Since we had a catholic ceremony, she was instrumental in helping our families walk down the aisle, helped my dad and I time our arrival with the car service, and really kept things moving. At our reception, we had an issue with a different vendor where something was not delivered; she worked to ensure that one we could track it down, and two I was not involved in the chaos of that. If you want a smooth, stress-free day, Danielle is absolutely the one to hire!

When I first spoke to Danielle, I told her I could feel all the stress leaving my body (lol) and that was true of our entire time working with her! From liaising with our venue to managing vendors to ensuring that our gratuities got to the right destinations to organizing/setting up our décor, cards, favors (etc., etc., etc.) to helping me change into my reception dress and ensuring my antique wedding gown got back to our hotel room safely in its garment bag: she truly did it all with kindness, professionalism, fun and warmth. Danielle and her team are the reason my husband and I really got to feel like the guests of honor at and enjoy our wedding day!

Not only was she incredibly efficient, but she was also polite and respectful to me, my family, and all of our guests. If you're on the fence about hiring a month-of coordinator, let this be your sign to do it. She was worth every penny and truly made the day unforgettable!

First, as a sole owner whose business is literally her own name, she had full control over the scheduling and contracting of clients. Secondly, this was a clear breach of her contract where she could send a replacement if she fell ill, but did not include if she made poor business decisions. But, with 9 days left until our wedding, we had no choice but to go with the “friend” she referred us to as a replacement. This is someone that we had never signed a contract with, someone we had never met, and someone who we had no choice in picking. Danielle had also promised us that she had a bunch of wedding supplies for us in her studio, but ended up ordering cheap plastic things off of Amazon last minute that the venue literally refused to use because they were so cheap looking. Unfortunately that was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. Our poor experiences with Danielle did not begin there, as our planning process was quite lackluster. I found myself frequently sending an email, waiting a week (or several), emailing back, double texting; it felt at times like pulling teeth to get a response. I was usually the one initiating and following up, there was a real lack of proactivity. Followups like “I could have sworn I responded. I probably responded in my head! So silly…” or “I’m away and forgot to text back” (actual quotes) are not something I expect from someone who plans for a living. On several occasions she went on unannounced vacations and travel during the middle of securing calls and contracts. No problems with people going on vacation, but a heads up would be nice, especially when we’re waiting to hear back from you on something! We found ourselves reaching out to vendors directly instead because it was faster and easier. I really wouldn’t consider myself a groomzilla or particularly demanding, we gave Danielle a lot of leniency during the planning process. Excusing delayed responses and lack of followup with the hope that at least on the big day, she would turn it around and be there for us. But nope, we get the news from her in the final hour that she would not be attending our wedding. She did eventually take some money off the bill, but not until pressed and again defending her decision as something (somehow) out of her hands, never admitting to fault. Her lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking and disappointing, and I could not recommend her to anyone.

f so many things as we got time leading up to the wedding including coordinating vendors, collecting last minute paperwork, creating a detailed timeline and helping manage situations as they arose. Many little things come up as you get closer and I didn't have to sweat that they were going to get done. From helping my grandmothers get wheelchairs, to planning around last minute weather issues, executing my design vision, and overall ensuring my day was hassle free, I couldn't recommend Danielle more. If you have a large wedding, many out of town guests, work full time, or don't want your friends and family to have to clean up, just book her already. I also really appreciated her pricing and payment schedule. She was able to help me work around all my other vendors which went a long way. She arrived on time and was there with me every step of the way, but without getting in the way of my moments. In the end I was able to have the most perfect day thanks to her troubleshooting. Thank you so much honey!

My wife and I originally thought we could handle the wedding planning on our own, but we realized almost immediately that there is so much involved that doing this ourselves would make the anticipation of our special day more stressful than enjoyable. We looked at several planners who we thought could help us; they were certainly happy to help, but their prices were far above our budget. That's when we found Danielle. Her pricing was within our budget, and she reassured us that she'd do all the dirty work so we wouldn't have to. Keep in mind that she's not limited to just weddings. Any sort of special occasion that warrants lots of planning is well within her capabilities. It's worth mentioning that Danielle is very quick to respond to all texts and emails, so you will never be left to wait for long. I can't recommend her enough. She made our wedding absolutely amazing, and I'm sure she'll do the same for you.

In the weeks leading up to our wedding she contacted all of our vendors, scheduled delivery times, even made her way to our hotel to greet us before the ceremony. At the reception, she kept everything in check from behind the scenes, made sure we were both happy and taken care of. I had given her a list of how I’d like the room set up and she listened to my vision, let me tell you I was blown away when I saw our room, even down to the minor details - everything was perfect! Both my husband and I could not have been happier with her services. We highly recommend Danielle and her crew for your next event!! On top of just being a phenomenal decorator, she also took the time to get to know my husband and I and were there in ANY way that was needed on the day of and weeks leading up to our event. I am very much a type A bride/ planner who had a lot of difficulty trusting in others to see my vision but after the first five minutes of meeting Danielle during our walkthrough I knew I could put my trust in her. She was on top of everything throughout the entire day (and even days leading up to the wedding) and she truly made magic happen! Because we hired her, my partner and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest and that alone is worth every penny!
