in before our ceremony and took endless candid photos and video footage throughout the night. The team was energetic and creative. We cannot wait to see the photos and video from our big day. We know we will cherish them for a lifetime and you will too if you go with DANO films!
I met DANO at a bridal show and instantly myself, him and my husband clicked. He was the type of person that wasn’t pushy, was extremely helpful, and made us feel like family. This...
was SO important for us. Video was one of the vendors that we kind of questioned if we really needed it- BUT it was so fun to go back and see all the “behind the scenes action” that you don’t notice on your special day because your adrenaline and anxiety is all over the place. It was so exciting to see everyone’s beautiful (mask covered) faces having a good time even during such uncertain times. He caught moments of happiness, excitement, silliness. it’s something I can’t wait to continue to watch each year on our anniversary and truly cherish. I am so glad I got the videographer!
There is no such client as Jenna S at Dano Films. This is more likely another photography who is jealous of the 30 years of success in bringing smiles to brides faces that Dano F...
